We had an incredible experience hosting our wedding at Glen Oaks this past September. The venue itself is gorgeous; we loved the huge windows in the reception room that provided beautiful natural light, the bar/parlor are classic and elegant, and the outdoor ceremony site is perfection. We barely had to do any decorating for the ceremony site and it was breathtaking. The bridal suite is a huge bonus of this venue; it's like a little apartment with multiple rooms and was perfect for getting ready the morning of. The food was very good, and there are tons of options when it comes to customizing your menu. We did have a handful of guests say their steak was a little too rare for their liking, but we also had a lot of people say their steak was perfect; that was the only comment we received regarding the food besides how delicious it was.
The staff at Glen Oaks was top notch. Every single person we interacted with was very friendly, polite, and professional. In the months leading up to our wedding, Brian and Bill always returned our phone calls/emails within a day and answered all of our questions. They were flexible with our ideas and helped bring our vision to life! On the day of our wedding, Bill really helped make sure our day ran smoothly (we had everything go off without a hitch!) and was there to address any issues we had. The servers and bartenders were all very nice and dinner service was prompt and timely. I really can't think of anything that went "wrong," it was that good of a day!
We truly appreciate all the hard work everybody at Glen Oaks put into helping our wedding day come together, and would recommend them to anybody searching for a wedding venue without hesitation!

On June 22nd, we had our wedding at Glen Oaks. The staff were very kind, easy to work with, and did a great job setting everything up. Our dinner and hors d’oeuvres were very delicious. It was very nice having everything all in one location—bride/groom suite, outdoor ceremony, food, drinks, ample reception space. The rehearsal was held the night before, and Brian was accommodating and kind with anything we needed. We planned our wedding from the comfort of our couch in Dallas, TX, and Bill and Brian were helpful and responded quickly. It made planning a destination wedding so much easier. We are so lucky to have had our wedding there.

Brian and Bill were amazing to work with! They went above and beyond. It was a perfect wedding from food, to facility and entertainment! Highly recommend!

This place is so beautiful. The lighting and grounds are incredible. To top it off, Bill and Brian were very responsive and helpful with everything little thing we needed. My husband and I got rave reviews about the venue, food, and staff. Would definitely recommend!

We got married at Glen Oaks in October. The venue and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Bill and Brian were amazing, so helpful and so easy to work with! It is hard planning a wedding especially during Covid and we are forever thankful for all Bill and Brian’s help! And the food was AMAZING! We still have guests telling us how good the food was!

Bill, Gina and the Glen Oaks staff are the best. Because of severe weather, the Ceremony was moved inside. It went perfectly and the venue was set up for dinner so quickly after the Ceremony, I didn't even notice! We couldn't have asked for more. The food is excellent as well as the service. So many guests said they loved the venue and that it was the best Wedding they've ever attended! We think so too.

We ended up having to reschedule from 6/2020 to 5/2021. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was stressful but Bill went out of his way to make sure the day was special and that we wouldn't have to reschedule once again. Glen Oaks was as flexible as they could be. We rented for the whole day and got ready and took pictures in the rooms upstairs and also out on the course. Brian helped with the ceremony and the reception and stayed to the end to make sure we had everything we needed. . Everything was wonderful- The food (sit down due to COVID protocols) was delicious and the serving size was very generous. The large decks were nice because people were happy to be outside. My daughter was very happy with the entire day- Her only complaint was that it ended too soon!

Bill at Glen Oaks was awesome to work with. Efficient and quick to respond in all communication, and very informative at the initial meeting. There were never any issues throughout the whole process, it was seamless!

The reception was perfect. Everything was placed exactly as discussed and looked beautiful. The food was AMAZING. Biggest buffet spread I have ever seen at a wedding, and it was all perfectly cooked. I still have guests raving about it being the best food they have ever eaten at a wedding, and I agree!

My husband and I were both so so impressed with the service we received at Glen Oaks! Everything and everyone involved was amazing! Brian Shay was so helpful throughout the planning process from the beginning of our venue search through the morning after our wedding. Our guests RAVED about the food and the space. Several even told me it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. The venue is BEAUTIFUL and everyone was very professional. They are definitely experienced in the wedding game. We have no complaints whatsoever. Hands down, I would recommend and choose Glen Oaks again and again and again in the future!

My husband and I were married here in May of 2019. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Bill and Kathy were so helpful and made sure that my husband and I had the wedding of our dreams! It started raining shortly before our outdoor ceremony was supposed to take place and Bill made arrangements very quickly to have everything set up inside. Perfect experience we will never forget!
