Intimate Todos Santos Wedding Celebration
Planning a destination wedding from abroad (we live in London) is not easy, but Viviana and Susana made the entire experience feel seamless from start to finish.
Our wedding was less of a traditional wedding and more of a multi-day celebration with all of our friends, including a welcome dinner, boat day, villa events, and our reception. Viviana and Susana immediately understood the vision we were trying to create and helped bring it to life in a way that felt very “us” rather than forcing a standard wedding template.
The biggest value they brought was coordination. Viviana and Susana handled communication with local vendors, managed arrival times and logistics, and ensured everything ran smoothly behind the scenes so we could actually enjoy the experience with our guests. On the wedding day itself, everything felt effortless and well organized, which is exactly what you hope for when planning a destination event. We didn't have to worry about a thing while we were there.
Ahead of the actual event, Viviana and Susana helped source vendor quotes, found our venue and sent us extensive photos and videos while we were planning remotely from London, coordinated directly with the property manager for our villa stay, and even helped us find an amazing boat service for a boat day that ended up being one of the highlights of the weekend for our guests.
Planning an entire wedding celebration internationally without seeing anything in person requires a huge amount of trust, and we’re incredibly grateful for how smoothly everything came together. Thank you Viviana and Susana!!!

The best ones!
The best wedding planners in Cabo! They made my wedding everything I dreamed of. I highly recommend them and they are a great option if you need help planning your wedding. From the beginning,
Communication was incredible, they were always available, they helped me plan my wedding even though I was far away, and it turned out exactly as I had imagined. They solved everything for me right away. I don't know what I would have done without them! Thank you, Vivi, for making my wedding incredible. Amazing Planners - Highly recommend
We worked with Aruma Events to plan our wedding at Puerto Raíz, and Susana and Viviana were incredible from start to finish. They helped us think through every detail — including the ones we never would’ve considered on our own.
We also had a few cost-saving ideas, like bringing our own linens instead of renting. They didn’t just accommodate that — they handled the setup themselves without any issue. They even connected us with a faux-flower vendor so we could stay within our budget without sacrificing the look we wanted.
Overall, the service was fantastic. They helped us stay on budget, coordinated everything from our hotel stay to the rehearsal dinner to the wedding day itself, and made the entire process feel manageable.
But most importantly, like most couples, we were nervous about how everything would actually come together. The moment we arrived on the wedding day, we were blown away. The setup, the flow, the atmosphere — everything exceeded our expectations.

She was there for us, and all our guests too!
Booking Viviana will be the best investment in your wedding you could possibly make. We had looked at other wedding planners when we first got engaged but nothing felt right about the ones we spoke to so we just left it and decided to do it ourselves. I wanted to book her for our wedding from the moment I met her! Her style and attention to detail is unmatched, which I already knew from following her work online but once I met her in person I loved her even more. So many of our friends and family came to us after the wedding to talk about Viviana and how great she was on the day, not only for us but lots of them individually. It was so lovely to hear that, knowing that on the day she was there for all our guests too and not only us.
Viviana will add so much more to your day than you could have even imagined. She really genuinely listens to you, your visions and hopes for the day, does her research and gives you so many ideas and options in a really calm and unforced way.
