They exceeded every expectation we had and turned our dream wedding into something even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. From the very first interaction to the final moments of the day, their attention to detail and dedication were unmatched.

Our guests can’t stop talking about how amazing our wedding was. Everyone raved about it, saying it was the best wedding they had ever attended and how much fun they had. It’s clear that the planning team’s efforts were the driving force behind creating such a memorable day. What truly stood out to us was how kind and welcoming Ana and Ari were. They made us feel like we had known them forever, and their genuine warmth gave us a sense of calm in the midst of all the wedding preparations.

They took the time to go over every detail with us, making sure the plan was thorough and precise to ensure the day went off without a hitch. I especially appreciated how they made sure my surprise entrance song for my husband was executed perfectly! Their commitment to making sure we enjoyed every moment of the day was so evident. They truly wanted us to have the best experience, and that showed in everything they did.

What I also really appreciated was how resourceful they were. They were always open to our ideas but also provided their own input, giving us more options to choose from and helping us make informed decisions. They also helped us stay on budget without sacrificing quality, which was so important. On top of all that, they were always prompt in responding to emails and texts, keeping communication smooth and stress-free.

I truly feel blessed to have had Ana and Ari as our wedding planners. They are not only experts in their craft, but they are also some of the kindest, most genuine individuals I have ever met. They truly went above and beyond, and I will forever be thankful for the magic they brought to our special day. Ana and Ari are truly angels sent from heaven, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to create a memorable and flawless wedding experience.

Ari - I really enjoyed working with you over the past year and so. You are very understanding and accommodating. I know that we had quite a bit specific needs and requirements and also budget constraints. And yet you never complained about the back and forth communications we were having with vendors. And you were also flexible to work with venues (Wild Tulum) or vendors I selected.

Ari also suggested having our welcome party at Kantun-Chi, which turned out to be the best idea and the most memorable event that our guests can't stop talking about.

The day of coordination is absolutely amazing! I wouldn't be able to imagine how it would go without you and Ana. Between the set-up, the weather/the heat, making sure vendors arriving on time, and helping me grabbing the fan that I forgot, all of it you managed so seemlessly.

We ordered custom Talavera shot glasses for each guest and used them to mark their seats. It was such a fun, personal touch, and everyone got to take one home as a keepsake.

They were definitely a hit. Everyone loved them!

They were also super responsive and made arranging delivery so easy, which made the whole process stress-free for us.

We didn’t want to deal with bringing items, assembling the bags, and possibly dealing with customs to our destination wedding in Cancun. We used Magic Love and we loved how our bags turned out. Faviola, our contact, is very easy to work with. She is very informative and quick to respond. You pay the deposit through Wise and the remaining balance is paid in cash (USD accepted) at the day of delivery. We designed the bags ourselves and were given proofs to choose from. The inside contents included: sunscreen, liquid IV, sunglasses, aloe, and hangover kit. The items were exactly as expected and we loved the design and quality of the tote bags. Delivery instructions were clear and as stated.

Working with Ana and Ari at Magic Love was the best decision we made for our wedding. From day one, they were incredibly easy to work with, thoughtful, and deeply knowledgeable. Their expertise and strong vendor connections made the entire planning process feel effortless and stress-free.

They truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. I changed my mind frequently, and they were endlessly patient, supportive, and flexible. They took my Pinterest vision board and elevated it—creating something even more beautiful than anything I had imagined or seen online. Every detail was perfectly thought through, and the execution was absolutely flawless.

Their recommendations were spot on—the food was incredible, the entertainment was incredibly fun and engaging, and the florals were absolutely beautiful.

Ana and Ari truly made our dreams come true! For being two type A project managers, giving up control is hard, but I'm so glad we did. Their local contacts, experience, and solution-forward thinking helped us get more than we ever could have imagined within our budget. Vendor communication, comparing vendors, tracking costs, and handling all of the day of coordination was invaluable. Their demeanor is so calming in the chaos, hire them!!

First off, I have nothing but positive things to say about the Magic Love team. My wedding day went off without a single hitch—they handled every detail seamlessly, allowing me to fully enjoy the day. Leading up to the wedding, they joined every vendor call and were proactive in pushing local vendors in Mexico to respond when I wasn’t getting timely replies.

About a month before the wedding, we met weekly to review all the last-minute details, which was perfect for my Type A personality. I also loved that they worked as a dynamic duo—one stayed with me throughout the day while the other stayed with the guys, keeping everyone (and every vendor) on track.

They were extremely professional from start to finish. They met us on-site months beforehand for our venue visit and even showed up on the first day we arrived to walk through final logistics.

I would highly recommend working with them. They truly made our day stress-free and unforgettable.
