Throughout the planning process, Rebeca scheduled multiple meetings with us to keep us informed, organized, and supported. She was always available to answer our many questions and made us feel completely at ease every step of the way. We especially appreciated how she used a planning app to keep everything clearly organized with timelines and details, which made the entire process feel manageable and stress-free. On the wedding day, Rebeca and her team were absolutely outstanding. They were present, attentive, and proactive in handling anything that came up, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing. She truly thought of everything before we even had the chance to. We are so grateful for her hard work, dedication, and attention to detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better planner and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares about making your day perfect.

We found Talbot through a friend and could not be happier with our decision. Before we even paid a retainer, he got on a call with us, listened to our vision, and offered recommendations that helped us find our venue in Puerto Vallarta. He fully embraced our idea of a full destination weekend, a Friday welcome party, Saturday wedding, and Sunday pool party, came prepared with ideas that elevated each event, and worked through every challenge we threw at him calmly and creatively. His local network was one of the biggest advantages of working with him. He helped us find our photographer, DJ, ceremony guitarist, and more, and because he had worked at our venue many times before, coordination and setup were smooth from start to finish. When the weekend arrived, Talbot was exactly where he needed to be at every moment, available without ever being intrusive. His team transformed the venue on wedding day with remarkable speed and professionalism, and the turnaround between the wedding and our Sunday pool party left our guests genuinely amazed. He even coordinated our own shuttle transportation and surprise entertainment so we never had to think about them. His installment payment structure was an added bonus, meaning once the weekend arrived, we weren't dealing with cash, pesos, or any last-minute logistics. Planning a destination wedding can be overwhelming. Talbot made it enjoyable, and we would recommend him without hesitation to anyone considering a wedding in Puerto Vallarta.

Judith and team were absolutely incredible! From start to finish, everything was exactly as we had imagined, and the timing of our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Judith made the entire process feel so easy, seamless, and stress-free, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy every moment of our special day. We couldn’t be happier with all of her recommendations, especially Sasha and Marco. Everyone went above and beyond our expectations, and we feel so lucky to have had such an amazing team by our side. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference, and we are endlessly grateful for everything they did to make our wedding so special. Judith and Eve, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything. You are truly incredible at what you do, and we feel so lucky to have found you! If you’re looking for a team that will bring your vision to life, take care of every detail, and make your wedding day feel effortless and magical, we couldn’t recommend Judith and her team more highly. They exceeded every expectation, and we would choose them again in a heartbeat!

Carolina planned the wedding of our dreams, and we truly could not have done it without her! Every detail was absolutely beautiful, and our entire wedding weekend was even more incredible than we could have imagined. She put so much thought, care, and love into everything, and it was clear how much she wanted to make our day special. One of the greatest gifts Carolina gave us was the ability to relax and truly enjoy our wedding, knowing we were in the best hands. Being able to completely trust someone with such an important day is priceless, and we never once had to worry because we knew she had everything under control. She is incredibly talented, organized, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about her couples. Punta Mita has always held such a special place in our hearts, and Carolina helped make our wedding there an unforgettable experience for us, our friends, and our family. We feel so lucky to have worked with her and cannot recommend her enough. If you are looking for a wedding planner who will go above and beyond to bring your vision to life, Carolina is the BEST!

Tania of Magnifique Wedding made our dream wedding week in Puerto Vallarta a reality, and I can’t recommend her enough! We were married at Casa Valerie on May 5, 2026, with 60 guests for the ceremony and reception, and we hired Tania for full planning. As a self-proclaimed type A person, I was thrilled to find that Tania has a strong system in place to make sure no detail was overlooked. She stayed in constant contact and always sent clear follow-ups, so I never questioned where we were in the planning process. Her knowledge of the Puerto Vallarta wedding scene is unmatched. For every category, from hair and makeup to photo and video, rentals, catering, live musicians, and DJs, she gave us several great options to choose from. The October before our wedding, Tania spent the day with us for a site visit that included a tasting, a tour of Casa Valerie, a welcome party walkthrough, and a look at guest accommodations. Magnifique Wedding handled all our wedding-week logistics, not just the big day: guest transportation and accommodations, a yacht rental, guest favors, custom wedding signage, and more. Her team also created our florals and helped pull off our welcome party at Club Xalli. She is extraordinary at wedding design. The details, the florals, and every finishing touch perfectly brought our vision to life. Because everything was arranged so thoroughly beforehand, our wedding day went incredibly smoothly. I wasn’t stressed for a single moment, which was so important to me. It was the best week of my life, and I can’t wait to visit Tania again soon.

Leslie and her staff planned us the most amazing 3 day event! They put together fabulous decor and were there the entire time making sure things ran smoothly. I was honestly stunned with how wonderful everything turned out, and our guests can't stop raving about the event. I will say leading up to the event, I was a bit nervous as I felt like there were so many things incomplete, and she was juggling many events, but Leslie has been doing this for so long time, so I should have trusted her that everything was fine. It turned out wonderfully! I will also say, we spent a bit more for her services than some of my other friends have for event planners in other countries, but she earned every penny. Her and her team do way more than the average wedding planner. She has her ear to the ground in the area and can mitigate many impending issues that you wouldn't know about otherwise. She also coordinates so much between vendors and transport and everything else. I absolutely can not imagine having to plan a major event in PV without their help!

Working with Robert and Yanina was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, creative, flexible, and attentive to every detail. No matter what came up throughout the planning process, they always made us feel supported and reassured, adapting seamlessly and finding solutions without ever adding stress. Their creativity brought our vision to life in a way that exceeded our expectations, and the entire day felt so thoughtful, beautiful, and perfectly executed. What we appreciated most was how they allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding day without worrying about a single thing. Everything ran so smoothly because they were always one step ahead. We are beyond grateful to Robert and Yanina for making our wedding such a special and unforgettable day. Their dedication, calm presence, and genuine care meant the world to us, and we truly could not have asked for a better team to guide us through such an important moment in our lives. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for planners who will go above and beyond!

AMARA's team was always aware of all the details. We couldn't have chosen someone better than them, our dreams came true, even better than we thought If they have the opportunity to organize their event, they are ideal for everything to go perfectly. We loved all the work. Special thanks to Saulo and Cindy for how spectacular they made our wedding.

Hiring W Concept was one of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding process. From the moment we started working together, I felt like I had someone in my corner who genuinely cared about making our day special. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but they made everything feel manageable and stress-free. Laura was always available to answer questions, calm my nerves, and help bring my vision to life. What impressed me most was how much she cared about the little details—things I never would have thought of myself, but that made such a difference on our wedding day. When the big day arrived, everything flowed seamlessly (or at least that’s how I felt even though I know that might not have been the case). I was able to be fully present, enjoy every moment with my husband, family, and friends, and trust that everything behind the scenes was being handled. That peace of mind was priceless. Looking back, I honestly don't know what I would have done without them. Their hard work, dedication, and genuine kindness made our wedding day more beautiful than I ever imagined. I am so grateful and would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding. Laura is the best and so is her team. Muchas gracias for La mejor boda del año :)
