My Dream Wedding in Cabo

We had the incredible pleasure of working with Gaby and My Dream Wedding in Cabo, and I can confidently say that she exceeded all expectations. Gaby’s attention to detail and meticulous planning made the entire wedding planning process a breeze. She took the time to really understand our vision and brought it to life in a way that was even more beautiful than we could have imagined. She meticulously managed every detail, from the timeline to the logistics, ensuring that everything ran smoothly on our big day.

Not only did Gaby excel in her planning skills, but one of the many highlights of working with Gaby was her impressive list of suggested vendors. As a local, she has a long list of top-quality vendors who were all professional, experienced, and fairly priced. This was top priority for my husband and I, who live in the States. If you are like us, and having a destination wedding, you will need to rely on your planner’s vendors (especially if, like us, you are not fluent in the local language).

On a personal note, Gaby is just wonderful. Planning with her felt like chatting with a friend. She is such a pleasure, and such a sweet person. I can’t recommend her company enough.

Gaby and her team were absolutely fantastic from our first zoom call until after our wedding. I was overwhelmed with the entire wedding process and they made everything so simple and smooth! Every question was answered, and Gaby and her team stayed on top of everything! Having an international wedding can be quite a challenge, but we never felt any stress because we had Gaby and her team!

We cannot recommend Gaby and her team enough!! Gaby is beyond organized, knowledgable, and quick to respond. Her vendor recommendations are top notch, and after only just one call with us she already knew which ones would be the best fit for us (and she was spot on). She thinks of every single detail. Not only that, but she also has impeccable taste. She helped us decide on multiple design choices when we were feeling stumped. Her team thinks of every single detail. Her assistant even had straws in her bag for me so that I wouldn't mess up my makeup as I was trying to get a sip of water right before walking down the aisle. On the day of the wedding, we had to pivot on quite a few details due to the high winds. Gaby and her team still made everything look incredible. She was so patient with us when we would miss deadlines, and she always made us feel calm and organized. Do yourself a favor, and book My Dream Weddings!!

I cannot say enough good things about Magda and Gaby! They were so helpful finding vendors - getting quotes from multiple vendors, communicating with the vendors, and working with the vendors to fit within our budget. Magda and Gaby were extremely fast when responding to our questions and were always able to set up a zoom meeting when needed and even handled a few emergency calls like it was no problem. When our wedding arrived everything went perfectly as planned! We couldn’t have had the wedding without them and we couldn’t have asked for better planners!!!

From our very first conversation, it was clear that Gaby was something truly special. Planning a destination wedding in Cabo San Lucas could have been overwhelming, but Gaby made the entire experience seamless, joyful, and completely stress-free.

Her attention to detail, impeccable organization, creative vision, and calm presence are simply unmatched. So much to say about Gaby! First of all she is amazing. Her and her team are on top of it! You won't go wrong if you hire her. She's very communicative, responsive, respectful, nice and caring.
I started working with Gaby since October of 2021. I got married on 2/3/2023 so I've been with her for a while. I'm a little sad that I won't be talking to her as much now since she's been a big part of our lives for quite some time.
Gaby goes above and beyond. She makes herself available for every meeting I had with each vendor I had interest in. I didn't expect that at all and she definitely put in work for you. She advocates for you and puts you first. She's very honest and I'm appreciative with that. She's always on your side. She and I are always on the same page and I'm so grateful for that. She even showed up to meet us on a pre-wedding activity to make sure we all made it on time. She not only coordinates your wedding for you but the other activities you plan on having. She made us feel loved and safe. No issues at all with her or her team. I'm so glad I found her and she's definitely going to be a friend for life. I cannot tell you how valuable Gaby was in planning our destination wedding! From beginning to end she was always on top of everything. When I had questions, she was easy to reach and responded quickly. She helped guide us through making decisions and took care of all the details. And she was also able to work within our budget. On our wedding day it couldn’t have gone smoother. Gaby and her team were excellent in guiding us through the day and I didn’t have to worry about anything. On top of all that she is super sweet, easy to talk to, reliable, and trustworthy! I literally could not have planned this wedding without her!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Gaby and her team! My fiancé and I were originally planning a large wedding back home in Texas before totally switching gears to a destination wedding in Cabo. We found Gaby and her team based on researching planners in Cabo and it was the best decision we could have ever made. Within 5 months, Gaby helped us pick our venues, vendors, get contracts signed and executed, get all of our guests booked for the weekend and anything else in between. When the big day came, Gaby took care of EVERYTHING. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. It was the best night of our lives and we wish that we could relive it again and again! Gaby was amazing to work with and handled our perfect day so well. We cannot say enough kind words about Gaby and her team. If you’re thinking about booking just do it!! You will not ever regret it!

Gaby was a gem to have as our coordinator. She was very proactive and timely with any of our requests. She was inclusive of our needs and supportive every step of the way. Her attention to detail was appreciated at all levels. Her connection with her vendors led to some of the best photos, videos and firework show we could have ever imagined.
