Lake Forest Golf Club is a first class destination and a perfect choice to celebrate your wedding nuptials. Situated just outside of Downtown Ann Arbor, access to culture, shopping, hotel accommodations, highways and the airport is all conveniently available to you. Couples can delight in the area's most beautiful sunsets from our newly built deck complete with state-of-the-art pergola. At Lake Forest, our staff is dedicated to transforming our spaces to suit your wedding event dreams. Furthermore, our devoted staff are enthusiastic about their ability to create an ambiance that leaves a lasting impression while providing you with exceptional services.
Facilities and Capacity
Our beautiful clubhouse can accommodate a seated indoor capacity of 160 to 200 guests depending on preference of meal service. Couples begin their special day in our separate Bridal and Groom Suites, located in our turn-of-the-century farmhouse. Your guests can enjoy the outdoor garden adjoining the clubhouse prior to your nuptials. You can say your 'I dos' under the open sky, in a romantic ceremony on the golf course. With acres of green lawn surrounding you and your loved ones, the pictures will be timeless in their beauty. The banquet room features large picture windows, neutral colors, and a built-in dance floor. A soon to be installed, large collapsible door leading to the pergola, creates a true indoor/outdoor banquet space. Enjoy the majestic golf course views from the beautifully lit deck on our plush furniture at one of our many fire-tables. The sunset views are exceptional and cannot be surpassed.

The staff are multi-skilled and will arrange and manage various wedding timelines. Our planning experts at Lake Forest will organize final details as well as manage your nuptials to ensure your event run smoothly. Catering for events is provided by our knowledgeable chef and is served by the club’s waitstaff. Enjoy a buffet service meal or host a strolling dinner. Bar services are available as well, thus ensuring guests satisfaction. Additionally, this venue offers a complimentary foursome of golf as part of your wedding package.

My husband and I married on August 6th, 2022 at Lake Forest Golf Club. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this venue. Jenny Foster and the Lake Forest staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout all of our wedding planning and preparations. We had our ceremony on the grounds of the beautiful golf course, and our reception steps away in the Lake Forest Golf Club. The ceremony site was breathtaking and our reception was an absolute blast! Lake Forest offers many different food options that include traditional plated options, as well as dinner buffets, and food stations. They also offer an extensive variety of appetizers and hors 'D'oeuvres. We opted for appetizers, heavy hors D'oeuvres, and three main food stations. Our guests did not go hungry and still rave about the food! We were also fortunate enough to be the first wedding to utilize the beautiful new deck. It overlooks the golf course and has spectacular views of the Michigan sunsets. The deck also included a standing bar and speakers which allowed guests to enjoy cocktails and music while enjoying the fresh air and beautiful views. There is also a patio with corn hole games, additional seating, and fire pits. Inside, the clubhouse includes a good sized dance floor and full bar where many of our guests hung out throughout the evening. We cannot say enough about the Lake Forest staff. They provided OUTSTANDING service and we are forever grateful. I would highly recommend Lake Forest to anyone who is looking for a fun, casual, wedding venue. Thank you for making our wedding such a special day we will always remember! -

Absolutely loved our winter wedding at Lake Forest Golf club! Jenny and the group were great to work with and made my to-do list of items get checked off easily and efficiently. The food was great and everyone loved our late night pizza buffet! The venue was perfect in the winter too with beautiful landscapes of the course behind us. Would definitely recommend this as a venue!
