We had a truly exceptional experience with Meadow Brook Hall, from the initial booking process to the wedding day. Everyone on the MBH team was so kind, responsive, easy to work with, and knowledgeable, and their attention to detail is unmatched. We could not recommend this venue more highly -- not only is it absolutely stunning, but the food was amazing, the team went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was exactly as we imagined it, and the service was incredible all night. Our guests had an amazing time, and the entire MBH team was on top of everything so that we never felt any day-of stress. We highly, highly recommend this venue!!!

We worked with Olivia who accommodated all of our requests to make sure our reception was exactly how we wanted it. Her attentiveness and attention to detail allowed for a stress-free event. It was a perfect added bonus for Great Oaks to keep their Christmas decor up for our reception.

We reserved a part of the restaurant for our small dinner reception (25 guests). The staff was wonderful as is the food. They also have a banquet room for larger groups.

We had such a great time shopping for our wedding/engagement rings! Helen at Rogers and Holland did a great job explaining everything to us and helped us find the perfect rings. They made it affordable for us as well.

We booked Van Hoosen Farm right away after getting engaged. We fell in love with the beautiful grounds and the history behind the property. We had our ceremony outdoors at the gazebo. The event staff was so helpful and kind to us the entire process, helping us every step of the way from making sure we had we needed when we decorated the calf barn and setting up the chairs for the ceremony. We worked with Jenna from the beginning and she is amazing and made sure we were taken care of! Luckily on our wedding day the sun started to peek through the clouds once our ceremony started! Couldn’t be any happier with this place!

Loved everything about this venue. What a dream come true! The location was so convenient and everything was well organized even during a pandemic. We had little to worry about which was a huge blessing, and we received SOOO many compliments! We got married on a Friday and the pricing seemed very reasonable compared to other venues, and you get a lot!! I would highly recommend.

I am beyond happy with how our wedding turned out! Kelly is the event coordinator and is fantastic at her job! She made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it and was very flexible when I wanted the "summer medley" vegetable for my fall wedding. We had rain in the forecast the night before and day of. Kelly was ready to modify anything to insure our wedding would still continue as planned! The owner, Mike, was our day of coordinator. My only request was dinner be served on time at 7pm for the young and the elderly. Dinner was out at 6:58pm, spot on! Even now words cannot describe how impressed I was with the staff and venue! Thank you so very much for an amazing evening!

The event coordinators, Christina & Beth Ann have been so friendly & helpful and Chef Peter was right there with his dinner suggestions and is willing to work the menu to our wants needs & budget/ The hall is been updated with some really beautiful touches and more to come

Absolutely wonderful venue with incredible views for pictures! We received many compliments throughout the night about all the food from the cocktail hour, dinner, sweets table, and late night snack. The wedding coordinator, Tammy, and her assistant, Kate, went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly at the reception before guests arrived. The wedding coordinator arrived early in the morning at the farmhouse to allow the girls to get ready there the morning of. She checked in multiple times with me throughout the wedding day to make sure everything was going okay and to see if I needed anything. I only have positive things to say about our wedding day and a lot of that has to do with the staff at Wyndgate perfectly executing our vision. Thank you for making our wedding day so special and memorable. A big thank you to the wedding coordinator, Tammy, for all of her hard work.
