One hour from Portland airport, Sailors Landing boasts eight acres of rolling lawns, manicured gardens, and woodland paths along 1200 feet of stunning Maine waterfront. Your rehearsal, ceremony, and the receptions are tented outdoors. The ceremony can take place on any of the lawns with views overlooking the water. This incredible venue is perfect for show-stopping photos. Add a cocktail or hors d'oeuvre tent! Want to arrive or depart by boat? Waterfront access to the dock is through a 100-year-old cedar grove to the venue's private dock. A preparation suite is included with great room, dining, kitchen and lounging area. For changing, there is a bedroom and full bathroom for the bridal party.

The outdoor deck seats 10, where you can enjoy relaxed meals and sunset cocktails with a barbecue grill. Order an on-site lobster bake for your rehearsal dinner or wedding catering! If staying on the property is desired, the rambling house has five cozy water-view bedrooms and four full bath. This is rented as an add-on that is on a per night basis. Extra lodging in the guest bunkhouse is available upon request. For full house rentals, a downstairs queen bedroom is located across from a bath equipped for mobility-challenged guests. Three sitting areas encourage intimate conversation. If not staying with us during your event, the aforementioned great room will be accessible to you and your guests. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area overlooking the spectacular cove and islands. The accessible upstairs bedroom also has a shower and bath with a large mirror and ample counter space.
