The best ones!
The best wedding planners in Cabo! They made my wedding everything I dreamed of. I highly recommend them and they are a great option if you need help planning your wedding. From the beginning,
Communication was incredible, they were always available, they helped me plan my wedding even though I was far away, and it turned out exactly as I had imagined. They solved everything for me right away. I don't know what I would have done without them! Thank you, Vivi, for making my wedding incredible. You were my salvation on my special day and the best at organizing and decorating my wedding. -

We worked with Aruma Events to plan our wedding at Puerto Raíz, and Susana and Viviana were incredible from start to finish. They helped us think through every detail — including the ones we never would’ve considered on our own.
We also had a few cost-saving ideas, like bringing our own linens instead of renting. They didn’t just accommodate that — they handled the setup themselves without any issue. They even connected us with a faux-flower vendor so we could stay within our budget without sacrificing the look we wanted.
Overall, the service was fantastic. They helped us stay on budget, coordinated everything from our hotel stay to the rehearsal dinner to the wedding day itself, and made the entire process feel manageable.
But most importantly, like most couples, we were nervous about how everything would actually come together. The moment we arrived on the wedding day, we were blown away. The setup, the flow, the atmosphere — everything exceeded our expectations.
Highly recommend working with them. -

Planning a destination wedding can be overwhelming, but thanks to our incredible wedding planners in Cabo, Aruma (Susana & Viviana), our big day was nothing short of magical. From start to finish, they were organized, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our vision come to life.
Every detail was thoughtfully planned — from the stunning setup on the beach to the flawless coordination of our ceremony and reception. They were always one step ahead, making sure everything ran smoothly and we could truly enjoy every moment without stress.
What impressed us the most was their genuine care, creativity, and professionalism. They made us feel so supported and understood throughout the entire planning process and especially on the day of. It felt like we had friends by our side who truly wanted the best for us.

Booking Viviana will be the best investment in your wedding you could possibly make. We had looked at other wedding planners when we first got engaged but nothing felt right about the ones we spoke to so we just left it and decided to do it ourselves. I wanted to book her for our wedding from the moment I met her! Her style and attention to detail is unmatched, which I already knew from following her work online but once I met her in person I loved her even more. So many of our friends and family came to us after the wedding to talk about Viviana and how great she was on the day, not only for us but lots of them individually. It was so lovely to hear that, knowing that on the day she was there for all our guests too and not only us.
Viviana will add so much more to your day than you could have even imagined. She really genuinely listens to you, your visions and hopes for the day, does her research and gives you so many ideas and options in a really calm and unforced way. Her energy is so calming, and I always immediately felt better after speaking with her. You can tell how much she loves her job with how much time, care and detail is put into every message, every email and the work she produces. She really made me feel excited again about wedding planning and brought all the magic touches I’d hoped for. I think what makes Viviana so special is not how how much of an expert she is in what she does, but her personality. It is so rare to come across someone like her. She was so invested in us and our day, and we really felt that. -

Our beautiful Cabo 2013 Wedding
We had the pleasure of working with Susan and her team for our destination wedding in 2013, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we started planning, she took such great care of us, making sure everything went smoothly every step of the way.
Since our wedding was in a different country, we only visited once to finalize details, and the rest of the coordination was done virtually. Susan made the entire process stress-free, guiding us through decisions and handling all the logistics with ease. Thanks to her, we were able to fully enjoy the big day without worrying about anything.
She also connected us with fantastic, reliable vendors and an amazing on-site team that worked seamlessly to bring our vision to life. Great Experience
Our wedding was absolutely wonderful from the planning stages all the way through to the final event. Susana and the Aruma Events team helped us organize a welcome cocktail to greet our guests from various countries, the ceremony and reception, and a farewell brunch, all in different locations.
