Thank you Atlantic Oceanside for the most amazing week of my life!
I planned a destination wedding in Maine from Tennessee and it would not have been at all possible without the love, care, professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness of everyone at AO. Mallory worked with me for months via email answering all my questions and coordinating all the logistics that go into planning a wedding. We rented out our the Willows Mansion for the wedding weekend and I 10/10 recommend. It felt like having a home for all of our friends and family to gather, especially since everyone travelled in for the wedding. From the moment we stepped on property every employee we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and all of our guests raved about their experience. Not to mention the entire property was unbelievably gorgeous. In the days leading up to the wedding, Brie organised all the decor and coordinated every vendor. I didn’t have to do a thing or worry about anything. She executed my vision above my wildest expectations. Special shout out to Jennifer and Lew.
In a world were weddings often feel impossible to pull off, and there is a rhetoric of being overcharged to receive the bare minimum, the AO could not be any more different. They truly made this the wedding of my dreams!!!

A Dream Wedding Come True at Atlantic Oceanside Hotel
If we could have dreamed up the perfect wedding day, it still wouldn’t compare to the reality we experienced at the Atlantic Oceanside Hotel. From the moment we arrived, every detail was handled with such care and heart that we felt like the only couple in the world.
Mallory, our wedding coordinator, was nothing short of phenomenal, her warmth, precision, and genuine excitement made planning effortless and joyful. Lew, the superman of the property, seemed to be everywhere at once, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. Cleo, the sweetest housekeeper, along with so many other incredible staff members whose names I wish I could remember, made us feel so cared for.
The venue itself? Absolutely breathtaking. The views are unbeatable, the vibe is effortlessly elegant, and it gave us that dreamy destination feel. The Willows was the perfect home base for our family and bridal party, and it hosted our welcome party and rehearsal dinner beautifully.
We had the best day of our lives here. Truly. And now, Atlantic Oceanside Hotel holds a permanent place in our hearts. We’re already planning our annual trip back to relive every beautiful memory.

Most Perfect Maine Destination Wedding
We got married at Atlantic Oceanside this past June and the entire week and experience was better than we even could have imagined! As a destination bride from halfway across the country, Mallory and the whole venue/hotel team made the planning, setup, and take down process easier than even expected and allowed for me to be as involved as I wanted while providing all the expertise and help I needed! We spent a whole week at the hotel and everything we experienced was beyond our wildest dreams. Our whole family and guests were also blow away by the venue and still cannot stop talking about how amazing everything was! I would recommend them to anyone and we already have plans to be back as continued guests!

Mallory and Lou were fantastic to work with. We were married in July so the gardens were in full bloom. Such a perfect ocean venue!!!
No matter how often we called, and it was a lot, they were calm and very patience with our questions, thoughts and concerns. Mallory told us not to worry, they had everything under control and she was 1000% correct. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting and venue. Every single one of our guests told us their meal was the best they'd ever had at a wedding. Our guests also enjoyed incredible breakfasts each morning and we were able to gather and share our experience with each other. Mallory and her crew decorated the reception hall and it was perfect. Exactly what we had talked about and they exceeded our expectations. Not being familiar with the vendors in the Bar Harbor area, we needed some guidance and Mallory and Lou helped us pick a cake vendor, a florist, a musician for the ceremony, a hair and make up person, a photographer, videographer and an officiant. The reception hall was perfect, we even had plenty of space to accommodate a live band we hired. We were so pleased with everything they did and helped us with. We stayed at The Willows and my only regret was they we didn't stay longer. We had plenty of space/room for my wedding party to have our hair and make up done right on site. It was the best wedding weekend we ever could have hoped for.

Our dream wedding!!
My husband and I had our destination wedding here in July of 2023. It was absolutely perfect and beyond what we could have ever imagined! In the beginning stages of looking for venues, we were impressed with how quickly we had received a response from the team. In no time at all, we had our tour booked to see the venue. Upon arrival, we immediately fell in love with the gorgeous oceanfront views, the hotel rooms, & the Victorian-style mansion. Everything was onsite, and we loved that all of our guests could be together for the entire weekend. Our favorite part of the property was the mansion, that ended up renting out for our wedding party, and also meant that we could host more of our events there (rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and Sunday brunch). It was a blast! Mallory was amazing to work with. She was prompt and professional throughout all of our email chains, phone calls, and interactions leading up to the event. It was very obvious that she was dedicated to providing Andrew and I a seamless weekend, and the wedding of our dreams. Our wedding weekend was absolutely magical thanks to her, Lew, and the rest of the AO team. They treated us like part of their family, were so warm and welcoming, and fun to work with! We highly recommend this venue!

Amazing wedding!
Mallory and her team were so helpful. We had an incredible experience and our guests continue to tell us how much fun they had! The setting was absolutely beautiful, we definitely recommend.

Wedding was wonderful. They were cooperative with our very demanding MIL and accommodating to her. It was a seamless and easy process to get married here although we lived in florida. Would def recommend.

Wedding Fall 2023
I chose to do my wedding within a 3month period. My husband and I knew our dream wedding would be on the ocean. I grew up visiting Bar Harbor on my summer vacations. I found Atlantic Oceanside relatively quickly and saw via wedding wire that they are reasonably priced. I reached out to Mallory, the event coordinator in early August, let her know my dreams for my wedding day. She promptly got back to me with available dates and pricing. We were able to pull together a 120 person wedding on a Thursday in early October. She was super helpful and organized going into my wedding day and completely made my wedding day stress free. She is very kind, receptive, and helpful with making your day the best it can be. I would highly suggest having your wedding at Atlantic Oceanside if you’d like an oceanfront wedding for a great deal!
