I cannot express enough how grateful we are for the incredible wedding planning team, Magic Love, that made our Cancun wedding a reality. They exceeded every expectation we had and turned our dream wedding into something even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. From the very first interaction to the final moments of the day, their attention to detail and dedication were unmatched.
Our guests can’t stop talking about how amazing our wedding was. Everyone raved about it, saying it was the best wedding they had ever attended and how much fun they had. It’s clear that the planning team’s efforts were the driving force behind creating such a memorable day. What truly stood out to us was how kind and welcoming Ana and Ari were. They made us feel like we had known them forever, and their genuine warmth gave us a sense of calm in the midst of all the wedding preparations.
They took the time to go over every detail with us, making sure the plan was thorough and precise to ensure the day went off without a hitch. I especially appreciated how they made sure my surprise entrance song for my husband was executed perfectly! Their commitment to making sure we enjoyed every moment of the day was so evident. They truly wanted us to have the best experience, and that showed in everything they did.
What I also really appreciated was how resourceful they were. They were always open to our ideas but also provided their own input, giving us more options to choose from and helping us make informed decisions. They also helped us stay on budget without sacrificing quality, which was so important. On top of all that, they were always prompt in responding to emails and texts, keeping communication smooth and stress-free.
I truly feel blessed to have had Ana and Ari as our wedding planners. They are not only experts in their craft, but they are also some of the kindest, most genuine individuals I have ever met. They truly went above and beyond, and I will forever be thankful for the magic they brought to our special day. Best wedding favor!
We ordered custom Talavera shot glasses for each guest and used them to mark their seats. It was such a fun, personal touch, and everyone got to take one home as a keepsake.
They were definitely a hit. Everyone loved them!

We didn’t want to deal with bringing items, assembling the bags, and possibly dealing with customs to our destination wedding in Cancun. We used Magic Love and we loved how our bags turned out. Faviola, our contact, is very easy to work with. She is very informative and quick to respond. You pay the deposit through Wise and the remaining balance is paid in cash (USD accepted) at the day of delivery. We designed the bags ourselves and were given proofs to choose from. The inside contents included: sunscreen, liquid IV, sunglasses, aloe, and hangover kit. The items were exactly as expected and we loved the design and quality of the tote bags. First off, I have nothing but positive things to say about the Magic Love team. My wedding day went off without a single hitch—they handled every detail seamlessly, allowing me to fully enjoy the day. Leading up to the wedding, they joined every vendor call and were proactive in pushing local vendors in Mexico to respond when I wasn’t getting timely replies.
About a month before the wedding, we met weekly to review all the last-minute details, which was perfect for my Type A personality. I also loved that they worked as a dynamic duo—one stayed with me throughout the day while the other stayed with the guys, keeping everyone (and every vendor) on track.
They were extremely professional from start to finish. They met us on-site months beforehand for our venue visit and even showed up on the first day we arrived to walk through final logistics.

Magical Cenote Wedding
We cannot say enough good things about Magic Love and Ari and Ana for helping us create such a magical wedding at Kantun Chi this past May.
When we decided we wanted to get married in Mexico and landed on a venue - Kantun Chi - we were connected with Ari. From that moment she guided us through the process so well from every big and small detail. It never felt like we were planning from miles away. There were things we knew we wanted but with her expertise she shared ideas, offered solutions and really listened to the vision we had and recommended amazing vendors and innovative ways to do things. She was so patient when we needed time to think about decisions and even went above and beyond with last minute requests without stress.
We truly didn’t worry about a single thing on our wedding day. Ari and Ana were one step ahead of us the whole time and already had everything accounted for. We remember walking into the venue as things are getting set up and gasping at how beautifully everything came together. It was magical. It felt surreal that this is where we would get married hours later.
Us and our families had the most amazing time from the ceremony at cenote 3 to cocktail hour to the reception at the restaurant palapa. It was intimate and special.
At the end of the night, we ended up going to the Grotto and jumping in. What a beautiful place that we were honored to have seen. It was the perfect end to the perfect day.
We had an amazing experience at Kantun Chi and with Magic Love.
We became so close to Ari during the process from a far that after the wedding was over we missed talking to her! We were in awe when we saw behind the scenes content that her and her team thoughtfully captured and they sent us all of the content so that we could have that is it keep safe for ourselves. We are truly grateful for everything I can now look back on for years to come. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this the day of our dreams.

