We got married up in Wiscasset, ME this past summer and worked with Sierra and Melissa at the Boothbay Harbor Oceanside Golf Resort to coordinate our welcome party, brunch and lodging for our guests. Not only is the resort and golf course beautiful but the team was amazing as we reviewed options, fine-tuned details and planned our events. Our guests loved congregating around the bar at Coastal Prime, soaking up the views from the deck and enjoying the amazing food in the dining room. Melissa and Sierra truly went above and beyond to help us plan, setup and host an unforgettable July 4th welcome party at the lobster dock next door that we will never forget. The rooms themselves were perfect for hosting 70-80 of our guests and it was such a treat to sip coffee on our balcony every morning overlooking the harbor. We will be back many more times!

We were looking to plan a wedding in a very short amount of time. Lucky for us, some how the Boothbay Harbor Oceanside Golf Resort was up to the task! Karen answered our prayers, and our frantic emails with a level of professionalism and expertise that honestly blew me away! This resort was absolutely beautiful, they worked with us every step of the way to ensure that our son and his brides wedding dinner reception was everything that they wanted it to be and more. From the picturesque backdrop of the harbor to the outside deck seating, to the 5 star quality meal your chef prepared. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the Oceanside for any small gathering you may have in mind. They will go out of their way to make sure you have the very best service with smiles on their faces!!! Karen is an absolute pro when it comes to event planning. When it comes to set up, Landon is your man!
