We hired Tania for our wedding in Sayulita in March 2026. From finding the venue, to choosing our vendors, to planning the wedding and coordinating the day of, Tania was an incredible resource. Before we hired her, we were overwhelmed with the idea of planning a destination wedding and were just going in circles on where to start, what vendors to hire, how to choose the venue, etc. Tania made it easy. I remember on one of our calls closer to the date, Tania commented how calm I was - wedding planning can be stressful - to which I responded “that’s because I have you!” We would consider hiring Magnifique Weddings some of the best money we’ve ever spent.
All of our guests had questions about how we found such a great spot for our wedding and compliments about the food, florals, etc., and every time my response was: that was our planner! We had several guests tell us that they were now considering having a destination wedding themselves or that it was the best wedding they had ever attended; which is such a compliment, and truly a testament to Tania’s work. I was really amazed with how well she was able to put together our dream wedding with just a Pinterest board. Any request that we had - can you recommend us a guitarist, where should we have our rehearsal dinner, can you find me a gluten free wedding cake - she was able to make happen. We had a perfect wedding day, and we have Tania to thank for it. -

Our wedding was everything we imagined and more because of Tania and her ability to turn our idea into a curated weekend! We could not have done this without her and she helped turned our vision board into a reality.
Planning a wedding is not easy, doing it abroad brings it's own challenges and we had the best experience because of her expertise in the market. She knew the best vendors to work with and if any problems ever came up she was able to solution them quickly and without us ever having to worry.
Our wedding weekend was a 3 day event with a rehearsal, the day of, and a beach day that accommodated 50 guests. We couldn't recommend her and her team enough to anyone that is considering planning a destination wedding!Magnifique Weddings's reply:

Tania executed our vision to perfection! We had asked if it might be possible to incorporate a lei ceremony to honor Hawaiian traditions and she stepped up to the task! Leis are not common in Mexico, but that didn't stop her from delivering. She ordered special ordered a plant to get the leaves for the groom's lei and she and her team spent the morning deconstructing the plant to create the lei! We were in awe with the amount of work that went into helping us bring our vision to life. It all turned out so beautifully.
Tania works tirelessly behind the scenes to coordinate everything and make sure your wedding goes smoothly. We are so happy we hired Tania for our special day! -

I cannot recommend Tania enough!! My husband and I got married March 2025 and had such an amazing and memorable wedding celebration.
We hired Tania early in our wedding planning process after finding her on the Wedding Wire. After talking with a few wedding planners in Puerto Vallarta, it was clear from the first meeting that we were going to work with Tania. She is bubbly, friendly, and engaging. She listens to what you have to say and what you want your wedding to look like and turns it into reality. She is fluent in English and Spanish. After deciding to have Tania as our wedding planner, we had a few more video visits with her, and then went to Puerto Vallarta to meet her. She showed us a few venues in the area, each with different style and amenities. We ended up choosing Garza Blanca/Hotel Mousai.
My husband and I made a pinterest board of what styles we liked for our wedding. From there, Tania designed the ceremony and reception, and she even made us a 3D mockup of what the reception would look like. Her attention to detail is so impressive- she matched the blue candles and glassware to my bridesmaids' dresses, suggested alternate furniture to elevate the look, and built a large greenery structure over the entire reception area that was jaw dropping. She also helped organize our Welcome Party the night before at Garza Blanca. She has an strong network of vendors she works with and made fantastic recommendations for our DJ (Enrique Flores) and photographer (Jorge Tse)!
Tania was in charge of designing, ordering, and setting up/taking down all of the items for the ceremony and reception, which took a lot of planning/organizing off our plate! This included a beautiful structure with greenery, columns with floral arrangements scattered throughout the area, a lounge area, a bar, painted dance floor, lighting, and table settings (plates, napkins, glasses, candles, florals, etc), just to name a few things. We were only in charge of final opinions and payment of course, which made our planning and day-of very smooth. There were so many things that we did not have to take care of or coordinate, especially day of, and everything was executed beautifully.
Garza Blanca is a beautiful resort, but their team can lack in communicating promptly. Tania assisted us with this by going on site and tracking down the hotel coordinator multiple times to answer our questions. This helped immensely, especially with my husband and I living in a different country than our venue.
Overall, my husband and I are so incredibly thankful to Tania and her team for making our wedding so spectacular. Many of our guests told us that our wedding was the most fun and beautiful wedding they had been to, and it shows as people are still talking about it 3 months later :) We wish we could do it all again. Thank you Tania and team!