Best wedding planners!
Ari & Ana were the best. I'm glad that they were our planners. We intially were looking at a place and discovered Ari who handles wedding. We love the interaction we had with her and knew we wanted them as a planner. We live in a different country and they were amazing with getting in touch with us to see what else we needed and what a vender needed from us. They did everything beyond our expectations. They were attentive and knowledgeable on what the area had to provide. Since we wanted to out source alot of option, they gave us all that was available to us. From transportation, reception, and little decorative option. Our guest were even surprised on how attentive they were toward them. Ari and Ana made our special day completely stress-free. They helped us with our wedding welcome boat party on 02/13 and our wedding on 02/15 at Villa Isla Blanca. They were present on both days and went above and beyond, assisting with all our questions and fulfilling requests from day one.
My husband and I always had their support, especially on the days we were freaking out haha. They were always there to calm us down and handle all communication with the vendors. During our time in Mexico, they even helped us with currency exchange, which saved us a lot of time.
On our boat day, they organized all the guests at the port, ensured everyone got on board, coordinated transportation, and made sure everything was perfectly arranged for the party, including food and drinks. It was an amazing day, I miss it already.
On our wedding day, they worked tirelessly. We had little to no issues with vendors or logistics because Ari and Ana stayed on top of every detail, making sure everything was set up exactly as we had requested. They also checked in on us throughout the day, even while managing vendors and overseeing every setup.
I’m so grateful that we found Magic Love! They came into our lives during a very stressful moment (just six months before the wedding). Everything turned out amazing thank you, Ari and Ana!

We worked with Magic Love for a full year to plan our Playa del Carmen wedding, including two scouting trips (one for venue and the other for food, décor, etc.), countless video calls, and a text/email thread for the ages. Ana was the reason our wedding was the most amazing experience of our lives. From the start, she brought intimate knowledge of the Playa del Carmen area, a passion for planning the perfect experience, and constant good vibes even in our moments of high stress. After a painstaking tour of nine different venues, we went with a “blank slate” wedding at a beach. Ana helped us select and coordinate with vendors for hotel, food, drinks, DJ, photographer, string quartet, fire show, transportation, furniture, flowers, plates and cutlery, lighting, and more. She even helped us plan two separate excursions for guests – a catamaran and a cenote tour – and made our custom designs for drink menu, table cards, and seating charts into reality with a local printing company. Ana was our wedding planner, driver, language barrier savior, financial advisor, and therapist, all in one. In the end, everything hit exactly as we envisioned; every vendor delivered and then some, and Ana and Ari made sure everything went smoothly at the event. We are so, so glad we found these amazing women to work with. Going with Magic Love Events wasn't an easy choice especially because there were SO many options and SO many vendors to choose from, but it became the most important and easily the best decision we made! Best wedding coordinator ever
Where do I start!!!
Honestly speaking, I am loss for words! Hiring Anna for my wedding was absolutely the best decision ever.
I had another coordinator from Canada, and working with her was a nightmare. She then gave up on me 3 months before my wedding.
That’s when I went crazy and started looking for a coordinator that could do a south Asian wedding and pick up all of the wedding details with 3 months on hand.
Keep in mind, south Asian wedding is not 1 day celebration, I had 4 events.
When I first met Anna through zoom, I instantly felt at ease and felt comfortable with her. After going back and forth with her, I decided to hire her as my wedding coordinator.
Once she started working on my wedding, I realized how much of a blessing she was. I was so glad that my old coordinator gave up on me because this gave me the opportunity to work with Anna and have everything I wanted at my wedding. She was literally there for all my events, making sure my vision came to life.
She was always looking after me and my family, she always picked up after everything I had, she was super sweet with my guests and always smiling and making sure everything was properly executed.
She would always remind me of things that I would usually forget about & pick up after the slack.
I honestly cannot thank her enough for her amazing service. She really saved my wedding within 3 months.
Without her, I honestly don’t know what would’ve happened. She was the star of my wedding honestly.

