Julie was the BEST decision we could’ve made. She made the entire process seamless and helped make me 100% stress free on my wedding day! She helped talk me through every step and helped me talk through decisions I was unsure about. I will would choose Julie again and again! Words cannot express my gratitude for her. It’s hard for me to put into words how incredible Julie is. At first, I thought I could handle everything myself and not hire a coordinator. That would’ve been a serious mistake.
Julie is extremely talented. She listens, gives valuable advice, and will execute your vision flawlessly. We had some unexpected bumps in the road close to our wedding and had to change venues within 5 months of the date. Julie helped guide us as an out of state couple and ultimately find our new venue.
Julie was always just a text or a phone call away. I had many little stressful moments and Julie helped take the nerves and pressure off.
The wedding itself was perfection. My vision came to life and I cannot imagine not hiring Julie. She is an angel and now a lifelong friend.

I don’t have enough words to describe how fantastic Julie was on our wedding day (and during the planning stage!) We hired her for day of coordination but it felt like I had a wedding planner in my back pocket with how organized and consistent she was in the months leading up. I like to consider myself a bit type A and unable to relax in the face of stressful events (like my wedding….) When I say that Julie took every ounce of stress away the day of our wedding I am not exaggerating. I didn’t have to think twice or second guess anything. She anticipated everything, kept all of the vendors in check, and did it all with a smile on her face. She is genuinely so kind and considerate, and is invested in making sure your day goes off without a hitch. Julie coordinated two weddings for our family in just five months here in Maryland, and I honestly don’t know how we would have done it without her. From our very first conversation, she put me completely at ease and assured me that both weddings would be wonderful—and she was right! She handled every detail so we could truly enjoy the celebrations.
Weddings are such joyful occasions, but let’s be honest—they can be stressful. Julie brought such calm, confident energy to all the planning chaos. With her vast experience, she’s seen it all and knows exactly what works (and what doesn’t!). She’s also got a special gift for talking mothers of the bride off the ledge when things get intense—speaking from experience here!
She worked closely with both our daughter and daughter-in-law to make sure each day reflected their unique visions, and both turned out to be absolute fairy-tale, perfect, weddings. I was able to relax and actually enjoy each day knowing Julie was quietly running the show—managing vendors, smoothing over hiccups, and handling every behind-the-scenes issue with grace.
Whether it was a broken bustle, a last-minute seating change, or even a restroom emergency, she calmly took care of it all. I loved being able to just say, “See Julie,” and stay fully present with our family. Our pastor—who’s done 14 weddings this year alone—told us she’s the best coordinator he’s ever worked with, and every single vendor said the same: “We love working with Julie!”
We do too. I’m honestly a little sad that we’re out of kids to marry off cause Julie made the process so much fun, but I’m thrilled to know she’s already coordinating weddings for some of their friends. They’re in the very best hands.

I didn’t have to worry about a single thing throughout my entire wedding process. I knew Jules had every detail handled from the moment we started planning all the way through the big day. I’ve been to other weddings where she wasn’t the coordinator… and let me tell you, I thought it was normal for everything to run so smoothly because the first three weddings I went to all had Julie. Turns out, that’s not the norm for most weddings — that’s just the norm for a Julie wedding.
If your ceremony starts at 4, she’s the kind of person who will have the first person walking down the aisle at exactly 4. She’s organized, calm, and on top of absolutely everything. A Julie wedding just runs differently—in the very best way. -

