She is incredible to work with - organized, communicative, trustworthy, and beyond talented. We got married at Old Wide Awake in October 2025 - she worked with our budget perfectly and genuinely created the wedding of our dreams. In terms of decor/design, it was hard for me to put into words what I wanted, but Amanda just knew. She created the most stunning design board that somehow was exactly what I had in my head but even better, and she brought it to life perfectly. The day of our wedding Amanda and her team, didn’t let us lift a finger and handled everything from set up to break down. We were able to joy our day without ANY stress… if something went wrong we have no idea because Amanda had it handled. It was the most perfect day of our entire lives and all our families and friends were raving about how amazing Amanda/East Coast Creative was!

It was a pleasure to work with Amanda from our very first meeting. She helped us find our dream venue right away, after months of searching unsuccessfully on our own. She also helped us build a vision for our wedding that felt like us. She was a calming presence throughout the (at times stressful) planning process and was very organized with great attention to detail. Amanda is the absolute best!! Creative vision and design, organized in the planning and execution of an event... and all with a big smile on her face!

I am a wedding officiant in town, Amanda and I planned a styled shoot and networking event in the Fall of 2023. First, after touring the venue, Amanda created a design and theme for the event that was totally unique... Saratoga X Charleston. The historic space in Charleston was a beautiful backdrop to the event! Amanda carefully curated a beautiful style board.

We had 30 vendors that contributed their products and services to the styled shoot and networking event. Everything from dresses, suits, florals, stationary, decore, candles, custom perfumes, photobooth, marquee letters, balloon arches, etc. Amanda was perfectly able to bring her original vision to life, with the contributions and unique styles of each of the participating vendors.

The styled shoot was then topped off with a networking event for wedding vendors, to which we had approximately 180 attendees. It was a real feat, none of which would have been remotely possible without Amanda.

If you are looking for a wedding planner with truly unique and beautiful design ideas, the ability to execute the ideas and bring them to life, and the experience to manage the planning and day of process, Amanda is your girl.