If you are considering hiring Magic Love Events, look no further. Hands down, the absolute best wedding/event coordinator I have ever worked with. Ana is caring, thorough, responsive and was an absolute dream to work with. Ari was the sweetest and she made our wedding day flow so smoothly. I am a very busy professional who had zero time to dedicate to our destination wedding. Even though our resort had a coordinator and charged a vendor fee to hire an an external coordinator, it was worth every penny and I would pay it ten times over just to have had the experience we did. Magic love review
Where do we start…our wedding journey changed for the better as soon as we got in contact with Magic Love (they won’t disappoint), and in particular Ana who was the first person we spoke to, and in turn was assigned to the organization of our wedding day.
A little background… we originally booked to get married at a hotel in Mexico, I won’t go into the details, but we thought this would be the easiest option. Around 6 months before, after not really hearing anything from this hotel, and starting to panic that we should really be starting to plan, we came across a private wedding venue, that Magic Love seemed to have used many times before… we fell in love, and with that I messaged the girls straight away to see if the venue and their services were available.
From the first zoom call in the UK, we immediately felt a priority…we were put straight into a group and the planning began. Booking a wedding from a different country is a risk and very scary but the comfort we immediately felt in the hands of Ana, made the decision something we were so glad we made. Videos of the venue, pictures, everything we needed to make sure we knew what we were getting, along with that, we had a budget that she never strayed from unless we happy to do so.
We suddenly felt like a Bride and Groom.
Before the wedding…
I’m sure every planning process is different but any question or query we had was answered almost immediately, and with every effort to help, they got a feel for what we wanted and never strayed away from that. My wife asked for less options to be able to make decisions so that’s what Ana did, and whenever we wanted something changing or weren’t necessarily happy with something it was never a chore or too much, we would have the change in quote or by picture straight away.
The organization of everything you need for a wedding was the best thing for me. Quotes, emails, confirmation and even down to a spreadsheet with payments to come/ completed was amazing, along with the regular dialogue on WhatsApp. It made the whole experience of being a bride and groom so stress-less, and especially for my wife that is something I will always be forever grateful for. She didn’t have to lift a finger.
Wedding Day/ once in Mexico.
Our first meeting with Ana & Ari without being on a screen came the second day of 16 nights in the beautiful Cancun/riviera Maya, but more precisely just outside Puerto Morelos where we were driven from our hotel to see the dream wedding venue for the very first time(a lovely touch). Now Ana was always ON IT while being at home but in person we felt that went up a notch, as they honestly didn’t miss a detail even up to really small things we didn’t even remember or think about, which we understand is their job but equally impressive. They went through the whole day having sent us a full run through of the day previously to make sure we were happy, which we were happy and only made this first experience something we’ll remember as much as the wedding day itself.
Now the wedding day…
To start they venue looked insane… they had everything exactly how we wanted it, you can take that from Katie as I probably wouldn’t of noticed changes… but I can say it was incredible. I can speak from my arrival when I say again she was SO organized, and that became even more apparent once the ceremony and especially the photos took place.
Now comes the bit we will always refer to both Ana & Ari as HEROES. Rain on your wedding day is classed as good luck but it didn’t feel that way at the time, and the way they both went into overdrive to save/ move everything under cover, and out of the tropical thunderstorm that you can have in Mexico was INCREDIBLE. The staff along with the two heroes went above and beyond and we will be forever grateful. As I’d say within 20 minutes we were all sat down and starting to eat our starters. A slight stress that no one can control made a lot less by them both.
Every detail was met in terms of the day, DJ songs/timings, timings for speeches etc was never missed or forgotten about. We were even gifted a firework display for our first dance which was a complete surprise,and the reaction was something I’ll remember for a long time.
The wedding day was insane, and I have no doubt a lot of that was due to organization of Ana from start to finish.
I’ll finish by saying we put our complete trust into a stranger who is now someone we’ll class as a forever friend. From the vendors to transportation she did the lot, and everything was amazing, food was insane, the flowers and furniture was everything we wanted and more. If your wanting to get married in Mexico, for us there’s no one else or better that you should go with. They mentioned they only do two weddings a month, which for us made sense because we felt completely a priority and not just a number or a wedding couple to tick off.
Magic Love thank you would never be enough… don’t hesitate in getting in contact if your reading this review.

That's what we had and WOW did Ana use her magic and make it BY FAR the most unforgettable there's no other word, magical, wedding I've ever been to. I thought Magic Love was a bit of an odd name for a company but after going to the event Ana put on there are no other words to describe it!
My sister and her Indian (add many "has to be exact and specific" plus drama and complications) decent husband got married in the most customized two days of Indian and Western (add even more drama and specifics) ceremonies.
Ana created and handled it all without them even seeing the venues. Which literally had birds singing on the beach, shooting stars and a light up dance floor. Wowza.
I think every single person at this wedding had their mind blown and expanded by the thoughtfulness, coordination and detail that went into the planning of this multicultural event.
Ana also did an incredible job of handling tricky family dynamics and politics. She kept a cool head the entire time, was incredibly professional yet warm. She even refused to drink on the job at all even though we tried to get her to celebrate with us! Mad respect for this woman.
She also recommended fantastic vendors that were an absolute hit, delicious food and drinks plus GREAT music from BOTH cultures. I've never seen a dance floor that continuously packed! Have you ever seen old proper white relatives get funky and weird with Bollywood music? Now I have!
Everyone had such a blast it was hard to come home and readjust to reality.
I want to have all my friends fly to Mexico and just have a party that Ana (Magic Love) hosts.
Good lord, it was such a great time.
Oh and she's really affordable. Too affordable... Ana raise your rates you are worth a million dollars!
Seriously hire her right now you won't regret it and your stress will melt away. I watched it happen with my sister and her wonderful husband!