I cannot recommend Julie enough! As a professional event coordinator for a venue, I work with many day of coordinators, and Julie truly takes the cake! I hired Julie as a day of coordinator for my rehearsal dinner/welcome party and wedding day. She truly went above and beyond, making sure every detail aligned with my vision and everything was totally stress-free! She works so hard, comes up with creative decisions, and does it all with a smile!! I even had several guests, and everyone in my bridal party raving about how great she is. Wow i cant begin to express how grateful we were to have Julie on our wedding day/rehearsal night!! From even before the wedding, she jumped on right away to speak with any of our vendors and help us organize and get everything done with that. Our officiant was late, and did not make rehearsal night so she took it over & helped us rehearse it all. Up to decorating and putting all decor and details in the corrected places.. Julie was an absolute dream to work with. I spent nearly twenty years as a corporate event planner, so I’ll admit I was a bit apprehensive about handing over the reins for my stepdaughter’s wedding—but I also knew I wanted to truly enjoy the day. Mission accomplished!
From the start, Julie was warm, professional, and so easy to work with that she instantly felt like a friend. She was completely on the ball—I didn’t worry once about the execution. More than once, I caught myself checking on something out of habit, only to find that Julie was already a step ahead. That’s no easy feat!

Julie with a Touch of Jules was hands down the most valuable and and compassionate vendor we had at our wedding. If you were on the fence about hiring a wedding planner/day of coordinator.. let this be your sign to CHOOSE JULIE!! I highly recommend booking Julie for your wedding! She is so well versed and familiar with all vendors, venues, and just all things wedding. From accepting my now husband and I as clients only 2 months out, meeting us at the venue as frequently as I needed, checking in on me during my melt downs, fixing ALL the things, stepping up and fluffing my train at the altar, to being my personal assistant when changing into my second gown…I would not have wanted anyone else as my wedding planner and day of coordinator!! The amount of education Julie provided to myself as a bride and my family members made Julie worth hiring after JUST ONE MEETING! We are so thankful for everything Julie did to make our wedding day/night so perfect and seamless… even when my one and only bridesmaid (Matron of honor) had to be absent due to medical complications arising just TWO days before my wedding. Seriously if it weren’t for Julie being present, I probably would have missed my first dance, LOL!!

We were blessed by friends who recommended Julie as a wedding planner. From the moment we began chatting, I knew it was a perfect fit. Anxiety surrounding wedding planning is a given, but I was able to feel more at ease after initially talking with Julie. She provided insight, direction and recommendations on how to move forward. We were blessed with only one hiccup in the planning process, and without Julie, I have no idea what I would have done. It helps so much to have someone on your side, who is there to support you and guide you through biggest day of your life. Through rehearsal, getting ready, ceremony and reception, Julie was there for the entirety. Nerves were high enough and knowing I didn't have to worry was such a blessing.

We hired Julie for day of coordination for our small (27 guest) wedding. Her prices were more than reasonable and we were SO glad we hired her. She put all the last minute details together for us, including arranging our DIY florals that we had started but not finished, and she did such a beautiful job. Our event was small enough to not need a DJ, but Julie took charge of the music and made sure the right songs played at the right times on the playlists I'd made. She let people know where to go and when. She did so many other things and made the whole day flow smoothly. I would've felt scattered and less present without her there. We're so grateful! -

Julie seriously was a life saver throughout my wedding process. I definitely would not have been able to finish all my planning in time during the last month before my wedding without her help. She traveled to Delaware for my wedding which is already a big ask! My mind was a whirlwind at the time and she made sure I was completing tasks and handling things the right away. She's not just a coordinator, she's a friend! She took the time to talk me off the ledge about minor inconveniences that happened because of the venue (I am a Type A person so small changes can throw me through a loop lol) and was just there to make everything right! She made everything run so smooth and made sure everything was in the right place at the right time. She handled the work of 10 people (decorating is a ton of work, okay?) and made it look easy!! She was so patient and made sure my vision came to life. She even continued to answer my questions after the wedding and gave me advice on things she definitely didn't need to help with, but like I said, she'll be your friend and will be that support you need! 5 stars always! -

