We are so glad that we chose the Bar Harbor Inn for our wedding day. We are from out of town, and so we also chose to have our Rehearsal Dinner and after morning brunch at the venue. We had close to 80 guests from out of town attend our wedding, and the Bar Harbor Inn staff made us feel so special as they took care of us and hosted our guests for the entire weekend. It was really nice to be the only wedding happening that weekend as well! The wedding staff was kind, informative, and pleasant to work with throughout the whole wedding planning process. On our wedding day, we were blown away by how seamless everything seemed to run, and we didn't have to worry about anything! The staff was flexible and communicative, and we were so glad to have them as partners. Shout out to the Spa for doing my bridal hair, which came out beautifully! Our wedding ceremony took place on the lawn and was absolutely breathtaking. We had our reception indoors in the Reading Room and it was the perfect size to host our wedding guests for the meal and dancing. We're no strangers to the Bar Harbor Inn, as we've visited several times before, but now it has a very special place in our hearts, and we will continue to return for the rest of our lives.

We immediately felt Genesis' warmth upon the first meeting we had with her at the Bar Harbor Club/Harborside Resort. Genesis took us on a tour of the beautiful property and we knew immediately that we had found our wedding venue. We had spent several months touring various wedding venues in New England and they all paled in comparison. Genesis is thorough, beyond organized, knowledgeable and incredibly patient. I truly do not know how I would have been able to plan such an event without her guidance and support. Our wedding guests still rave about our wedding weekend and how fun and well-planned the entire event was. Several of our wedding guests stated it was the best wedding food they had ever tasted. We look forward to returning for weekend getaways to the Harborside Resort. Thank you again, Genesis and the staff at The Bar Harbor Club/Harborside Resort for ensuring that our weekend was an absolute dream!

If we could have dreamed up the perfect wedding day, it still wouldn’t compare to the reality we experienced at the Atlantic Oceanside Hotel. From the moment we arrived, every detail was handled with such care and heart that we felt like the only couple in the world. Mallory, our wedding coordinator, was nothing short of phenomenal, her warmth, precision, and genuine excitement made planning effortless and joyful. Lew, the superman of the property, seemed to be everywhere at once, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. Cleo, the sweetest housekeeper, along with so many other incredible staff members whose names I wish I could remember, made us feel so cared for. The venue itself? Absolutely breathtaking. The views are unbeatable, the vibe is effortlessly elegant, and it gave us that dreamy destination feel. The Willows was the perfect home base for our family and bridal party, and it hosted our welcome party and rehearsal dinner beautifully. We had the best day of our lives here. Truly. And now, Atlantic Oceanside Hotel holds a permanent place in our hearts. We’re already planning our annual trip back to relive every beautiful memory.