Incredible!
Working with Ana at Magic Love was a dream. I had just had a baby end of Feb and was feeling overwhelmed with early motherhood but Ana made sure every detail was planned and perfect. With the minimal input I gave her (no colour, lush greenery and whites) and she absolutely blew us away with her vision. She was helpful, informed, and super flexible when it came to what worked for us.
Ana also helped us find all of our vendors! The highlight was our Food and bar …. Absolutely amazing. We were nervous about booking an entire menu having never sampled the food before the day but our guests all said it was one of the best wedding meals they ever ate — I still dream about the dressing on the Caribbean Salad 🤤
Our day would not have been half as amazing or special if we had not worked with Ana… a must book!

Ari and Ana are an awesome team, we were so happy with all their services, something I think it is important to mention, is that we just gave them 2 months to plan our intimate wedding and they did a great job. Also, there is no impossible thing for them to do/get. They got our idea right away and what we want which was a bit different from usual weddings.
They were with us 100% of the time and we follow their directions blindly the day of.
We already miss them as they became more than planners but friends who you talk to everyday 😊

Perfection in every detail.
I planned a trip to Mexico for mine and my husbands 10 year anniversary. I wanted to plan a special surprise dinner for him at an Airbnb I had rented for the last 2 nights of our stay. I started to try to plan it on my own but it was impossible being so far away. I was so lost on what resources to use, if I should ship items to the airbnb to set up myself, I didn't know what vendors to use; I eventually got so discouraged (pissed off) and just gave up, resorting to a fancy resort meal on the beach, which was not at all the private jungle dinner I had wanted but I was settling. Then, on a whim, I reached out to an event planner I found online explaining my dream dinner. I assumed a little dinner for two would be nothing they'd be interested in seeing that they plan full on weddings. I was SO wrong. Ana took this surprise dinner on head first and made it one of the most romantic and surreal evenings of our lives. I sent Ana inspirational photos, described my ideas. She worked with my somewhat limiting budget to find alternatives to achieve exactly what I had envisioned within my price range. She was always professional, prompt, creative and clearly has a true passion for this. She was even in touch with the Airbnb host to coordinate the chef and setting everything up before my husband and I got to the Airbnb. I truthfully hardly had to think about the dinner, other than to get so excited, once Ana was in charge of everything. When I tell you every detail was perfect when we arrived at the Airbnb, it does't do the evening justice. Every glowing lantern, every flower, every twinkling string light was perfect. The lighting, the food prepared by a chef on site, the special requested dessert, the wine, the special requested champagne, the specific color palette of flowers, the gold details and the stunning table scape... quite literally every single detail was meticulously thought through. Truth bomb: we're a middle class married couple with two kids under 10 and all I wanted to do was plan a magical getaway for my husband - it was beyond that, we felt like pure and utter royalty that evening all because of Magic Loves talent and expertise. I could not have been more blown away with what Ana was able to create for us. It was an evening we will cherish forever. You will not be disappointed in any element of your interactions with Magic Love. We found these ladies through the venue we chose as they are also the manager for the events there. To say that we had a wonderful experience with them isn't enough, I could write forever about the extraordinary services we received! From day one to even after the wedding, they were supportive not only with wedding planning, but personal life. They helped with online orders for party favors, picked up cake tastings across town, reviewed contracts for outside vendors we used, literally accommodated us in everything we asked for; you name it, they were on top of it.
We spoke almost every day and send countless ideas, emails, voice notes to make sure we were happy with every detail. The communication was great for us the type-A couple, but on wedding day decided to trust in them & let them guide is what to do and where to be. My husband says it was the best experience with customer service he has had, especially in a foreign country. There were extra surprises that made the time enjoyable - additional flower setups, lights & favors from the DJ, and MagicLove even gifted us for the day of!

MagicLove worked with us through some tough times making our dream of a destination wedding possible. Not only did they navigate the usual ins and outs of planning a wedding with the upmost professionalism, they turned to friends, family that was there to support us through it all! When I tell you they dealt with it all, I mean ALL: we went from planning a 60 people Catholic wedding to a last minute micro wedding with a Mayan ceremony and 2 baptisms, illnesses, lack of decisiveness from our end (reason why it took us 16 years to get to the altar in the first place), last minute cancelations, postponements, pesky guests (admittedly from my side), a bride with ADHD and all sorts of health issues, along with a freaking global pandemic! These women can do it all!
Trust the process, trust them, they will guide you to where you need to be. I thought we had found them by chance but it was all part of God's plan because I know in my heart there is no way our wedding would have been the magical experience that it was without these two wonderful women.

