Tracy was absolutely incredible throughout our entire wedding planning process. She was so thorough, detail-oriented, and thoughtful every step of the way. She set clear expectations, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure we stayed on time throughout the day. We truly would not have been able to make it to our wedding day without her. She worked closely with the resort, even helping us navigate last-minute changes and adjustments to our exact location on the property. She advocated for us, pressed when needed, and made sure we received first-class service through and through. Tracy also brought such amazing inspiration to the decor and color schemes. Everything came together beautifully, and her eye for detail made the entire day feel elegant, personal, and seamless. We are so grateful for everything she did and would highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding.

Wedding date: May 9, 2026 Our wedding in Los Cabos was more beautiful than we had imagined. The team helped us create a celebration that made the most of the incredible surroundings while still feeling personal and intimate. We appreciated the care they gave to our guests and all the small details.

We had an incredible experience with Destination Weddings Tulum. Planning a destination wedding in Tulum while living in Colorado could have been stressful, but Juliette, Paulina, and everyone else on our team made everything feel easy and worry free. They were highly organized, responsive, and truly understood our vision. We always felt confident and supported throughout the planning process. We trusted our team so much, our wedding day was the first time seeing the venue and everything in person - planning thousands of miles away didn’t leave us with many opportunities to visit often 😅. Thank you Helen for helping us organize transportation from the airports and to the venue! Everything was perfectly coordinated, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our wedding day. We couldn’t recommend them more highly to anyone planning a destination wedding in Tulum.

Throughout the planning process, Rebeca scheduled multiple meetings with us to keep us informed, organized, and supported. She was always available to answer our many questions and made us feel completely at ease every step of the way. We especially appreciated how she used a planning app to keep everything clearly organized with timelines and details, which made the entire process feel manageable and stress-free. On the wedding day, Rebeca and her team were absolutely outstanding. They were present, attentive, and proactive in handling anything that came up, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing. She truly thought of everything before we even had the chance to. We are so grateful for her hard work, dedication, and attention to detail. We found Talbot through a friend and could not be happier with our decision. Before we even paid a retainer, he got on a call with us, listened to our vision, and offered recommendations that helped us find our venue in Puerto Vallarta. He fully embraced our idea of a full destination weekend, a Friday welcome party, Saturday wedding, and Sunday pool party, came prepared with ideas that elevated each event, and worked through every challenge we threw at him calmly and creatively. His local network was one of the biggest advantages of working with him. He helped us find our photographer, DJ, ceremony guitarist, and more, and because he had worked at our venue many times before, coordination and setup were smooth from start to finish. When the weekend arrived, Talbot was exactly where he needed to be at every moment, available without ever being intrusive. His team transformed the venue on wedding day with remarkable speed and professionalism, and the turnaround between the wedding and our Sunday pool party left our guests genuinely amazed. He even coordinated our own shuttle transportation and surprise entertainment so we never had to think about them. His installment payment structure was an added bonus, meaning once the weekend arrived, we weren't dealing with cash, pesos, or any last-minute logistics. Planning a destination wedding can be overwhelming. Talbot made it enjoyable, and we would recommend him without hesitation to anyone considering a wedding in Puerto Vallarta.

If I could give Cabo Beach Weddings and Patty 100 stars, I would. Planning a destination wedding from the U.S. could have been incredibly overwhelming, but Patty made the entire process feel effortless. From our very first conversation, she was organized, responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making our vision come to life. Every detail was handled with so much care, from coordinating vendors and answering our endless questions to making sure our wedding weekend ran seamlessly. On the wedding day, I never once had to worry about logistics because I knew Patty had everything under control. She anticipated needs before they even arose and made sure both my husband and I were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. Our wedding exceeded every expectation we had, and so much of that is thanks to Patty and the Cabo Beach Weddings team.
