Mountain Star Estate was a one stop shop for our wedding weekend! One of the best features about this venue is the package options that provide [everything] you need (on site housing, ceremony site, reception site, tables, chairs, linens, decorations, flatware, glasses, etc.). No need for countless rental agreements from different companies. The location/ambiance was PERFECT for my husband (from the mountains) and myself (from the ocean). Stacey and Adrian were very supportive and helpful throughout the wedding process. We had potential for rain during the ceremony and there were contingency plans in place to hold the ceremony in the barn if needed. (Great piece of mind!) Luckily the sun held out and we were able to use the incredible ceremony site a short path walk up from the barn with the backdrop of Rangeley Lake below. The barn venue had plenty of space (comfortable/cosy in a good way) for just over 100 guests. I used local (Rangeley, ME) vendors for catering and flowers who work closely with MSE - another benefit. Guest housing availability on site and very close by (within a mile) made this venue a great choice for us as everyone was traveling from out of state. I loved having the Honeymoon Suite to ourselves right next to the Farm House. We held our rehearsal dinner at the Farm House in a relaxed BBQ buffet that we brought in. Low-key and fun! If you are looking for a rustic/barn venue that has an easygoing and elegant feel offering a phenomenal package - look no further. MSE is the best option out there - I know, I looked at every barn venue in the greater northeast and nothing compared.

This place is unreal. It's beyond words. It's the perfect little slice of heaven in one of the most beautiful places on Earth! The staff was fantastic, the food is spectacular, the price was reasonable and JoAnne - I think she's an angel sent from above to help brides like me. Loon Lodge was everything we wanted and more! It made our wedding planning so easy and was perfect the day of. If you're thinking about this place for a wedding, go visit! Stay a night, chat with JoAnne, meet the staff, eat the food. You'll be sold in the first 5 minutes.

We had such a great time getting married at Saddleback Mountain - we worked with Erika to get everything planned and organized and couldn’t have had a better experience in the planning or on the day of our wedding. Erika was super organized and responsive. Everyone we worked with on the day of from Sylvia who helped coordinate to the folks who drove us up the mountain for photos to the bartenders was awesome! Highly recommend Saddleback as a wedding venue
