Loved everything about this venue. What a dream come true! The location was so convenient and everything was well organized even during a pandemic. We had little to worry about which was a huge blessing, and we received SOOO many compliments! We got married on a Friday and the pricing seemed very reasonable compared to other venues, and you get a lot!! I would highly recommend.

Beautiful Venue, Great Food, and Top-Notch Service
We chose the Royal Park Hotel for our wedding because out of all the venues that we toured, it was the only location where the food and beverage manager kept us for a full hour and not only answered our questions, but gave helpful advice. The food is delicious, the staff is professional, and the hotel grounds are gorgeous and well-maintained. Meredith and the staff were understanding and offered solutions when our March 2020 wedding had to be suddenly cancelled, and again when restrictions around our rescheduled date meant that plans had to be changed on a dime. The hotel's service was excellent in extremely challenging circumstances, and we were thrilled to have such a beautiful, one-of-a-kind wedding there.

Stunning venue!
This venue is absolutely amazing! We had our wedding in the conservatory and it was like a dream! The team is very accommodating and flexible, the food is incredible, and the overall ambiance is stunning. I would highly recommend this venue!

Exceptional! Exceeds All Expectations!
There are no words to properly describe how great of a job the Royal Park does. Working with Meredith as our wedding coordinator was an absolutely pleasure. She is a total professional and is incredibly skilled at what she does. I heard from so many guests that it was the best wedding they've ever been to. And as the bride, they made it so easy for me ro thoroughly enjoy every moment. Everyone says your wedding day is a blur but with the help of the Royal Park, I didn't have to worry about a thing and I had the most fun and memorable night of my life! The food was phenomenal! The ceremony in the conservatory was spectacular. The ballroom was beautiful. The Royal Park has thought of everything. My husband and I went to the bridal suite after the reception and were welcomed by champagne on ice, chocolates, slices of wedding cake plated to read, "Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Ooms," and rose petals throughout the room. The Royal Park is the absolute best place to get married, I would recommend it to anyone.

Great Experience
Our wedding reception was beautiful due to the professionalism and amazing job the Royal Park Hotel staff did. We worked with Kathleen for months to organize all the details and menu. She was extremely patient and helpful. Joe coordinated the day of the wedding and made sure everything went according to plan. Aly helped set up the room perfectly. The chef provided delicious food that all guests enjoyed, including the vegan option. Everything exceeded our expectations. We had a small reception in the conservatory and even though there were other events happening the same day, all staff members gave us their attention and assistance. Also, we received a complimentary night at the hotel, which was a nice addition. Highly recommend this location!

In short, everything was perfect. Kathleen and Joe make the entire planning experience easy. They are responsive and wonderful with sending updates. When it came to the wedding weekend, everything was effortless. The wedding party, family, and other hotel guests were taken care of.
We had our ceremony in the park pavilion, which is the beautiful tent in the back of the hotel, and the reception in the ballroom. There were about 200 people at our wedding and space was perfect. There are so many places on the hotel grounds and in close surrounding areas for beautiful photos. One of the main things I wanted in a venue was kinda of a "one stop shop" and the Royal Park Hotel definitely accomplished that. Guests moved from the ceremony to cocktail hour in the lobby to dinner and partying in the ballroom - all was very easy.
If you're really looking for a beautiful place with wonderful staff for your wedding, this is it!

Extremely attentive from the moment I checked in until check out. Extremely efficient and ahead of the game. All was beautiful and elegant.
Example I had two staff members setting up my room upon arrival on chairs hanging my dress in front of the tall window so the light shined through and made it magical. Placing my luggage on rack in closet seting toiletries in bath etc.
We're all about trust. Our community relies on honest reviews to help you make those big decisions with ease.
One word! AWESOME... fabulous space, accommodating staff, exceptional service. Sue Keels and her staff and FAB! The customer is first! A joy to work with, and a total professional.
