Wedding Venues in Ann Arbor

My husband and I had our wedding reception and ceremony at the Sheraton Ann Arbor in November 2017. We live out of town, but had the pleasure of working with Delicia Kimball on all of our event preparations, and she made the whole process so easy! Delicia was extremely patient with answering all of our questions (both via email and phone) and was so helpful in working with us to make sure the ceremony and reception met all of our needs (including allowing us to use an outside caterer since we wanted to serve mainly Indian food). On the day of our wedding, Delicia and all of the wonderful staff at Sheraton made sure everything was going smoothly and were so attentive to us and all of our guests. In addition, all of our out-of-town guests stayed at the Sheraton for our wedding weekend - everyone thought the rooms were great and they especially enjoyed the delicious hot breakfast that was served in the mornings. From start to finish, it really was a wonderful experience and we definitely recommend considering the Sheraton for your wedding festivities!

I have a great experience at Kesington Hotel. Their staff are professional and pleasant to work with. Everyone are taking initiative of their job, and trying to fulfill my needs as soon as possible. What a lovely place to host events!

We had a wonderful wedding weekend for our daughter and new son-in-law at the Michigan League on a beautiful Spring weekend in May 2023. Lauren Yanakeff worked with us for a year planning and sharing her knowledge and experience. Our daughter grew up in Ann Arbor and attended the University of Michigan; she was so excited to welcome our guests to a home-town Ann Arbor wedding. The ceremony was at St. Mary’s, a short walk from the League. Lauren arranged for easy parking at the Fletcher lot. At the League, the weather allowed for a Cocktail Party in the Garden (Vandenberg room was backup). We had dinner and dancing in the stunning ballroom. The food was excellent – short ribs, sea bass, pesto ravioli (vegetarian), and portobello mushroom (vegan). We opted for the late-night ‘State fair’ hotdog/chips snack. Lauren coordinated bar and wine options with the League’s catering team. It all went smoothly – costs were communicated clearly and there were no surprises. The wedding party and some guests spent the night on the 4th floor Inn, a very convenient and comfortable spot. Other guests stayed at the Graduate and Bell Tower. The hotels and venues were all withing walking distance, which was wonderful! The next morning, we had ‘Brunch with the Newlyweds’ in the Michigan room. The breakfast food, coffee, bagels, and danishes were excellent and appreciated by our out-of-town guests. Thank you, Lauren and The League staff for a beautiful wedding!

We are so happy that we chose the Gandy Dancer courtyard for our wedding reception venue. Kristina made all of the planning straightforward, was extremely accommodating, and was such a pleasure to work with. All of the food at our cocktail hour and dinner was incredible and blew our guests away. We’re still getting compliments weeks later! We ended up having around 75 guests and felt that the courtyard was a great size for our needs, including the entry tables, dinner tables, bar, DJ stand, and dance floor. The courtyard is also a beautiful location that didn’t need a lot of decorations to feel elegant. A train went by twice during the evening and we cheered each time. The Gandy Dancer staff were wonderful and attentive, and helped make sure that our night went smoothly. Thank you for a fantastic evening for us and all of our guests!

Denise and Jessie were wonderful to work with at the DoubleTree Ann Arbor North. We reserved a block of rooms for our wedding and used the hotel's shuttle service to transport guests to our wedding venue a few miles away (at a reasonable cost). If ever there was a question or issue that needed to be fixed, Denise and Jessie were quick to respond and answer or resolve the question. Our guests also appreciated the ease of booking a hotel, using the shuttle, and experiencing good and friendly service.

I honestly couldn’t be happier about our entire wedding experience at Weber’s. We had a Friday wedding and stayed from Wednesday to Sunday, and we were taken care of every minute of every day. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our guests and every favor or thing we needed taken care of. It’s such a beautiful venue, and we couldn’t be happier with how our pictures turned out. The best part was the food at the reception—every guest raved about how big the meal was and how delicious it tasted. The entire hotel was clean, and having access to the pool and patio area was so much fun, giving people more than enough places to hang out before, during, and after the wedding. We give them an 11 out of 10 and highly recommend anyone who is considering hosting their wedding there. We want to thank them for making our wedding day the most magical day ever.

My husband and I didn't want a big, fancy, over the top wedding and TPCC may not seem like the place for that, but it was perfect. The ballroom and dance floor were adjustable in size so the room didn't feel too empty which was fantastic. The ceremony site was beautiful and offered a good amount of shade for a June wedding. All of the staff were fantastic and kept everything running smoothly.

What a stunning place to get married! We opted for the Perennial Garden for our mid-September wedding and it was simply perfect! Monica and her team are amazing to work with and made the entire process so smooth. Truly, a dream!

I cant say enough how amazing The Graduate Ann Arbor. How wedding went perfectly. Everyone still talks how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. They went above as a wedding venue. And the hotel! It was amazing to go up the elevator to our room to rest after a emotional day. If you're looking for a venue with outdoor ceremony, indoor reception, and hotel for out of town guests, I highly recommend the Graduate.