We researched and met with several wedding planners before choosing Magnifique Weddings. Tania set herself apart from other planners by genuinely taking the time to understand us as a couple, going beyond a simple business transaction, and focusing on creating a wedding that truly reflected our personalities and love story. From our initial meeting with Tania, we were impressed by her organization and efficiency. She provided a detailed timeline and checklist, which helped us feel prepared from the start.
We set our wedding date for a year later, and during that time, we experienced some significant life changes, including moving across the country and starting new jobs. Tania was incredibly understanding of our busy schedules and flexible in adapting our planning sessions to our availability. She proactively communicated her availability and encouraged us to check in regularly, which was invaluable since neither of us enjoys event planning. Since we were overseas, Tania helped us envision the venue by creating 3D models and also showing us previous weddings at the venue which gave us confidence to pick that venue.
Whenever we encountered any issues with vendors, Tania expertly mediated, ensuring clear communication and a smooth resolution. On the wedding day, Tania went above and beyond. She not only ensured everything ran smoothly as planned but also provided constant reassurance and emotional support, which helped me stay calm and enjoy the day.
A particularly touching gesture was when Tania worked with the groom and my parents to surprise me with personalized messages on the morning of the wedding. This unexpected act of kindness truly made the day even more special.
We were able to stay comfortably within our initial budget thanks to Tania's guidance. She helped us find local vendors who offered high-quality services at competitive prices.
Overall, Tania helped us achieve an amazing wedding within our budget, which was stated as unfeasible by some other planners we had consulted. She is personable, detail-oriented, and incredibly resourceful. Her connections with local businesses and her ability to offer creative solutions were invaluable.
We highly recommend Magnifique Weddings to any couple planning a wedding in the Puerto Vallarta area. -

If you're reading this, you've found the perfect wedding planner. Trust me.
We wanted a day people would say "that was the best wedding ever" and Tania made it happen. We had high expectations for everything and she understood the assignment then went above and beyond. We were floored by the flower arrangements and everything she curated for the day of. She made everything so easy for us and was a remarkable communicator throughout the entire process. I would recommend to anyone a small (50 person) villa wedding, Tania as the organizer, and to put a pool next to the dance floor... you'll find out why. -

Planning a destination wedding sounds like the nightmare that it actually is. However, with Tania and Magnifique Weddings it was an absolute treat. She was quite literally an extension of us. She got to know us on a personal level and tailored everything about our wedding to us. It was as if we were there with her planning the wedding (we never even visited the country until the weekend of our wedding). No matter where you plan on celebrating your special day, Tania should be part of it. -

Wedding of our dreams!
Tania planned a wedding that was beyond our expectations. She is a detail oriented person and made sure everything was perfect. My husband and I had very little preferences as far as decor goes, and what Tania and her mother as the florist put together blew all of our expectations out of the water-it was stunning and in budget. She also was able to wonderfully execute on the things we really cared about-like a real live burro with a floral necklace and all the things we needed for temporary tattoos for our guests. 10/10 would recommend Tania-she puts her heart and soul into weddings and it shows! -

Tania from Magnifique Weddings is absolutely amazing! She recently planned our wedding in Puerto Vallarta at Casa Karma, and it was beyond incredible. Going in, we had a vague idea of what we wanted, but Tania listened closely to our preferences (which were honestly all over the place) and created a wedding more beautiful than we ever could have imagined.
She made the whole process so easy for us, providing plenty of options for amazing vendors and walking us through each step. Her communication was on point, and she was always there to answer our questions and address any concerns.
On the day of the wedding, Tania and the entire Magnifique Weddings team was outstanding. Despite the scorching heat and challenging venue (Casa Karma has A LOT of stairs), they worked tirelessly to make everything perfect. They went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was in place, from the decor to the lighting and everything in between. We were blown away by their dedication and professionalism.