During COVID times, we had everything working against us at one point but Ana & Ari showed up with smiles on their faces happy to help with whatever was needed. They came in handy for the entire wedding day, ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception at dinner and especially on the dance floor. Magic Love, Ana, was great to communicate with. If you’re thinking of a wedding in the Riviera Maya, go with Magic Love!! What a team! They went above and beyond our expectations at all stages of our wedding planning and wedding day, and I would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a wedding planner.
We worked mostly with Ana, and she was so friendly and warm. She helped us with absolutely everything wedding-related and patiently answered all our (many many) questions. She made the lead up to our wedding day really smooth and uncomplicated.

Fantastic!
Ana & Ari were great to work with! They planned our wedding in 5 months. The venue we chose, Secret Jewel Celebrations Venue, required using Magic Love. The venue itself is absolutely perfect, your own private beach, filled with palm trees, a petate, and even a small chapel. I knew the wedding would be perfect just because the venue was so gorgeous, nothing could go wrong. We planned the wedding from the US with Ana over email & everything on the day of was perfect! The whole process was so stress-free for us. The vendors they used were amazing, we were blown away by the photographer, flowers, and food. Ana was really great at understanding our style, whenever we asked for another option, should would always come back with the perfect one!
They also planned the catered welcome party with my mother in law and found an amazing mariachi band that played all the songs we requested.
It was great meeting with Ana & Ari a few days before the wedding to go over all the final details. They seemed very organized with their own spreadsheet and tracking info. I do wish they would have shared the updated budget/how much money we owed with us, just so that we could make sure we had all the pesos we needed for final deposits. They were very flexible though and gave us a few more days to collect all the money.

Anita was absolutely amazing. She was very organized and helped me put together my vision for the wedding since the start. She was very open to my ideas and was very responsive and quick to return my calls/emails whenever I had questions. Anita is warm, honest, kind and very calm. The day of our wedding we were so happy when we saw how beautiful the venue looked and so impressed seeing everything running smoothly.
Ana and her team had everything set up exactly how we envisioned it, plus more! From the flowers, to the center pieces, to the head table....Everything was perfect! Ana and Ari are incredible!!! They made our wedding absolutely amazing. They handled ALL of the vendors and worked with our location seamlessly. They went out of their way to help us with getting items for the wedding that we needed that were not even in their scope of work to do. They are affordable and should raise their prices! They made our day Perfect!
If you are doing a destination wedding in Mexico/Cancun area, you would be crazy not to hire them!!!

I only needed a few last details for my wedding! Magic Love was more than happy to help! They customized my maracas and made me the most beautiful piñata! It truly added so much to the decor! They were friendly and dropped everything off as promised at the hotel! So happy I used them, wish I knew about them sooner rather than dragging a lot of decor with me from Canada to Mexico! Romina Sent on 11/28/2017I couldn't be more thankful to Ari!!! She is one of the smartest, most efficient people I know; so I feel truly blessed of having had her as my wedding planner, she had my back all the time. I hired first another wedding planner and she was dishonest (with payments to suppliers) and didn't want to work with the catering I wanted, coming up with all sort of lies to avoid doing it. I fired her and found Magic Love, after being recommended by both my catering and the venue! Ari, not only tried to pleased me (the bride) in every aspect of the wedding, but also went beyond all expectations,coming up with all sort of ideas (to save a lot of money for example!). Finally, one thing I considered an advantage, is that she has so many great relationships with suppliers, that they are all waaaay more flexible to work with than it would normally be. I would love to tell everyone about Magic Love, can't think about anyone being better. Thanks for helping us have the wedding of our dreams!

Kaitlin Sent on 11/17/2017Four and a half years ago, I married my hubs down in Rivera Maya. We live in an Diego, so all the wedding coordination was done via email and phone. Ariadna Cardosa was our wedding coordinator and not only was she amazing, our actual wedding far exceeded what I had in mind for our big day! She added things like these lighting panels I didn't even think about, and it really made the whole night so much more beautiful. She was super responsive and professional. On the actual day, she was right there through the whole event making sure we were on time, I had my party dress to change into after the reception...I could go on. I remember I kept wanting to hug her, I was so happy! So gals (&guys!) if you need a wedding coordinator, which, I highly recommend anyways, you should definitely hire Ari. I've included some pics, but they're not the professional ones...also, as for the cost, I honestly can't remember, so I am ball parking...Cheers!
