This venue is romantic, dreamy, outdoorsy and far from the farm barn look a lot of other similar venues have! I fell in love with the pine trees and choose to get married under them outdoors before moving indoors for the reception. Our wedding was in June, it wasn't too hot but the venue had AC when it did heat up during the reception. There was no shortage of photo op spots around the venue the property is stunning and would give great photos regardless of the season. Everyone complimented the venue on how nice it was, truly a hidden gem. The owner Jen was amazing and a HUGE help in the whole process of planning a wedding!! She is very communitive, answered any questions I had via email, text, or call. She even sent out reminders at certain times before the wedding to keep things in mind such as liability insurance, vendor recommendations, due dates etc. The day of the wedding she was there to answer my coordinators questions and help with anything we needed. The floor plan is pretty flexible to do with any size party and she had a lot of great table set ups to choose from. All of our other vendors only had great things to say about her. I always knew I wanted Pizza & BBQ for our dinner, which is never on in-house catering menus, so the fact outside catering was allowed was a huge plus! Affordability-wise it fit our budget very well with what I wanted in a venue. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone. I cannot express enough how amazing our experience has been with Jen and The Pine Tree Barn it was everything I wanted for my wedding!!

We had the small wedding of our dreams here. It was the perfect backdrop for our outdoors spring wedding for our closest friends and family. We only had about 60 people and thought the space was perfect and that more might be a little cramped.

Our daughter’s wedding was this last Saturday and it was absolutely beautiful! We had so many compliments on how gorgeous the venue is. Jen is wonderful to work with and was very organized and helpful. Definitely recommend this place!!

Our wedding was impacted by COVID in 2020. Jen was so awesome to work with and so kind. We still had a ceremony on site in 2020 and followed up with a full wedding this year. They are very quick to respond and provided helpful tips to make the day go smoothly. COVID was a tough year to plan a wedding, but they made it so much less stressful. Thank you!

The Pine Tree Barn is SO beautiful. I got married here in June of 2021. Jen (the owner) is SO nice and helpful. Even with covid, she was always quick to respond and help you with anything you need. The space is very DIY. They supply the tables and chairs and you are free to do the rest! The weather was an absolute disaster on our wedding day (literally had tornado warnings at the wedding), but Jen made sure that everything was as perfect as it could be. She went out of her way to do anything we needed. Sadly, the ceremony space outside was completely flooded, therefore we had to get married inside. The guests sat at their dinner seats for the ceremony. It all worked out in the end and I could not have imaged getting married anywhere else!!

This is a gorgeous venue! This is not the traditional barn one might think of. My fiance gave one stipulation when we started planning and that no barns! Yet here we are having our wedding at the Pine Tree Barn. Jen responds within 24 hours and makes everything relaxed and easy!

Such great people to work with and such an amazing space to have a wedding! it was perfect! We were able to have the wedding outside under all the trees and lights!

NO business integrity, terrible customer service and unprofessional! During our initial visits I did not get the impression they are passionate about weddings, compared to some of the other venues we visited. Our wedding was affected by COVID, and supposed to be 5/29/2020. I reached out 3/2020 to get an idea of how they would handle our upcoming wedding in the event we were still shut down. Their response was “if, we as the venue, have to cancel, we would be providing refunds” on 3/18 and “Contractually we would only offer a refund if we are required to close our doors on your date by law” on 4/13. Their lawyer stated in a letter “May 29, 2020 Shoults' wedding date, the wedding could not be legally held.” They tried to amend their contract to force us to postpone – I never signed in agreement nor was that stated in the original contract I signed. I asked nicely for a refund, explaining we wanted to start a family and postponing another year wouldn’t work for us and I asked that they please understand. This "family owned business" hides behind a lawyer as opposed to simply doing the right thing or even just doing what they say they are going to do. The COVID issue aside, there was minimal guidance/information leading up to our wedding, unless I reached out. They finally agreed to give us our deposit on Oct 28 “to resolve this matter, we would make a cashiers check in the amount of $X,XXX (our full deposit less $5 for the cashiers check cost) to you” and then 5 hours later they sent “I sent the email, I can't go with that. We have not done this for anyone else. No venues are refunding all deposits.” I understand our issue was unique with uncharted territory but beware of how they handle business. Pick another “pretty” venue, that’s all they have going for them.

I would give zero if I could. We had a deposit for this past June. Put a deposit down. Of course with COVID we couldn’t have it there.. well with 50 ppl but why pay that kind of money for a venue for only 50... anyway they offered to reschedule.. for a Tuesday or Thursday in December?!? Yeah no thanks. Their communication was horrible and of course... they kept the deposit. Use any other venue but them