Created the Wedding of our Dreams
Tania did an exceptional job and made the wedding of our dreams become reality. When I researched for weddings in Puerto Vallarta, I happened to come across a Pinterest blog of a bride who had gotten married there at a Villa; she listed her whole experience and that she had used the services of an amazing wedding planner. It only took our first meeting with Tania to know that she would be perfect. Tania is not only professional, knowledgeable, and personable, she makes you feel like she’s one of your girlfriends helping you throughout the process. I loved her 3D mock ups, videos and pictures—they really give you a sense of being there when you’re remote. Tania executed everything with perfection, care, and attention to detail. For instance, she noticed I had not included a boutonnière for my father in law, caught the oversight, and was amazing and had one made for him. That is just how remarkable she is. We would highly recommend Tania with Magnifique Weddings. She is the wedding planner that you’ve been waiting for and we feel extremely lucky to have had her plan ours. -

Best way to describe Tania, her work and personality is someone that goes above and beyond!! She is extremely personable yet always professional, experienced, calm, organized, straight forward, thoughtful, generous, caring, patient, positive, trustworthy and a great listener!
I consider Tania not only to be an extraordinary wedding planner who goes above and beyond for her clients but also a genuinely caring and positive person. My wedding was Jan 28, 2023 and we interviewed her exactly 6 months prior… after figuring out that planning a destination wedding was far out of our control. To be honest, Tania may have been the last planner we interviewed, simply due to the fact that she didn’t have many reviews (hence the importance or providing honest reviews). Tania blew us out of the park in her interview. She insisted it be via video call, which helped us feel more personable (being that we’re in California and she is in Puerto Vallarta). We went through the whole “tell me about yourselves” process and due to our 6 month time crunch, my fiancé and I had already listed our likes and dislikes for our envisioned wedding. By the end of the call, although we felt that Tania never looked away, she had taken so many notes and already had brain stormed some unique and fun ideas. Our jaws dropped at her imagination!! We wrapped up the call and told her we’d get back to her but we knew right then and there, she was our girl! (By the way- she is fluent in Spanish and English)
Once we signed a contract with her, she provided us with onboarding documents including our budget breakdown (which she managed very well through it all!), next steps, a decision making calendar to assure we had everything done in a timely manner, Pinterest board (we all have one, and now Tania can bring it to LIFE), payment calendar for her service fee, inspo based on our interview conversation and much more. She truly lives up to her business name- MAGNIFIQUE!
Prior to contracting Tania, we had already contracted our wedding location which was at Garza Blanca. Although GB does have wedding coordinators (two, to be exact) they can only offer you vendors which are within the resort and have to manage ALL the wedding happening at the resort. Which is the main reason why we were interviewing for a planner in such short time leading up to our wedding. Having our wedding at GB was a dream come true but as you can imagine working with a big resort can sometimes be challenging, especially with their high volume of weddings. Tania was persistent in reaching out to the coordinator and assuring all requirements were met. Every single thing we requested and envisioned, she brought to life in such a magical way!
Tania even saved us when we accidentally overlooked booking a photographer for our meet and greet, two days prior to our wedding! Come to find out that her husband is a photographer and he made himself available for our event! Even her husbands work is impeccable! His style of photography is truly one of a kind! Of course he got photos of my husband and I posing with family and friends but he also walked at a distance from us to capture great shots of us hugging and greeting our guest, cheer-sing and laughing! Looking through the photos he took of our meet and greet took us back in time to that exact moment! I clearly remember thanking him at the end for saving the night and telling him “we love Tania!” He smiled so big and said “me too!” And that to us was special!
If you haven’t already reached that part in your wedding planning process where you start to freak out about every single thing and feel like nothing is done (as I did)- be assured that Tania will not only, gladly assure you that everything is organized (with power point style presentations every time you meet on video calls) but remind you when deadlines are due and she will do all this with the calmest attitude. I feel that I got knit picky and even started forgetting things which caused me to ask certain questions repeatedly, yet Tania was ALWAYS positive and calm! She never once gave us a bad attitude.
We were extremely impressed with the entire outcome of our wedding. It was better than my Pinterest board. Even our family and friends had positive feed back about her. Tania is not shy to talk to guest and most of the time she was great at remembering people’s names solely based on prior conversations or stories we had shared with her. She was quick to console me at the knowledge of a family emergency a few days prior to our big day and assured me she would make everything run smoothly on her behalf which she absolutely did. Our wedding day was beyond anything we could have ever imagined. My husband and I got so busy once we arrived in PV (which will happen to you as well) that we started falling behind on responding to Tania on WhatsApp therefore we told her that if any executive decisions needed to be made, we trusted her judgment. Out of 7 days in PV for our wedding trip, 6 were sunny and warm! Yet on our wedding day, it rained. Tania as well as other vendors like my hair and makeup artist and the resort workers mentioned that rain on a wedding day is good luck- and that exactly how we took it. The rain cleared an hour before the ceremony began and Tania with her team managed to reorganize a few things to flow even better than we had originally planned.
If I could do it all over again, the only thing I would change would be finding Tania sooner. We love you, your family and your team Tania! Thank you for going above and beyond for Carlos and I and making our dreams come to life. Les mandamos un abrazo enorme! -

