The team at Lumber Baron is amazing. The food is outstanding. They were great to work with us and let us deck the entire room out for NYE!

Due to our busy schedule we thought that we would have a hard time viewing different reception sites. Lumber Baron was super accommodating and very responsive to my texts regarding different date options. Booking the site was a breeze and we are looking forward to selecting our meals!

I cannot say enough nice things about Malisa and her team!! Malisa really made the planning process enjoyable for our reception venue. I moved a state away and planned everything over the phone with her and would pop in to the Lumber Barons whenever I was in town so I could chat with her in person and see how things were coming along. She showed me other receptions after her and her team had decorated so I could get some ideas of how the room could be set up. She gave me advice on everything I asked for. She was always a phone call or text message away and very accommodating to our schedules.

In the days leading up to the reception Malisa allowed us to stop in and drop off any decorations or other items we had for the reception so we didn't have to worry about everything the day before. She even allowed us to practice our dance on the dance floor! :-)

All of our guests commented on how good the food was, and many mentioned that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding reception! They couldn't believe how fast the buffet line moved and were so impressed that dinner did not drag on for hours. I was personally impressed with how much attention the catering team gave to the head table. Our dishes were cleared immediately and our glasses were always full.

When it was time for the bouquet toss and we couldn't find the throw bouquet Malisa created one for me out of some extra flowers from our centerpieces. It may seem like a small gesture, but it is one that we are so very grateful after being disappointed with our florist already.

I highly recommend Lumber Barons and Malisa's team for any event that you are planning. They have a lot of experience and it is conveyed in their execution of every detail. They are such a pleasant group to be around.

Melissa has been so helpful through the entire process! She has answered all my questions and taken the time with us to explain all our options while finding a package that works for us.
