My husband and I are extremely thankful for Diana and Andres! They were very personable and organized starting with the planning. Every aspect of creating our dream wedding day was seamless with this dream team. My husband and I were was getting married at a resort for our May 2025 destination wedding. They were the advocate we needed to make sure we held the venue accountable and things were being planned accordingly. Day of wedding coordination felt so effortless, I was entirely focused on living in the moment with my loved ones rather than checking if things were going according to plan. We received so many complements on our wedding weekend and it’s truly thanks to Diana and Andres for their support. Even after the wedding they stayed in contact to make sure delivery of photos and videos were on time. My husband and I couldn’t have picked a better duo for our destination wedding experience. They are well worth the investment and more! Our appreciation and gratitude is endless for you guys! If we ever decide to renew vows in paradise, we will gladly request your services!

I am so glad we hired Pride Maya Weddings to help plan our destination wedding in Cancun, Mexico. We primarily worked with Emily and also Lorenzo, who were both very friendly and helpful. Even though the resort provided us with a wedding coordinator, it was still worth it to hire PMW for a few reasons. First, they have done so many weddings in the area that they know who to recommend as vendors for decor, florals, photography, hair and makeup, etc. Instead of trying to find vendors in a different country on my own, PMW sent me a smaller list of recommended vendors to consider for each category. It made my life much easier to narrow the field of possibilities. Our venue hotel also had certain "in-house" vendors and charges a hefty fee for each external vendor used. But after getting a very high floral and decor quote from the hotel's in-house vendor, PMW recommended that we could likely find a better deal by going with an outside vendor, even with the extra fee. I'm happy we had their guidance on this because it ultimately saved us money while still using a great vendor who provided beautiful florals and decor. Second, Emily handled all the communications with our outside vendors in the final few weeks leading up to the wedding, like confirming arrival times and the day-of schedule with each vendor. This was so helpful as she really handled all the vendor coordination, and it was one less thing for me to worry about as the bride. Third, Emily helped us with the planning process during a few video calls leading up to the wedding, where she prompted us to make decisions about different elements of the ceremony and reception. Emily also attended our final planning meetings with the resort and helped us navigate some last-minute changes proposed by the venue.

We are so incredibly grateful to have Adriana as our wedding planner for our upcoming November wedding in Cancún! From the very beginning, she has been organized, responsive, and so easy to work with. Her attention to detail, creativity, and deep knowledge of local vendors have made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. Adriana truly cares about making our vision come to life, and we feel completely confident knowing everything is in her capable hands. If you're planning a destination wedding, especially in Mexico, we can’t recommend Adriana enough—she is absolutely incredible!

Karla not only helped my dream wedding vision become a reality but she took a lot of the work off my plate which made my life easier. As a do it yourself type person I initially thought I could handle all the wedding planning/vendors myself but quickly saw how challenging it is to plan a destination wedding. My hotel was not responsive to my emails and calls, prompting me to find a wedding planner. She made my life so much easier leading up to my big day and really went above and beyond for my wedding day. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get married in Cancun. She also connected me with vendors and drivers for my guests. Her assistant Tati was also very nice and calmed my nerves as I walked towards the aisle. I gladly recommend her company to anyone looking for a responsive, kind, and organized planner.

