: Our wedding was May 23, 2025 at ACRE. I’ve been stalling writing this review because I want to keep this amazing team all to myself- but I can’t and people deserve the same memorable experience we had so here it is! From the very first consultation, Fatima made us feel at ease. She was transparent, listened carefully to our vision and immediately came up with thoughtful, creative ideas to bring it all to life- all with being considerate of our budget (which when planning a wedding is obviously a main focus, right?). Planning a wedding is a lot- planning a destination wedding adds a little extra layer of challenges but we felt none of that with this team. We are based in southern California, our hotel block was at Hilton Los Cabos and our wedding venue was the outstanding ACRE. From day one Fatima was incredibly organized and on it. The planning platform used (Aisle Planner) is a Type-A person's dream come true (like myself); it allows you to keep track of timelines, budget/payments, visions boards, guests/seating, etc. The checklists and reminders were life-savers and Fatima always seemed to be three steps ahead. It truly is a tool that assists in making the entire planning process smooth. What truly stood out was how much heart Fatima puts into her work and passion for her clients. She also has excellent relationships with vendors she worked with for our wedding- which I think says a lot about her reputation and work ethic. She was always accessible, calm and patient. My husband and I had a “non-tradiational” wedding; we had no wedding party/family-oriented customs; Fatima always reassured me whenever stress started creeping in, and always made me/us feel supported and cared for. Not only did Fatima and the team at Momentos plan our wedding, the team assisted in organizing welcome drinks at the Hilton Los Cabos the night before the wedding as well as cabanas for the recovery pool day after. On the wedding day, everything ran flawlessly—we were able to relax and truly enjoy every moment knowing Fatima and Iveta had everything under control. Everything just flowed. It was effortless. Our team handled every detail behind the scenes so that we could be fully present and just enjoy the moment with our guests on our special day. It felt like having a trusted friend by our side every step of the way. We are forever grateful for everything they did to make our wedding such a joyful, stress-free, and unforgettable experience. I have worked on several occasions with Leoan and her company, and it is always a pleasure to work together. She is very responsible and knowledgeable in her work, but she also gives you your own space to capture the wedding as it unfolds naturally. It's always a delight to work with her. If you are looking for someone to collaborate with seamlessly, she is an excellent planning option for your Cabo Wedding :)

Gaby and her team were absolutely fantastic from our first zoom call until after our wedding. I was overwhelmed with the entire wedding process and they made everything so simple and smooth! Every question was answered, and Gaby and her team stayed on top of everything! Having an international wedding can be quite a challenge, but we never felt any stress because we had Gaby and her team!

I first reached out to Paola at Cabo in Love in June 2025 after we chose Los Agaves at Acre as our wedding venue. I honestly was not looking forward to the wedding planning process, so I really wanted to make it as low stress as possible by hiring somebody. From the very beginning, I felt like she truly understood my vision and had the expertise to bring it to life. Candela Fernandez was assigned as my wedding planner, and I immediately knew she was the perfect fit. She was incredibly organized and had a clear plan for how the next 11 months would unfold. I can be very indecisive, and throughout the process she was always kind, patient, and steady. Even when I wasn’t the most responsive, she gently kept me on track, offered honest and thoughtful opinions, and made sure I never felt overwhelmed. Her knowledge of the venue and local vendors made everything seamless, and I felt completely comfortable knowing she regularly worked with the same vendors I had chosen. Having someone so familiar with the area was especially important to us since this was a destination wedding. Candela kept everything impeccably organized: our budget, our timeline, and every next step. She was extremely responsive. We struggled to get in touch with the hotel room‑block coordinator, and she stepped in firmly and professionally to help resolve the situation. When we visited Cabo for our tasting about six months before the wedding, she coordinated everything, picked us up, and took us to different hotels so we could decide where to host our room block. As the wedding approached, she kept me on schedule with payments and even helped coordinate a few discounts that could be handled in cash the day before. At the rehearsal, she guided me, the bridal party, and the groomsmen through every detail with so much patience-repeating anything we needed to ensure the day would run perfectly. On the wedding day, she was calm, professional, and completely in control. I also met Pao Camacho, who was just as lovely and capable. My father‑in‑law had arranged a special and surprise delivery of a surfboard for our guestbook, and Candela and Pao made the entire process effortless. Throughout the day, Candela and Pao kept everything running on time, and I never felt rushed or unsure of what was happening next. If anything went wrong, I truly had no idea because they handled everything flawlessly. Multiple guests commented on how professional, kind, and well‑coordinated the team was. I am genuinely so grateful for Cabo in Love and especially for Candela for their time, care, and attention in making our wedding day an absolute dream. I wish I could work with this team again!

I got married on February 28th, and Luba and her team made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Since my husband and I do not live in Cabo, planning from afar could have been overwhelming, but they communicated clearly, stayed organized, and helped bring our vision to life. Luba was wonderful about working with our budget, handling last-minute changes, and helping us find unique details like our Deathly Hallows décor. She and her team also helped coordinate vendor payments so we did not have to make so many individual trips, and they organized our wedding rehearsal, which made everything run smoothly. We are so grateful for the time, effort, and care Luba and her team put into our wedding. We highly recommend them, especially for anyone planning a destination wedding in Cabo.

Could not recommend Susana and Viviana enough. They really went above and beyond before our wedding weekend, during our wedding weekend, on our wedding day, and even after! They both made sure my vision came to life and they were very on top of everything. They made sure everything was perfect and the weekend was possible because of them.

By leading the process she ensured we never had to guess what was coming next. We felt completely supported throughout the journey, never doubting that everything was perfectly on track.

Estefani was a dream to work with for our destination wedding in Cabo! She perfectly captured the vision I had for our wedding and brought it all to life in a way that was even better than I could have ever imagined. She is so thoughtful and creative with every detail - from our dreamy beachside engagement shots, to our stunning welcome party, our magical boat rehearsal dinner, and our perfect Baja Luna wedding day - she made everything a literal dream come true. I loved getting to come to her with all my wedding ideas and watch as she made them a reality! I was so relaxed on my wedding day knowing that I could trust her to take care of everything. My wedding weekend was the best weekend of my life and that is thanks to Estefani Pina Events!
