Andrea Coots was the perfect Destination Travel Agent. She helped us plan our destination wedding from the very beginning. The location, the resort, what kind of rooms to block off, she helped with it all! She was always available via phone, text or email, responding promptly to all of our questions concerns. She was available before, during and even after our wedding trip. We plan to use Andrea for future travel plans, there truly is no worrying when you have the right travel agent helping you every step of the way!

Karen was absolutely amazing to work with! As our Certified Destination Wedding & Group Travel Specialist, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of for our special day. Samantha Russom was absolutely stellar from beginning to end. We started planning our destination wedding in October 2024, and she was there for us every step of the way through our wedding day on October 3, 2026, at Dreams Flora Resort in Punta Cana.

Planning a destination wedding comes with so many moving pieces, especially when you are coordinating travel for a large group of family and friends. Samantha made the entire process so much easier. She was in constant communication with me and my on site wedding coordinator and was always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and make sure everything stayed on track.

Samantha also went above and beyond for our guests. She personally helped our guests book their travel and accommodations and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She even took care of guests who were ultimately unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. She made sure everyone was taken care of, even when plans changed, and that meant so much to us.

What I appreciated most was how genuinely invested Samantha was in our wedding. This never felt like simply a business transaction. She was incredibly personable, patient, responsive, and dependable throughout the entire two year planning process. She made us feel like we had someone in our corner who truly cared about making our destination wedding experience a success.

Even after we arrived in Punta Cana, Samantha continued to check in on me to make sure everything was going well. She even reached out while we were there to send her love and best wishes on our special day. That personal touch meant so much to me and really showed the kind of person she is.

Our wedding at Dreams Flora Resort was everything we hoped it would be, and Samantha played such an important role in helping us get there. I cannot thank her enough for all of the time, care, patience, and effort she put into our wedding and our guests over the past two years.

My husband and I did not want a large wedding at home, we are both type B and wanted to do something without pressure. Shannon Vega was our wedding specialist and she was AMAZING. Brandon and I showed up for our wedding in Mexico and everything was taken care of for us. Our close family and friends were able to join us for our wedding, she made the transition smooth and seamless. She did not skip a beat and allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding, vacation and the whole process of planning.

We used Destination Weddings for our wedding and for help with booking our guest! At first I was unsure because I was swapped from 3 different people during the process which I did not care for, but we landed with Karen LaSala. Karen ended up being super helpful and always answered any questions in a timely manner. Even while on our vacation and after hours she answered promptly, even though she didn’t have to! We really enjoyed working with her and so did our group!

Shannon Vega was great and attentive from the start. The resort that she was able to find for us was exactly what we were looking for and the experience there was first class. You always hope that the weekend will go well with all the moving parts of a destination wedding and it exceeded our expectations! Travel to and from the resort with different flight times and delays from 65 people can be worrisome but Shannon took care of all our needs and everyone felt that experience was smooth and easy. The resort's staff was absolutely 5 stars. They were all so attentive to the needs of everyone on our guest list. We could not have had a better experience from start to finish and would recommend this company and resort to anyone.

We had Jocelyn as our wedding planner and we absolutely LOVE her! We got married at SLS Playa Mujeres and it was absolutely perfect. She always responded to my texts, emails, and questions in such a timely manner. She arranged literally everything for us - which made the process so easy! She took care of our room booking and transportation which was a huge help to us. She also always attended zoom meetings with our onsite coordinator which was so helpful as well. One of my favorite things about Jocelyn - she advocates for her couples!!! She truly cares about you and your experience. I could go on and on… she is just simply THE BEST!

Sandy Stirling was amazing to work with, she always went above and beyond to answer our questions and make things right. She was professional but also very friendly. She made us feel comfortable and always had everything under control. I would recommend Sandy to anyone who is considering a destination wedding as she is very knowledgable and experienced. We are very happy we were paired with her for our destination wedding!