If you are getting married in Mexico, especially in Cancun, stop searching right now. Cristina is the wedding planner you want by your side. Planning a destination wedding can feel overwhelming, but planning one in a foreign country is a completely different level. Cristina guided us through every step with expertise, patience, kindness, and genuine heart, and we truly consider her family now. From the very beginning, she tackled every challenge we threw her way, including budget changes, shifting priorities, and countless ideas, and she pivoted seamlessly every single time. We even had to make major last-minute venue changes, and she handled everything with such calm and control that you would never know anything had changed. She took our vision and brought it to life perfectly. I still don’t know how she did it, but it felt like she could even control the weather, that is how flawless everything turned out. What truly sets Cristina apart is that she doesn’t just plan a wedding, she cares for people. She supported us emotionally and mentally, and she supported our families as well. She went above and beyond to ensure that every one of our relatives made it home safely after the wedding. She even helped us navigate the visa process so that my family from Venezuela could attend, something we are forever grateful for. She knows the wedding world from every angle because she used to work on the vendor side, and that experience shows. She is incredibly well-connected, and no matter what we asked for, from a last-minute décor idea to a flower-preservation company, she had someone trustworthy and reliable. She negotiated our contracts, respected our budget, kept things under budget, and fought for our vision like it was her own. Cristina is kind, patient, passionate, organized, creative, and the ultimate problem solver. She supported us before, during, and after the wedding, and she made sure that our day was not just beautiful, but meaningful, seamless, and unforgettable. We are so excited for the day she gets married because we will be there cheering her on. That is how much she means to us. If you are overwhelmed, unsure, or simply want someone who will make your wedding day truly magical, Cristina is your girl. When it comes to the most important day of your life, the one day you do not get to do over, you want someone like her fighting for your vision and guiding you every step of the way. The wedding exceeded our expectations. The wedding team was incredibly organized, attentive to details, available, kind and helpful, before during and after the wedding. We had such a positive experience with Dawn Destination for our October 2025 destination wedding in Mexico! We started our planning process back in August 2024. After interviewing several destination wedding planners and services, we had the most working chemistry, and that was apparent right away! We did our research and just so happened to know another couple from LA who used Dawn Destination at the beginning of the year. After hearing firsthand how amazing their experience was, it was a no-brainer for us. PRE PLANNING: While selecting the venue, I was going back and forth between a few hotels that varied in budget. They gave me their honest feedback and their recommendations. Very last minute, I decided to fly over to visit the venues myself. They arranged visits with my 3 choices. I Ubered to the first venue (even though they offered to pick me up), they accompanied me to all 3 hotels that afternoon, and I was on the last flight back to LA. We went with their recommended hotel as that was the clear winner by miles! PLANNING: In December 2024, my husband and I flew in for a "planning visit". We made menu selections during our tasting, hair and makeup trial with a potential vendor, trial shoot with a photographer, and table mockup with florist and rental vendor. Despite hating the hair and makeup, and totally changing my mind on the flower colors, it was a VERY productive 2-day trip. At no point did the Dawn Destination team pressure me or make me feel like I was doing too much when I changed from white to pink roses, or when I hated my hair and makeup. They could even see how uncomfortable I felt after the makeup trial. They offered me solutions and a variety of other potential HMU vendors we can use on the actual day. During the months of Janurary - October we were in the thiccck of planning. There were a lot of frustrations and a roller coaster of emotions from our side. Dawn Destination was always by our side and quick to respond/answer ALL of the millions of questions and doubts I had. They helped me put together a sunset boat party for 40 guests + transportation, 120 person welcome event/drinks at our hotel, and everything that goes into our actual wedding day: HMU, florist, violinist, sax, tables/layout, DJ, lighting, rentals, photography, run of show/timeline, the list goes on. They sent me reminders often to complete tasks, which I am so grateful. All of the vendors we booked were phenomenal - 100% would give them my money again and again! THE DAY: We were pretty relaxed on the actual day because we knew we were in great hands! 120 of our friends and family made it to Mexico, and we were ready to celebrate and party. My new hair and makeup team nailed the look I was going for. The flowers were my exact vision. The DJ was phenomenal - he listened and delivered exactly what we wanted - mix of Armenian music in the beginning, then nightclub vibes for the rest of the night. Our ceremony violinist was amazing. The saxophonist to open the dancefloor executed amazingly. Fireworks were stunning. Everything ran smoothly and on time, which is no easy feat! All of our guests are still saying it was one of, if not the best, weddings they have attended. Everything was phenomenal - every dollar spent and every hour poured into planning and curating the experience for our guests and ourselves was well worth it! That is all thanks to Dawn Destination! *Some advice for future destination brides*: Planning a destination wedding is not for the weak - it is not for the micro-managing bridezillas either. Have your dream wedding vision/Pinterest board! But if you need to know the exact type of flowers, how many stems, down to the last petal count that will be in your arrangements, then you are better off having a local wedding, or you need to have the budget for a celebrity event team. Trust that your vendors are professionals and have your vision in mind!

I want to give my most sincerest and upmost recommendation of Via Destinations. They helped us plan our dream wedding and were readily available for any questions we or our guests had throughout the entire process. We truly could not have done it without them. Their experience and expertise showed throughout the day and days leading up to the wedding. We had so much fun the day of the wedding and we could not think of a single negative and a lot of our guests commented it was one of the most, if not the most, beautiful weddings they’ve been to.
