Wedding Venues in Boothbay Harbor

We had an incredible experience hosting our wedding at Linekin over the summer!! It was special having the property to ourselves with our loved ones for the weekend. From breakfast, check-ins, enjoying the amenities, and through the wedding service the staff was such a joy to work with. It unfortunately rained for our ceremony, but the new updates to the property & West Lodge made for a seamless transition to a cozy and intimate ceremony indoors, which people have complimented us on after the fact! Already working on planning our trip back to Linekin - thank you Melissa and team!!

We held our wedding reception here, our ten year anniversary here, and my father's memorial here. There is not a better place on the coast. The staff is fantastic, the venue is beautiful, whether inside or outside. The views of the harbor are spectacular.

Our wedding at Spruce Point Inn was absolutely the best day! We HIGHLY recommend having your wedding here. It is the perfect place to spend a weekend with your friends and family. It has woods, ocean, sunset, and it feels like you're at a summer camp in the best way! Due to their diverse setting, you will get so many fun photo backdrops for your special day. We did not have a wedding planner and we did not need one, Lisa and Betsy helped us make our wedding day dreams come alive. They recommended vendors and gave honest feedback on what works best in the venue and for guests. We trusted their opinions and would recommend working with them to anyone. Planning a wedding in 2020 was especially stressful, but having SPI as our venue and partner helped put us at ease. They worked with us on ideas and back up plans. Safety was of great importance to us and them and they made sure the necessary precautions were taken. All of our guests were impressed with the food, and so were we. I didn't think it was possible to have food that good at a wedding, but they were able to duplicate what we tasted during the tasting on the larger, wedding day, scale. Overall, our wedding was so fun for us and our guests. I wish we could do it again! This venue is the BEST! Looking forward to visiting again and again. We had the perfect wedding reception at the Boothbay Harbor Inn. Alina and Ramsey were a dream to work with because they cared deeply to execute our vision and allowed us to dream big, even within our budget. It is hard to know where to begin because every detail surpassed our expectations! The food was incredible - we had an amazing raw bar, lobster rolls, and even lobster on a stick. Our guests still talk about the food a year later. The view is the BEST in Boothbay Harbor - and Alina and Ramsey made sure we were able to take full advantage. We had a tent on the lawn for 150 people, with a dance floor, and every guest had a view of the harbor the entire day/evening. The bridal party arrived to the reception by boat to the Inn's dock, which also served as the perfect break spot from the dance floor. The cocktail hour was on the lawn with a bar inside and outside for guests. Every staff member we worked and interacted with made us and our guests feel well taken care of the entire weekend. Most of our guests stayed on the property, which they all loved. Our ceremony was at the Catholic church - Our Lady Queen of Peace, which is a very easy walking distance. The Footbridge into town, also a short walk, is right next to the property, so our guests really enjoyed the after parties Friday and Saturday nights! This is really the perfect spot for a Maine wedding. My husband is from Texas and so a lot of guests flew in for the first time and were blown away. Thank you, Boothbay Harbor Inn!!

We got married up in Wiscasset, ME this past summer and worked with Sierra and Melissa at the Boothbay Harbor Oceanside Golf Resort to coordinate our welcome party, brunch and lodging for our guests. Not only is the resort and golf course beautiful but the team was amazing as we reviewed options, fine-tuned details and planned our events. Our guests loved congregating around the bar at Coastal Prime, soaking up the views from the deck and enjoying the amazing food in the dining room. Melissa and Sierra truly went above and beyond to help us plan, setup and host an unforgettable July 4th welcome party at the lobster dock next door that we will never forget. The rooms themselves were perfect for hosting 70-80 of our guests and it was such a treat to sip coffee on our balcony every morning overlooking the harbor. We will be back many more times!