Jules was absolutely amazing! We hired her for the day of coordinator and she went above and beyond for us. I was nervous in the months prior with wedding planning as I had chosen to do it on my own. After booking Jules to coordinate my day of I had my first call with her I felt so at ease! She is truly so organized and on top of it and had a solution for everything. She made sure to schedule an in person meeting at the venue to go over everything and her ideas for the layout. After that meeting I knew I picked the best wedding coordinator I could have found! Jules made sure to contact all my vendors the week prior to the wedding to make sure everything was good to go and to work out any last minute details. She also was amazing at the rehearsal and made sure everyone knew the lineup and the order of how the wedding would go. On the day of I had no worries what so ever because Jules took care of everything. She made sure my reception tables looked like the vision I had shared with her and also made sure the layout of the ceremony and wedding was perfect. I could not have asked for a better person to do this. My husband and I kept commenting how the wedding went so seamlessly as she had every detail planned out. She even saved us a plate of the appetizers for cocktail hour that we could enjoy to ourselves. I received so many compliments about the wedding and how it was one of the best they had to went to. This could not have been possible without Jules. She has such a kind heart and was always so helpful and positive about everything. If I can recommend anything to any bride it would be to hire Julie! She is wildly professional, and just handles everything. It was seriously the best spent money for my entire wedding. The amount of stress that she took off the day for me was invaluable, she was a recommendation from several friends weddings, and I would again say to hire her for your special day. The word I would use for my experience with Julie was absolute perfection. Julie made our wedding simply wonderful. She was so kind, focused, and extremely professional with just a dash of fun on such an important day for us! As the evening progressed, one of the most talked about subjects was how lucky we were to have such an amazing day of coordinator, even our guests in attendance took note of how great she was, and how for future weddings, she would be the go to recommendation. Having a 2 year old, working full time, moving and planning a wedding left me totally overwhelmed when it came to final coordination and details. I had no idea what I was doing and Julie saved our wedding. I asked her so many questions and she always had helpful answers. She was so calm in the days leading up to the wedding and went far beyond what I thought her services would cover. She integrated seamlessly into our events, and easily took charge when necessary. I could not recommend her enough! She is a wonderful, warm person and has everything on lockdown. I am not sure how she handles it all with so many different personalities of people she has never even met before, but I am so glad she agreed to be our coordinator and I will be recommending her to everyone I know getting married. Prior to getting engaged, I had been in multiple weddings that Julie coordinated and I knew then that I wanted to hire her for my own wedding one day! After getting engaged one of the first people I contacted was her! The process of planning is so stressful and she makes all the final decisions so much easier. My first experience with Julie was actually buying my wedding dress. She was a temp consultant and helped me find my perfect gown. When I heard she was primarily a day of coordinator, I was so excited to ask her for her help!
Julie was professional, personable, and incredibly helpful. My husband and I had a small wedding and thought originally we could handle it ourselves. We were so wrong. By the end of the whole experience, my husband and I both knew hiring Julie was one of the best choices we made for our wedding. She helped with SO many aspects including setup and takedown, communicating with other vendors, managing family and friends, and so much more. We are incredibly thankful for her as we know we never would have had such a stress-free day without her, and honestly that was worth every dollar spent and then some. I don't even know where to truly begin. Julie and I crossed paths after I had to cancel my 3rd wedding and decided to try just once more to plan. Being from NYC and planning a wedding in Maryland, and being a former wedding and banquet coordinator myself, I knew I needed the best of the best for all of my vendors to make sure my day went off smoothly. After searching high and low, I came across Julie's page. I'm a true believer in gut feelings and after reaching out and speaking together, I just knew I needed this boss babe on my team. Her upbeat, outgoing personality matched right with mine and she assured me that we would make my dream wedding come to life. From vendor reccomendations to random questions, she responded quickly and had so much knowledge of not only my venue and what I could and could not do but also plenty of insight into vendors she worked with over time that were tried and true. The night before my wedding at rehearsal dinner, she blew me away with how quickly she could organize a loud crowd. Julie worked with my cousin, who was officiated for the first time ever, transported and stored items for the next morning, and smiled and laughed with us the entire time. As my dad said it best, she was an extension of our family from that point on. The day of my wedding, she executed a perfect setup and made all of my visions come to life- no detail was left out and she did this all while coordinating the other vendors and making sure that my bridal party was taken care of. Julie came into my life as a vendor for my wedding and as my husband and I have said numerous times, she is now a lifelong friend. We couldn't have dreamed up a better coordinator and suggest everyone make that phone call to Julie that changed our lives. Thank you Julie so much for everything! -

