My husband and I cannot recommend Dulce enough! She helped us coordinate and execute a flawless welcome party, rehearsal, wedding ceremony, and reception, making what could have been a stressful process feel seamless from start to finish. She also wasn’t afraid to roll up her sleeves and help with decorations, coolers and much more. Above and beyond service! From creating detailed timelines for every event to ensuring everything stayed on schedule, Dulce handled every detail with professionalism and care. She was patient, knowledgeable, organized, and incredibly personable—exactly the kind of planner you want by your side on one of the most important days of your life. What stood out most was her unwavering commitment to us. She supported both of us throughout the entire planning process, always going above and beyond and never giving anything less than 100%. Her calm presence, expertise, and dedication allowed us to truly enjoy our wedding and focus on celebrating with our family and friends. We had an incredible experience with Destination Weddings Tulum. Planning a destination wedding in Tulum while living in Colorado could have been stressful, but Juliette, Paulina, and everyone else on our team made everything feel easy and worry free. They were highly organized, responsive, and truly understood our vision. We always felt confident and supported throughout the planning process. We trusted our team so much, our wedding day was the first time seeing the venue and everything in person - planning thousands of miles away didn’t leave us with many opportunities to visit often 😅. Thank you Helen for helping us organize transportation from the airports and to the venue! Everything was perfectly coordinated, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our wedding day. After a long and difficult search for the perfect wedding planner for our elopement in Playa del Carmen, we were thrilled to find Alba. Throughout the planning process, Rebeca scheduled multiple meetings with us to keep us informed, organized, and supported. She was always available to answer our many questions and made us feel completely at ease every step of the way. We especially appreciated how she used a planning app to keep everything clearly organized with timelines and details, which made the entire process feel manageable and stress-free. On the wedding day, Rebeca and her team were absolutely outstanding. They were present, attentive, and proactive in handling anything that came up, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing. She truly thought of everything before we even had the chance to. We are so grateful for her hard work, dedication, and attention to detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better planner and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares about making your day perfect.

: Our wedding was May 23, 2025 at ACRE. I’ve been stalling writing this review because I want to keep this amazing team all to myself- but I can’t and people deserve the same memorable experience we had so here it is! From the very first consultation, Fatima made us feel at ease. She was transparent, listened carefully to our vision and immediately came up with thoughtful, creative ideas to bring it all to life- all with being considerate of our budget (which when planning a wedding is obviously a main focus, right?). Planning a wedding is a lot- planning a destination wedding adds a little extra layer of challenges but we felt none of that with this team. We are based in southern California, our hotel block was at Hilton Los Cabos and our wedding venue was the outstanding ACRE. From day one Fatima was incredibly organized and on it. The planning platform used (Aisle Planner) is a Type-A person's dream come true (like myself); it allows you to keep track of timelines, budget/payments, visions boards, guests/seating, etc. The checklists and reminders were life-savers and Fatima always seemed to be three steps ahead. It truly is a tool that assists in making the entire planning process smooth. What truly stood out was how much heart Fatima puts into her work and passion for her clients. She also has excellent relationships with vendors she worked with for our wedding- which I think says a lot about her reputation and work ethic. She was always accessible, calm and patient. My husband and I had a “non-tradiational” wedding; we had no wedding party/family-oriented customs; Fatima always reassured me whenever stress started creeping in, and always made me/us feel supported and cared for. Not only did Fatima and the team at Momentos plan our wedding, the team assisted in organizing welcome drinks at the Hilton Los Cabos the night before the wedding as well as cabanas for the recovery pool day after. On the wedding day, everything ran flawlessly—we were able to relax and truly enjoy every moment knowing Fatima and Iveta had everything under control. Everything just flowed. It was effortless. Our team handled every detail behind the scenes so that we could be fully present and just enjoy the moment with our guests on our special day. It felt like having a trusted friend by our side every step of the way. We are forever grateful for everything they did to make our wedding such a joyful, stress-free, and unforgettable experience. We found Talbot through a friend and could not be happier with our decision. Before we even paid a retainer, he got on a call with us, listened to our vision, and offered recommendations that helped us find our venue in Puerto Vallarta. He fully embraced our idea of a full destination weekend, a Friday welcome party, Saturday wedding, and Sunday pool party, came prepared with ideas that elevated each event, and worked through every challenge we threw at him calmly and creatively. His local network was one of the biggest advantages of working with him. He helped us find our photographer, DJ, ceremony guitarist, and more, and because he had worked at our venue many times before, coordination and setup were smooth from start to finish. When the weekend arrived, Talbot was exactly where he needed to be at every moment, available without ever being intrusive. His team transformed the venue on wedding day with remarkable speed and professionalism, and the turnaround between the wedding and our Sunday pool party left our guests genuinely amazed. He even coordinated our own shuttle transportation and surprise entertainment so we never had to think about them. His installment payment structure was an added bonus, meaning once the weekend arrived, we weren't dealing with cash, pesos, or any last-minute logistics. Planning a destination wedding can be overwhelming. Talbot made it enjoyable, and we would recommend him without hesitation to anyone considering a wedding in Puerto Vallarta.

My husband and I planned a destination wedding in Cabo with nearly 75 guests, hotel block, multiple events, countless vendors, custom details, and a vision that included everything from custom Talavera-inspired décor and exceptionally bright florals to personalized welcome events and a larger than life rooftop reception(fireworks!). Looking back, I genuinely don’t know how we would have pulled it off without her. From the very beginning, our planning team made us feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the entire planning process. We work with Gris specifically and she was organized, responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions or offer guidance. Whenever something felt overwhelming, she had a solution. What impressed me most was how much she cared about bringing our vision to life. She didn’t just execute a checklist—she understood what was important to us and helped create an experience that felt uniquely ours. Every detail came together beautifully, from the guest experience to the décor, timeline, vendor coordination, and all of the little touches that made the wedding feel personal. The real magic happened during the wedding week.
