My husband and I hosted our loved ones at the Double Tree Riverfront Hotel for our Wedding, and we could not have asked for a better experience. Azurah Karl, the primary Event Coordinator at the hotel, was tremendously accommodating! She always responded to me quickly, and made me feel as though I was her top priority. She is incredible at what she does and we are forever grateful for her! Additionally, the Hotel Staff went above and beyond to deliver the wedding of our dreams, and all of our loved ones enjoyed their stay. Living in the Detroit Area, the attentiveness of the Hotel allowed me to feel as though the distance to Bay City would never stand in the way of my Wedding Day going smoothly. We had our Ceremony in the space as well, in addition to Cocktail Hour. We also got married in Off-Season, which opened up several perks including a Hot Cocoa and S'mores station at our Reception! The Hotel provided tables, linens, delicious entrees, and so much more. I would suggest the Hilton Doubletree Riverfront Hotel to anyone who is looking for an amazing and affordable venue!

We recently held our wedding reception at this venue, and it was nothing short of incredible. From our first visit to the venue to the night of our wedding, everything was handled with care and professionalism. The banquet staff was so attentive and hands-on, making sure every detail was perfect. We selected the Gold Menu and were blown away by the quality of the food. We’re so thankful to the team for helping make our reception such a memorable night. Highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a wedding venue!

My husband and i just recently had our reception there. It turned out amazing. Megan is the planning coordinator there and she did a wonderful job. She was very accommodating and very easy to work with, especially when I had to rely on her for everything since I live about 90 mins from the venue. I didn't need to worry about anything the day of my wedding because Megan had it handled. And if I made any last minute changes, Megan took care of it without even batting an eye. She was a pleasure to work with. My only issue that I had was one of our plated dinners that we selected for our wedding tasted completely different than what we experienced at our taste testing. Honestly, completely lacked any flavor and it was very fatty. And the salad that was included in our plated dinner options was very tiny. I wish it would have a little bit bigger. Overall, I would definitely recommend Bay Valley Resort for your wedding venue. The ballroom is beautiful. The surrounding grounds is beautiful. And Megan made everything seamless and helped me put on the wedding reception of my dreams.