We had an amazing experience with Tania at Magnifique Weddings! We planned our Puerto Vallarta wedding entirely remote from California and could never have done it without Tania. She was meticulous and extremely organized in planning. We couldn’t visit the venue ahead of time, so she visited for us many times and mapped out the whole wedding by sending us 3D mock-ups, photos, and videos of the property. She even made sure they fixed certain areas of the property to provide us with the best atmosphere possible.
In our initial call, when we shared our ideas, she instantly understood the style of wedding we were trying to achieve, offering ideas to make it even better then we could imagine ourselves. We received a full proposal with a bunch of beautiful ideas and looks that she could arrange. Tania also has access to a variety of preferred vendors who were just as great as she was at delivering their services. From flowers, hair and makeup and catering to the DJ, decorations, local recommendations for our guests and everything in between, Tania executed flawlessly.
We trusted her immensely, especially with her keeping us informed on timelines and negotiating vendor contracts on our behalf.
My husband and I wouldn’t change a thing, it was truly an incredible, fun, stress free experience from start to finish. We cannot recommend her highly -

A magnifique wedding
I found Tania, our wedding planner ,through a blog post about a Puerto Vallarta destination wedding. My then fiance and I had just decided on a destination wedding in PV (our favorite travel destination) and had zero clue on where to behind to find venues and vendors. We knew an easy route could be to have it at a resort but that is not our style. We wanted something smaller and especially curated for us. I spoke to a couple of wedding planners before I met with Tania and was nervous by there approach.. to forceful not great listeners also not really our style, seemed very commercial. When we met with Tania she took the time and effort to really get to know us as individuals and our relationship. After the initial meeting she got to work finding us everything from the perfect venue (which also doubled as a villa so our nuclear family could vacation together under the same roof), to the dj, photographer, caterer, and most importantly churro vendor. She was communicative throughout and put together great presentations to capture and describe what she was planning. It helps so much to be pretty hands off the fine details of the day of and just get to enjoy the attire, guest lists, and other little things.osg importantly, Tania helped us stay within our budget which is VERY challenging for a wedding. I would recommend Tania to anybody wanting to have a boutique wedding especially curated for them and a lovely wedding planner to work with. Normally we are not the type of people to hire people to help us out; with tend to be DIY'ers. But when we decided to have a destination wedding in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, less than 6 months from our engagement date, we thought it may be necessary to hire a wedding planner. We were recommended Magnifique Weddings by some friends who used Tania for their wedding, and in the end, this was one of the best decisions we could have made and worth every penny and more!
Due to our jobs, we are frequently travelling and spending significant time overseas, throughout Asia and Latin America. Looking back, I now know there is no way we could have planned our wedding without her!
We choose to rent a private villa and hold a ceremony and reception for 50 guests at the villa. From the moment we hired Tania, she made the process, easy and stress free.
*She corresponded with us via email, and skype; scheduling regular video call meetings to discuss ideas and provide us with an overview of timelines.
