Awesome Weddings and Events were amazing to work with and made our wedding day one to remember. From the very beginning, Apollo and Ari made us feel heard and welcomed. They listened to all of our requests and made everything we wanted happen. When I had questions, they responded instantly and truly made planning a destination wedding so much easier. We had frequent video calls to stay on track through the process as well. They coordinated the sunset cruise the night before our wedding, making sure all guests were transported to and from the marina. They suggested that we do an “all white” attire for the cruise as well, which was such a great suggestion and the photos were AMAZING. Our guests had so much fun and liked the themed party. On our wedding day, they ensured all vendors were coordinated and even thought of things I totally forgot. They made our day stress free and so memorable! We hired Ari and Apolo for partial planning for our destination wedding and are truly grateful for their support throughout the process. From the beginning, they were kind, professional, and responsive. Their communication was consistent and timely, which was especially valuable as we were planning from afar. Throughout the planning process, they also brought up thoughtful points that helped us think through certain decisions. On the day of the wedding, they were present and attentive, helping to keep things on track and taking care of details behind the scenes. Apolo was able to get more wine when we ran low during the reception, which helped keep the celebration flowing, and both Ari and Apolo took the time to iron the tablecloths to ensure everything looked polished. Those extra touches did not go unnoticed and were genuinely appreciated.

With partial planning, we knew we’d be staying closely involved, and Ari and Apolo were a helpful resource along the way. We ended up finding and booking most of our vendors independently, which gave us flexibility with our style and budget. While there were a few small hiccups on the day, like the ceremony microphone not working or some items at the welcome table not being fully set up, we understand that weddings are complex, and not every detail always goes perfectly. Our DJ adapted well, and our friends kindly stepped in to help where needed. We were also surprised by a few changes, like my bouquet being different from what I’d originally requested. It would have been nice to be informed ahead of time, so for anyone getting married, be sure to stay on top of those details, because it was definitely a surprise.

Overall, Ari and Apolo were kind and supportive throughout our planning process. For couples considering partial planning, we’d recommend staying hands-on and involved, communicating your vision clearly, and confirming the finer details ahead of time.
