Sarah single-handedly made our wedding day possible. Not only was she professional but she also felt like part of the family and was celebrating along with us. If I could have given her my entire wedding day budget I would have and it STILL wouldn’t have been enough to compensate for the wonderful job she did on helping us make our wedding day as special as it was. She handled each vendor and situation with professionalism and the assertiveness needed for this business. She did so with such eloquence that allowed our wants to be heard and executed. Sarah did whatever she could to protect me and my husband’s newlywed bubble and made sure that no one popped it- not even family and friends. She was behind the scenes while also playing an active role in each moving part of the day. When we thought of something she was always 10 steps ahead. She comes to the business with experience far beyond her years and does so with such vigor and personality. The amount of comments I got from family and friends on how simply amazing she is was unfathomable. Sarah ensured all our wants were met- for example, the day before our rehearsal we were told last minute by our venue that weren’t allowed to throw dried lavender for our ceremony exit. I had purchased the most beautiful cones to put it in and be placed on each chair and was devastated to hear that I no longer was able to use them. I told Sarah nonchalantly and she went ahead and looked into our contract and reached out to the venue, which resulted in us being able to use the cones/dried lavender. This is just one of MANY examples as to how Sarah showed up for us on the days and months before our wedding day. Not to mention the day of our wedding. I will recommend Sarah until I am blue in the face- hire this woman, she is quite literally the best!!!!

Sarah and Wendy were the Day of Coordinators for my son’s wedding at Marianmade Farm. From start to finish they were an amazing value add to the entire process. So calm, empathetic and professional, they were full of great ideas and tips. I can’t imagine what the day would have been like without them, or even the planning leading up to the day. We were all very impressed and grateful! Dragonfly is just who you need to make your wedding go off without a snag!

Working with Wendy and Sarah was, by far, the best part of our wedding planning process. They made us feel so at ease at every stage of the journey, communicated regularly, and went above and beyond with concerns regarding our venue. We live out of state, so it gave us so much peace of mind to work with people who knew the local community. The rehearsal and wedding day went off without a hitch; we had the best time! Dragonfly services was an amazing choice for our wedding day of coordination! Ally provided us with "worksheets" and info to help us plan our big day and then a few weeks before our wedding she completely took over and all of the pre-wedding stress faded away! it was so great to know she had the whole thing taken care of. our wedding day was everything we wanted it to be and more thanks to dragonfly!

We hired Dragonfly to support with day-of needs for our August 2024 wedding. The team went far above and beyond the "day-of" duties and helped us with everything from sourcing and selecting vendors to determining quantities and timelines to managing our rehearsal. We worked directly with Ally who was absolutely lovely throughout the entire process - she always made herself available for a call even in the months that were technically quieter on the planning front - and the other members of the team were also involved in various capacities to ensure that our day ran smoothly. It was the perfect event and we cannot thank Dragonfly enough for making it so!

Wendy and her team at Dragonfly are simply the best! We were married this summer at Marianmade Farms and Wendy was incredible to work with from start to finish, and made sure our dreams came to life. She had a calm approach to the day, and shared her expertise and preferred vendors which all supported small local businesses! Sarah and Ally worked throughout the weekend making sure everything went smoothly which allowed for our family to relax and enjoy the moments from the day! We cannot thank them enough for everything they did, and would recommend them to anyone in the area!

Dragonfly Services is amazing! We are so grateful that we hired them for our wedding weekend. Katie went above and beyond to make our wedding day so special! She was the warmest and calmest presence. We were anticipating rain on our wedding day, and she helped put our minds at ease by running through our 'rain plan' at the rehearsal and day of, helping to make last-minute changes to ensure our ceremony could take place outside. Even swapping out guest's colored umbrellas for clear ones to make sure everything was perfect :)

Not only did she make sure every single detail was PERFECT for my day-of coordination, she went above-and-beyond in the weeks leading up to my wedding, coordinating with vendors and making sure everything was on-track and organized. She also helped me book a new makeup artist after mine cancelled two weeks before my wedding (your vendor and planner’s preferred vendor lists are a real thing and you should trust them for this reason.)

We absolutely loved working with Dragonfly and our day of coordinator Katie! She went above & beyond to answer all of our questions ahead of time and to create the perfect wedding timeline for us. Our day went so smoothly (despite an anticipated hurricane) & Katie was quick to help us set up a plan B & plan C. Our barn ceremony (instead of outside) wound up being so much cozier & we got so many compliments on how beautiful it was. 10/10 would recommend working with them!

We cannot say enough good things about Dragonfly Services, specifically, our day of coordinator Katie. She was absolutely unbelievable. Leading up to our big day she was critical in sorting out our timeline, gave us vendor recs, and checked in with us through the whole process to make sure we had everything ready to go. Even though she was technically there to support us "day of", she was so supportive in the months leading up to the wedding which was so amazing! She coordinated with all of our vendors so we didn't have to deal with any emails/phone calls in the already very busy 2 weeks leading up to our big day. We literally couldn't believe how stress-free she made this process for us. She made our venue look amazing, designed our place settings which were beautiful, and made sure we stayed on time throughout the day (in the the kindest, most calm manner). We forgot our welcome sign easel back in Boston, and she magically found a way to make one show up at our reception! She even checked in on us throughout the night to see if we needed drink refills, food etc!

A day of coordinator is NECESSARY for the big day, and there is no one else I would recommend than Dragonfly services. We had such a great experience with Katie-- she was critical to the best day of our lives!