*She listened closely to us, always aiming to prioritize our ideas and dreams we had for our big day.
*She was always mindful and respectful of our budget wishes. Anytime we had ideas or questions, she responded quickly, often with PDFs, images and documents outlining the best options within our budget.
*She gave excellent recommendations for local venders, wedding week activities, the rehearsal dinner and more. She is well connected in Puerto Vallarta and I learned quickly to trust her opinions and suggestions. She contacted, coordinated and paid for: the florist, the caterers, the DJ, booze venders, the photographer, the furniture and decoration rentals, and the villa manager; along with all the fun extras such as–the churro maker, fresh coconuts, the live mariachi band, the tequila bar and so many more!
*We were able to send her the money for vendors over an extended timeline to lessen the blow to our wallets.
*Tania helped us bring all of our visions and crazy ideas to life!
* Because Tania took care of everything, we had more time to spend with our friends and family the week of the wedding.
*She made the day of the wedding a breeze; making sure everything came together smoothly and everyone knew what was happening when.
I used to think planning a wedding would be stressful, but never did we feel that way. Tania made the planning process a lot of fun and gave us a wedding even more perfect and beautiful than we could have ever imagined! -

We chose to do a destination wedding in Puerto Vallarta so that we could have a multi-day experience with our guests and create a magical, immersive environment for the weekend. It's definitely a little daunting to face wedding planning in a foreign country without a ton of knowledge about the city, venues, or local vendors, so I knew that I would need a local wedding planner to help me.
I found Tania on Wedding Wire and immediately hit it off with her. She is warm, friendly and cares about delivering excellence, which I have found is a common thread with the people of Puerto Vallarta. She is also very experienced and knows the wedding industry in Puerto Vallarta like the back of her hand. The venue that I chose did not have any vendors included, so I was very reliant on her recommendations and industry connections. Every single one of her recommendations was great - she did not miss. We loved our photographer, our caterer, our hotel, our photo booth, our florals - literally every single vendor was a home run.
I can be pretty particular about my vision and design decisions, and Tania let me be as involved as I wanted to be which I appreciated. I felt like she really understood what I wanted and the vision that I was looking for which made it easy for me to trust that she would deliver. I was very specific about the napkin color that I wanted, and Tania made sure to find the exact right fabric and had them made for me.
Tania also did the florals herself and they were insanely gorgeous! Everyone could not stop talking about them and just how beautiful the whole setting was. When I walked into the venue, I nearly cried because it was exactly what I had been envisioning for so long! Everything was perfect!
Her and her team made sure that everything on the wedding day went smoothly, so my husband and I didn't have to worry about a single thing. We were able to just sit back and enjoy it all fully. It was the best night of our lives!
Tania has a lot of brides that she works with, so it is helpful to understand expectations on communications upfront and planning timelines to make sure you're aligned. She recently got an assistant which will be huge in helping handle all the administrative burden. We truly had the wedding weekend of our dreams, which we owe to Tania and her team. -