We had originally planned to get married in April 2020, and when the pandemic shut everything down we had to postpone a few times and ended up setting our date for May 2021. Julie was SUCH a big help throughout the whole process of postponing and rescheduling multiple times and she is the main reason I didn't completely lose my mind in all of the uncertainty. She helped me coordinate with our vendors to make sure that everyone would be available for our new date(s) and answered any questions I had. Julie made sure everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding from start to finish, from setting up to handling vendors and problem solving - she did it all! I didn't have to worry about a single thing all day and Julie was to thank for that :) -

When my husband-to-be and I sat down to get an idea of our budget and expectations for our wedding day, I had 3 non-negotiables. One of them was a day-of coordinator. That one person who would make sure that all of the little things that pop up during an event were taken care of. My fiance' didn't get it, my dad really didn't get it, but I put my foot down that this was the one person that I had to have besides the man I was marrying. (Spoiler: My dad thinks she was the best investment of the entire day!)
In the search, I found Julie and was immediately put at ease. Fast-forward to the week before our wedding. She charmed both of my parents as well as my now-husband, kept everyone on track, managed the personalities and tricky family dynamics, and throughout the week my favorite phrase became, "I don't know. That's a Julie question." I knew she had it under control. When I couldn't remember what we had decided, she did. When I couldn't be in three places at once, she had the experience AND had taken the time to get to know me well enough to make a few executive decisions for me. Our day, which was better than I could have ever imagined, was perfectly executed because of her, and I am very grateful! Hire her, she will exceed your expectations! -

Hiring Julie was the absolute best decision we ever made in our wedding planning process. We still say to this day I don’t know what we would’ve done without Julie! Lol! She’s someone who truly cares about her couples at the end of the day and making sure their day goes smoothly as planned. Through postponing with Covid and all the rescheduling Julie was a god sent! Julie is the sweetest soul and she was an absolute joy to work with! She is very professional and makes sure your visions come to life. She made sure my entire wedding day went smoothly and she even reached out to all of my vendors prior the wedding, which took a lot of stress off of me! With the humidity, it was about 100 degrees the day of my wedding and she worked her butt off in the heat to ensure everything was perfect! She goes above and beyond for her brides, she even helped me Thursday the day before the wedding to prepare which was a HUGE help. I could call and text her at any point leading up to my wedding and she was there to answer any questions that I had. Julie was with us every step of the way from the beginning: our vision and ideas, floor plans, decorations and vendors were coordinated through her. Julie was with us through all the changes Covid-19 brought to the table and she helped us navigate and overcome each one to still have the perfect wedding day.
Julie made a very difficult job look seamless and effortless all with the biggest smile on her face. She went above and beyond for our rehearsal and we can never repay her for being willing to do anything and everything we asked and even things we did not ask for. She gave me peace of mind on the wedding morning so I could enjoy time with my mother and wedding party getting ready.
My husband and I spent our wedding day having fun and making memories with our friends and family (and each other!) and we know that it was 100 percent entirely because of all of Julie's hard work.

