As a planner during my day job (that is literally my profession :) ), I knew I had wanted to hire a planner once my now husband and I were deciding to plan a destination wedding. I had interviewed other planners and CBW had came as a recommendation from another fellow bride through a friend who just had their wedding in Cabo. After interviewing other planners, once I hopped on a call with Christina, I knew I wanted to work with CBW from how quick and throuogh her follow-up was from our call. Patricia (Patty) was my assigned planner and I could NOT have done this without her (and Christina's!) guidance. We have never seen our wedding venue in person and relied on CBW's recommendations and expertise. We are happy to report that our wedding was everything we could have dreamed of and more. We felt like the stars of our own movie and all of our guests said it is the best wedding they have been to to date! CBW was honest with their recommendations and were always so quick to respond when I had my morning decompression time before going to work to gather my thoughts about the wedding. From the venue selection to the food tasting to the vendor selections, we really owe it to CBW for their organization, vendor management and their knowledge. Our welcome dinner on the beach with sparklers and our wedding day from the donkey that I wanted at our cocktail hour to cold sparklers for our first dance and fireworks on the beach to conclude the dance to our last minute photobooth request and last minute floral request for the welcome dinner, could NOT have went without a hitch all thanks to CBW and the team (my dress bustle button even came off during the wedding and CBW was prepared to sew the button back on!). If you're looking for a planner and especially in Cabo area, don't look any further and just book with CBW, I promise you will NOT regret it at all. I did not have to sweat one bit about the logistics and coming from a bride who had never seen our wedding venue or tasted our wedding dinner prior to the time of to showing up the day before for a site visit, we had THE BEST time of our lives and our guests having the same testament, that speaks volumes to CBW's professionalism and expertise.

My husband and I planned our destination wedding virtually and having the help of our planner, Magda, saved us! She was so knowledgeable of the local vendors, options, and was there to help us make any decisions we had questions about. My planner would send introduction emails with potential vendors I wanted to get quotes from, this helped to immediately know I was taken care of and the vendors all seemed to have great working relationships with Magda and the team at Cabo Beach Weddings. Laurissa had a deep knowledge of venues, vendors and everything in between. As a couple planning a destination wedding in an unfamiliar area, it can be quite intimidating to start planning the big day. From the consultation process to the finished product, Laurissa and team were absolutely essential in every part of the process.

When looking for a planner, we were looking for someone with great local relationships, calm under pressure, and attention to detail. Laurissa had this in spades, and her careful planning was a big part of why our special day was so special. 10/10 would recommend.

I hear about the stress of wedding planning and although there are some major decisions that we needed to make, I feel like we actually got to enjoy the process and the day to the fullest with the help of the CBW team. Hiring Cabo Beach Weddings was the best decision we could have made. They were with us every step of the way and made planning a destination wedding feel like a breeze. Any concerns I had were immediately addressed which made me feel incredibly confident going into my wedding day with this team by my side. My senior planner, Magda, was truly a god send. She was so dedicated and responsive and made it feel like my wedding was the only one she was working on when I'm sure she was also planning many other weddings at the same time. The day of the wedding, I was paired with America who stayed by my side the entire time. She was absolutely amazing. Sort of felt like I had my own secret service agent. I would highly recommend them if you plan to get married in Cabo!

My coordinators were Sandy and America, both amazing ladies. When I thought it wouldn’t happen because of such a short notice, a last minute decision, two weeks away from the day, they both pulled thru and made it happen, it was just as I imagined and planned. Ignacio the photographer and Joel the minister were great as well! All are very professional, sympathetic, attentive and the best part is they made me feel at ease on that special day for us. Everything was just perfect! I am truly grateful for this ladies!

The team at CBW took care of every single detail of our wedding with the utmost care and professionalism. We aren't very decisive as a couple, and needed to defer to their expertise and recommendations on quite a few things, and they were always so gracious and thoughtful with how they approached working with us. Our wedding was perfect in large part to all of the effort and creativity they put in. America was our planner and Sandy was with me all day, I could not have survived without either of them. Cabo Beach Weddings was a gem of a find in my opinion! I would not have been able to plan my wedding without Laurissa, Bibiana and the rest of the team. They were so helpful from the very beginning considering planning a destination wedding isn't easy. Laurissa was extremely responsive and was so easy to work with. They helped create our dream wedding while still staying within our budget. I would and already have recommended them to anyone who gets married in Cabo!

We got married in January at the JW Marriott and the CBW team was absolutely incredible. We started the planning process with our planner, Patty a year and half prior and she made the whole planning process a breeze. From finding us the perfect vendors, coordinating site visits/tastings and making our vision come to life she did it ALL! On wedding day, the whole team was professional, timely and had every detail accounted for. The whole process and weekend was completely stress free. We truly did not life a finger the whole weekend and it is all thanks to Patty and the amazing CBW team! I would highly recommend this team over and over again.
