I don’t even know where to begin because this experience meant so much to us. From the moment we connected, we could tell Diana Dream Designer was going to be different. They are a husband and wife team, and there is something so special about the way they work together. You can feel the care, the intention, and the pride they take in what they do. It never felt transactional. It felt personal. Going into this, I had one vision in my head. I said I wanted a jungle wedding. That was it. And somehow, they took that one idea and turned it into the most beautiful, thoughtful, and perfectly executed day we could have ever imagined, all within our budget. We ended up trusting them completely with their recommendations, and I am so glad we did. From the venue to the photographer to every vendor they suggested, everything was absolutely incredible. The venue truly felt like a dream. It was everything we hoped for and more, and we never would have found it without them. Planning a wedding in Mexico could have felt overwhelming, but they made it feel easy, calm, and even fun. They were always there. Every question, every detail, every moment where we needed reassurance, they showed up with tons of patience, kindness, and solutions. I always felt like we were in the best hands. One of the moments I will never forget was when they personally picked us up and took us to our offsite visit. That meant so much to us. It instantly made everything feel more comfortable and grounded, like we weren’t navigating this alone. It’s those kinds of gestures that show who they are at their core. And then the wedding itself… it was beyond anything we could have imagined. Every detail was so thoughtfully executed. The food was incredible, the cake was amazing, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs, including gluten free & vegetarian options that were just as delicious. Nothing felt like an afterthought. Everything felt intentional. What truly sets them apart is everything they do that you don’t expect. They helped us with hotel logistics, guided us through navigating the area, and even stepped in to help us get cash when we needed it. Those moments might seem small, but when you are in a different country planning one of the biggest days of your life, they mean everything. Looking back, I can honestly say this was the best decisions we made for our wedding. They didn’t just plan our wedding. None of our wedding dreams would’ve come true without Andrés and Diana. They took care of us. They made us feel supported, understood, and celebrated. We feel so lucky to have worked with them, and I will recommend them to absolutely everyone. If you are considering it, trust me, you will be so happy you did.

We truly cannot say enough about Runaway Bride — an exceptional, unbelievable company that exceeded every expectation. Adriana and her team are more than wedding planners; they are family. From the very beginning, they listened to our vision, understood our priorities, and genuinely cared about making our dreams come true. They didn’t just plan our wedding day — they created an entire unforgettable weekend. Every detail was thoughtful, seamless, and beyond anything we could have imagined. What meant so much to us was how mindful they were of our budget. They guided us with honesty, creativity, and care, always offering suggestions that helped us stay within our means without ever sacrificing beauty or experience. Adriana, in particular, was absolutely incredible. She was extremely communicative and responsive at any hour or time of day — truly at our disposal whenever we needed her. Having Adriana plan our wedding gave us zero fear about having a destination wedding in Mexico. She spoke with and handled all of our vendors, removing any stress or uncertainty. Any question we had or help we needed, she immediately handled and answered for us. We had 1000% faith in her, and she delivered in every possible way. Looking back, there is not a single thing we would change. We would do it the exact same way all over again with zero changes. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better and will forever be grateful to Adriana, Natalia and the entire Runaway Bride team for making our dream wedding a reality.

I cannot recommend Paradise Weddings highly enough! From the very beginning they made the entire process so simple and enjoyable. Lucie helped us find the perfect resort that matched the vibe we were going for and checked each of our boxes, introduced us to the wonderful resort planning team, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was incredibly patient and kind, walked us through the process, and was very responsive answering any and every question we had. Once we locked in on our resort and finalized the room block, the rest of the Paradise Wedding team went above and beyond to help us coordinate with our guests and the resort. Vicky, Misael, and their wonderful team were on top of every inquiry and helped us adjust our rooms to meet every guest’s needs. They also kept us fully updated throughout the entire process and removed all of the guesswork from what would have otherwise been a very overwhelming experience. We couldn’t be happier with the way everything came together and are truly grateful for them all!

Fernanda and her team at TMD went above and beyond to deliver us the wedding of our dreams! From the very beginning they were organized, thoughtful, and full of amazing ideas. Budgets and pricing for everything was super clear from day one and never strayed aside from a few items we wanted to splurge on. All of the vendors TMD recommended were stellar, and we truly feel like we got the best of the best! Our wedding weekend went off without a hitch and we heard from many guests that it was the best wedding they had been to. TMD was so accommodating, fun, and showed incredible taste with every touch. We cannot recommend them enough!

We worked with Maryta for over a year and all throughout, she was extraordinary. Maryta provided the structure we needed to gradually plan the event of our dreams. She made what would otherwise be an overwhelming undertaking (4-day destination wedding for 130+ people) a well organized and fun project that gradually took form. She has a deep bench of reasonably priced vendors who also delivered exceptional service. She uses Aisle Planner, a great online resource for helping consolidate information (checklists, budget, notes, etc.) in a helpful easy-to-use platform. We're so lucky to have chosen Maryta. She and her team are total rockstars!

If you want to feel at-ease planning a destination wedding, Karla is the planner for you. She is extremely knowledgeable, well-connected, and highly responsive. We tried to plan our Mexico wedding independently, but we found it to be a struggle - resorts aren't responsive and it's difficult to plan a wedding somewhere you are not physically located. As soon as we hired Karla, things turned around: she was able to get us fast responses from resorts, helped us narrow down the options that were right for us, and promptly planned our in-person venue visits. She made every resort visit seamless and easy, sorted out transportation, and guided us every step of the way. It's clear Karla is truly passionate about her work and takes pride in delivering quality, and she has a wealth of experience. I'd recommend Karla to anyone planning a Mexico wedding!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the Via Destination team; Ambar, Paulina, Vivian, and Valeria. They made the entire process feel easy with great communication, seamless guest coordination, and amazing vendor recommendations. On the day of the wedding, having the Via Destination team there in person made all the difference. They handled everything behind the scenes so smoothly that we were able to fully relax and enjoy every moment. We’re so grateful for everything they did to make our day so special and unforgettable. My wife and I couldn’t recommend them more!

There will be an overwhelming number of choices to make when planning your wedding in Quintana Roo… deciding to choose Cristina Maldonado as your wedding planner will be your easiest, and your best. When we looked back at the wedding planning process, there were things we would do differently, but the first thing we’d do again would be hiring Cristina. The same effervescent, energetic, patient, enthusiastic, and passionate woman we met in our first interview was the partner who showed up tirelessly in every planning meeting that followed. Who met us the first time in Mexico after innumerable video calls and was exactly the same personality we’d gotten to know, in person. Planning a destination wedding in a foreign country is a complicated challenge. Done right, it is a beautiful experience in a magnificent locale. Having the right team to realize this is crucial - and that’s where Cristina and her team came in. Cristina made herself perpetually available, showed up whenever the bell was rung, and stood up to challenges before we even knew they’d arisen. We weren’t her only client, but she made us feel like we were her biggest priority. If you’re seeking a wedding planning partner, you simply will not find a more sincere, professional, and unflagging teammate than Cristina.