Julie is a step above the rest. She truly cares about her clients, and turns them into friends. I never felt like I was using a service, I just felt I had a friend to plan with, and someone who helped me tie all of my ideas together! Before the wedding she was available for any question I may have had. She came and busted her butt helping us decorate at the rehearsal dinner, and worked even harder the day of the wedding! Julie Snowden was a match made in heaven for my husband and I. She was recommended by Kylan Barn and I will be forever grateful for all that she did for us. Hands down the best wedding planner you will ever find. She does it all. She made sure everything ran smoothly, helped me plan our big day from start to finish. First of all I absolutely love this girl. She was the wedding coordinator I never knew I needed, but afterwards am SO dang thankful I had. She is a life savior. She takes allllll stress off of the bride/groom, the parents, the bridal party, literally everyone. All the small things we as brides don’t think of, she has covered. She makes sure everything runs smoothly and as scheduled. Julie was the very first person I hired when I got engaged. I had just been the MOH for a wedding and when it came down to the day of, I was stuck with several tasks to do that were unfinished, and had vendors calling me for detailed information that I couldn’t give them. It was so challenging and difficult to enjoy the day with my sister (the bride). Moving forward a few months to when I got engaged, I knew I needed to hire someone to help make that day run smoothly. The best decision you will make!!
There are not enough words to describe how amazing Julie is!!! I was a very put together bride, who had it all planned out, with lists, itineraries, vendors done, etc and felt very on top of our wedding planning. However in the last two months leading up to our big day, I was feeling worried about the day itself and asking my parents to do so much to help us ensure our wedding day was perfect. So I connected with Julie, and she was the best decision we made!!
Julie is so kind, warm, personable and brings amazing energy to everything she does. She is beyond organized, has amazing ideas and thinks of things you would never even think about for your big day. Julie makes you feel like you are the only bride she is working with and made our wedding a dream come true. From confirming all of our vendors, to organizing our rehearsal, setting up the church and moving items back and forth to reception site. Not to mention the beyond beautiful set up of our reception site (still gushing over it), making sure we had drinks and appetizers while taking photos, and the entire evening flowing so easily, Julie was our secret angel that made it all possible. She welcomed our family and bridal party with hugs, and kept everyone on track of where to be when, and truly was the reason that this party planner extraordinaire bride was just able to live in the moment and enjoy it all (vs worrying about everyone following my itinerary or vendors setting up the reception site like the pictures I had sent ha!)
Julie made sure my husband and I got our favorite cake flavors sent back to our house and even drove my parents to the after party (still so thankful for that!) I truly cannot thank Julie enough for everything she did to make our dream day come to life and allow not only me and my husband, but our parents as well, just enjoy the wedding day and not have to worry about a single thing. Many of our friends and family said our wedding was the most smoothly run, effortless wedding they attended and that they have never seen a couple so in the moment all day long.......Julie is truly the best decision you will make for your wedding and in my mind the first vendor you should book!! We booked our venue back in October 2017 for our April 2019. Julie was recommended by our venue and I was on the fence of even needing a coordinator. I was COMPLETELY wrong even though I thought I had everything worked out, lots of lists, lots of excels, etc. Julie was there as a sounding board for the entire process - when I had a question, needed a recommendation, help dealing with a situation - she was always on it. She met us at the venue multiple times and then the wedding weekend was upon us. Julie was there, smile on her face, and she did EVERYTHING! Our rehearsal dinner would not have been possible without her, she went through all the coordination of where to stand/where to walk/etc., our flowers were running late so she tracked down the UPS driver (who even knew you could do that!?!) and got our flowers. All of my ideas she brought to fruition! Under tough circumstances (tornado warning!) and windy wedding day she was a quick decision-maker, made the executive call, and everything worked out and looked great. Julie went above and beyond for us and I have a feeling she does it for all of her couples. She remembers the littlest things (like reminding my husband to put sunscreen on for the outside wedding) and everyone noted that she has such a nice way about her. She gets things done but isn't pushy or bossy at all. My husband and I agree (and all my aunts, uncles, bridal party, basically ever who encountered her) that she was the best wedding decision we made! We absolutely love Julie, appreciate everything she did to make our wedding weekend unforgettable, and highly recommend her for any couple getting married!

She is so easy to work with, is always available for questions and advise, and is super organized!! She was not only my wedding coordinator but became a good friend! She even got spray tanned with me and my bridesmaids the day before the wedding! The day of our wedding I wasn’t stressed one bit because of Julie’s organization and planning. Building up to a wedding day is surreal and at one point I totally realized that, as mother of the bride and hostess of the reception, I could not physically be at the church and reception venue at the same time. Even though the wedding day details were simpler than most, I simply could not do it all. Only a moment of fear and then I remembered Julie who had sold us my daughter’s wedding dress at Dryden’s dress shop. I emailed her and the total peace began. Julie is simply amazing, I could see her creative touches everywhere, she knows everyone in the wedding business, and she is forever in my heart with gratitude.
