Tania executed our vision to perfection! We had asked if it might be possible to incorporate a lei ceremony to honor Hawaiian traditions and she stepped up to the task! Leis are not common in Mexico, but that didn't stop her from delivering. She ordered special ordered a plant to get the leaves for the groom's lei and she and her team spent the morning deconstructing the plant to create the lei! We were in awe with the amount of work that went into helping us bring our vision to life. It all turned out so beautifully.

We hired Tania early in our wedding planning process after finding her on the Wedding Wire. After talking with a few wedding planners in Puerto Vallarta, it was clear from the first meeting that we were going to work with Tania. She is bubbly, friendly, and engaging. She listens to what you have to say and what you want your wedding to look like and turns it into reality. She is fluent in English and Spanish. After deciding to have Tania as our wedding planner, we had a few more video visits with her, and then went to Puerto Vallarta to meet her. She showed us a few venues in the area, each with different style and amenities. We ended up choosing Garza Blanca/Hotel Mousai.

My husband and I made a pinterest board of what styles we liked for our wedding. From there, Tania designed the ceremony and reception, and she even made us a 3D mockup of what the reception would look like. Her attention to detail is so impressive- she matched the blue candles and glassware to my bridesmaids' dresses, suggested alternate furniture to elevate the look, and built a large greenery structure over the entire reception area that was jaw dropping. She also helped organize our Welcome Party the night before at Garza Blanca. She has an strong network of vendors she works with and made fantastic recommendations for our DJ (Enrique Flores) and photographer (Jorge Tse)!

Tania was in charge of designing, ordering, and setting up/taking down all of the items for the ceremony and reception, which took a lot of planning/organizing off our plate! This included a beautiful structure with greenery, columns with floral arrangements scattered throughout the area, a lounge area, a bar, painted dance floor, lighting, and table settings (plates, napkins, glasses, candles, florals, etc), just to name a few things. We were only in charge of final opinions and payment of course, which made our planning and day-of very smooth. There were so many things that we did not have to take care of or coordinate, especially day of, and everything was executed beautifully.

Garza Blanca is a beautiful resort, but their team can lack in communicating promptly. Tania assisted us with this by going on site and tracking down the hotel coordinator multiple times to answer our questions. This helped immensely, especially with my husband and I living in a different country than our venue.

Overall, my husband and I are so incredibly thankful to Tania and her team for making our wedding so spectacular. Many of our guests told us that our wedding was the most fun and beautiful wedding they had been to, and it shows as people are still talking about it 3 months later :) We wish we could do it all again. We wanted a day people would say "that was the best wedding ever" and Tania made it happen. We had high expectations for everything and she understood the assignment then went above and beyond. We were floored by the flower arrangements and everything she curated for the day of. She made everything so easy for us and was a remarkable communicator throughout the entire process. Planning a destination wedding sounds like the nightmare that it actually is. However, with Tania and Magnifique Weddings it was an absolute treat. She was quite literally an extension of us. She got to know us on a personal level and tailored everything about our wedding to us.
