I don't even know how to begin. I don't think there are enough words for Ari and Apolo and their team. From the moment they entered our lives, we found peace when the first person had them We were stressed for four months of doing nothing. And then, after six months, Awesome Weddings made our dream wedding and more. The relationship wasn't just with clients, but with family. They were always there, one or three steps ahead of everything. The communication they maintained while we were in California made them feel close. They never demanded the full price, but they worked hard to meet our budget, and the wedding demanded even more than we asked for. I recommend Awesome Weddings to any couple who wants to get married. From the planning process all the way through our wedding day, Awesome Wedding Planning & Events truly lived up to their name. I would recommend Ari, Apolo, and their team to every couple I know without hesitation.
When we first met them, we were in an incredibly stressful situation. The coordinator we had originally hired had barely started planning, and our wedding was only six months away. From our very first conversation with Ari and Apolo, we immediately felt like we were in good hands. They stepped in with confidence, organization, and a clear plan that instantly gave us peace of mind.
Throughout the entire planning process, they were organized, proactive, efficient, professional, and incredibly communicative. They were always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and make us feel supported every step of the way. They thought of details we never would have considered and were always three steps ahead, allowing us to actually enjoy the planning process instead of feeling overwhelmed.
Then came our wedding day, and somehow they exceeded every expectation we had. Their entire team worked so seamlessly behind the scenes that everything felt effortless. They handled every detail with such care, anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and made sure both we and our families could simply be present and enjoy one of the best days of our lives.
What stood out the most was how genuinely they cared. They didn’t treat us like clients, they treated us like family. They took incredible care of our guests, and so many of our friends and family went out of their way to tell us how amazing our coordinators were. That says so much about the kind of team they are.
Hiring Awesome Wedding Planning & Events was one of the best investments we made for our wedding. They were worth every penny and so much more. Because of them, I had the wedding of my dreams and was able to marry the love of my life without worrying about a single thing.
We traveled all the way from California for our destination wedding, and I’m already trying to think of another event just so I have an excuse to work with them again!
If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would. They pour their heart and soul into what they do, and it shows in every single detail. Thank you, Ari, Apolo, and the entire Awesome Wedding Planning & Events team for giving us a wedding that was even more beautiful than we ever imagined. -

I honestly can't say enough good things about this team. I heard so many horror stories of unresponsive wedding planners for destination weddings but Ari & Apolo were our favorite vendors to work with!
From our very first call, they were so down-to-earth, genuine, and easy to talk to. In my experience, that can be a rarity in the Cabo wedding industry, so it was really refreshing to work with people who never made us feel intimidated or pressured.
Their communication was A++. We had a WhatsApp group where I could ask questions anytime, and they were always quick to respond. We also had planning calls, which helped keep everything on track and really eased a lot of my anxiety throughout the planning process.
They recommended some great vendors, but I also really appreciated that they were happy to work with vendors I found on my own that fit our style and budget better. At no point did I feel like they were pushing us in a certain direction—they genuinely wanted us to have the wedding we envisioned.
They also found the perfect venue for our Welcome Party/Indian wedding event. It was exactly what we were looking for and ended up being one of the highlights of the weekend.
Even though ours was their first wedding at Baja Luna, you never would have known. Everything came together so smoothly, and they handled the day with so much confidence and attention to detail.
One thing I appreciated is that they picked up some colouring books for the kids attending the wedding. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and the kids absolutely loved it. It's those little things that really show how much they care.
They truly went above and beyond my expectations. Looking back, I honestly don't know how I would have gotten through wedding planning without them. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable.
I would recommend them to anyone getting married in Cabo without hesitation. Thank you, Ari & Apolo and the Awe-some team, for making our wedding weekend so special. We're so grateful for everything you did for us. -

The Awesome Wedding Team was anything short of awesome. We received excellent service from them during our wedding planning process. They were always very responsive, stayed on top of their task, and ensured we stayed on top of our designated tasks. They coordinated wonderful mock set ups for our floral and decor vendor and ensured we met with as many vendors as possible. We had three different events during our wedding week that all went flawlessly. They really paid attention to detail and made sure we had all the things we needed. They were very flexible at meeting our requests as well as transparent and honest throughout the process. As a Bride, they did an excellent job getting information about my vision, but also providing feedback that was kind and non judgmental. Doing a destination wedding can be stressful, and I don’t know how we would’ve got through the process without them. 10/10 would recommend. -

We got married on 03/14. Our wedding was perfect thanks to Awesome Weddings who took care of all the details. We don't live in Cabo so Awesome Weddings helped us to find suppliers as per our needs (budget, style) including DJ, Transportation, Flowers, Photographer, church coordination, etc. we didn't have any single problem and everything was high quality so we could forget about the coordination and instead enjoy our day and our guests.

April Acre Wedding 2026
The team were so kind and fabulous. The standout for me was how easy going they were. My now husband and I left a lot of things until the last minute but Apolo and Ari and the team were so chill and helpful.
They are very kind, and met with us in person multiple times to take care of our timeline, to receive payments, walk us through the day and also meet us for the rehearsal.
I can’t recommend enough hiring local planners who know the area, the venue, they have hook ups with vendors, and you can just trust to do their thing.

We hired Ari and Apolo for partial planning for our destination wedding and are truly grateful for their support throughout the process. From the beginning, they were kind, professional, and responsive. Their communication was consistent and timely, which was especially valuable as we were planning from afar. Throughout the planning process, they also brought up thoughtful points that helped us think through certain decisions. On the day of the wedding, they were present and attentive, helping to keep things on track and taking care of details behind the scenes. Apolo was able to get more wine when we ran low during the reception, which helped keep the celebration flowing, and both Ari and Apolo took the time to iron the tablecloths to ensure everything looked polished. Those extra touches did not go unnoticed and were genuinely appreciated.
With partial planning, we knew we’d be staying closely involved, and Ari and Apolo were a helpful resource along the way. We ended up finding and booking most of our vendors independently, which gave us flexibility with our style and budget. While there were a few small hiccups on the day, like the ceremony microphone not working or some items at the welcome table not being fully set up, we understand that weddings are complex, and not every detail always goes perfectly. Our DJ adapted well, and our friends kindly stepped in to help where needed. We were also surprised by a few changes, like my bouquet being different from what I’d originally requested. It would have been nice to be informed ahead of time, so for anyone getting married, be sure to stay on top of those details, because it was definitely a surprise.
Overall, Ari and Apolo were kind and supportive throughout our planning process. For couples considering partial planning, we’d recommend staying hands-on and involved, communicating your vision clearly, and confirming the finer details ahead of time. Ari and Apolo were a helpful team to have on board, and we appreciate the work they put into making our day special.
