From the moment we arrived in Todi, we knew we had chosen somewhere special - but the entire experience still exceeded every expectation we had 🌟 The venue itself is breathtaking, the food was incredible, and every part of the weekend flowed so seamlessly. Our welcome party was amazing, every meal was unforgettable, and the breakfast spreads each morning were beyond anything we imagined! Every detail felt thoughtful, elevated, and so genuinely cared for. What truly made this place unforgettable, though, was the people. The staff went above and beyond in every possible way to make sure not only we, but all of our guests, felt comfortable, cared for, and happy the entire weekend. You can truly feel how much they care about creating a magical experience!! Even when we had rain the morning of our wedding, the team handled everything immediately and flawlessly. They adapted so calmly and confidently, making sure we felt stress-free and excited the entire day. In the end, our wedding day turned out more perfect than we ever could have imagined - truly the best day of our lives 🥹💖 A huge thank you to Kamila, Marta, Lorenzo, and the entire wedding planning team. You are all absolutely incredible, and we are forever grateful for everything you did to make our wedding weekend so unforgettable!!

Hi there! Alberto was always available, asked the right questions in time and ensured we had a breathtakingly beautiful wedding weekend. The venue is stunning and perfectly set up for weddings. 45 guests can not only stay comfortably on-site but also truly enjoy a wonderful holiday there. The food was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and dedicated. The value for money is excellent. We received 100% positive feedback from our guests and are happy to pass that praise on entirely to Alberto and the team from Castello Del Trebbio. We chose Villa Il Termine for our wedding, and it proved to be a venue capable of surprising us in every way. What makes this place truly special is its unique character; it has something more authentic and unconventional. It has a soul of its own, difficult to describe, which is felt at every moment of the day and captivates without excess. That's why we decided to book the villa for a week, which culminated with the wedding. We had the opportunity to spend time with our closest friends and families—we'd never experienced anything like it before—and thanks to Il Termine, we were able to share so much and create so many unforgettable memories together. During these days, we lived in true paradise thanks to the spa and the private rooms in the woods with jacuzzis, and the line fishing from the boat, an experience we'd never had the chance to experience before. Furthermore, we were able to enjoy the daily routine with many delicious dinners and breakfasts. From the moment we arrived, we sensed a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere, perfect for an important event. The wedding day was organized seamlessly and naturally, with no dull moments: everything flowed with great balance, allowing us and our guests to enjoy every moment. The food was a great highlight, completely local, from the freshly caught fish to the garden vegetables. Every proposal was carefully crafted, balanced, and meticulously crafted; everyone was satisfied. A special thanks goes to all the staff, who handled every step with precision and discretion. We never had to worry about a thing, and it was essential for a stress-free wedding. Even after all this time, we continue to think back on it with emotion: it's one of those places that stays with you, that stands out from the crowd, and that makes an event truly personal. If you're looking for something unconventional, capable of leaving a lasting impression, this is the place for you.

We had our wedding here in May 2025 and we cannot imagine a more picturesque or cozy place to have our celebration than Borgo di Pietrafitta. Ekaterina and Sonia are two of the most wonderful people you'll ever meet. So kind and patient and knowledgeable. All of the staff at the Borgo are kind and helpful. Pietrafitta is a place we cannot wait to visit again and again. The property is gorgeous, tucked in the hills with lush surrounding hills and lots of beautiful trees. There are also so many options for each of the events or "moments" of the wedding day. We had our pick of places where we wanted to have our ceremony, aperitivo, and reception. Also, having an on-site rain plan that did not involve dishing out several thousand euro for a tent was important to us. We had fewer than 50 guests so we could fit in the on-site church or in the wine cellar for dinner if we had wet weather. All our guests loved staying on property from the pool to the ping-pong table to the ample space around the property for wandering and walks. The apartments are cozy and comfortable and the rooms in the main villa feel like elite level hotel rooms. The breakfast spread includes a wide variety of options, including options for vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-free. I also highly recommend booking wine and olive oil tasting! We loved the cats wandering the property and the wildlife like deer, owls, and cuckoo birds we could hear. The general calming ambiance of the nature around the property made for such a lovely stay. We already want to visit again soon!

We couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful place to celebrate our wedding. From the moment we arrived, the location was everything we dreamed of: breathtaking, unforgettable, and the perfect setting for our destination wedding. What truly made our experience exceptional though, was the incredible team. Every member of staff was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make not only us, but also all of our guests, feel so cared for throughout the entire celebration. A special thank you to Andrea, our coordinator, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Planning a destination wedding comes with so many questions and details, but Andrea was always there to provide guidance, answer every question, and make sure every need was taken care of. He went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free, and we truly felt supported every step of the way. Our wedding day was everything we hoped for and more, and we are so grateful to Andrea and the entire team for helping create such unforgettable memories.

Borgo Bucciano is simply amazing, I cannot recommend it enough, it’s a wonderful, scenic and peaceful venue, so full of history and the kind and considerate owners go out of their way to make your stay magical. We had our wedding there in July 2017 and what can I say….everything was perfect from start to finish. We were first introduced to the venue by email from our wedding planner as we were planning from Ireland – we immediately fell in love. We had no hesitation booking it even before our first visit! The reasons are many….we loved the location: stunning Tuscan countryside (the views from the pool and the balcony of the wedding villa (amazing!), close to a number of airports for our guests travelling, great accommodation on site and in the locality and a very responsive service by email from Silvia and Alessia answering all our questions. We visited finally in May before our wedding and we were welcomed so warmly and with beautiful red wine from the Bucciano wineyard – this became our wine for our wedding. I would highly recommend it (we also brought some bottles home!). The wedding itself was fantastic. We had a fabulous reception of aperitif set out by the pool (you can choose to have it in the garden too but the pool area was perfect for us with the views over the olive groves and Tuscan countryside). Our hosts Alessia and Silvia were amazing for the duration of our stay and that of our guests, nothing was a problem, they looked after every little detail, from small lunch requests to making sure that there was an out -of-hours bar service available. Oh I did not mention the Piazetta! The beautiful outdoors area just outside the breakfast/dining area! Borgo Bucciano made our wedding day and the days before and after so special, this place and the surroundings will always have a special place in our hearts – thank you Borgo Bucciano!

tl;dr: The staff at Castelbrando are very experienced and easy to work with. They definitely went above and beyond to make our destination wedding so, so special. Castelbrando was the only venue that my now-husband and I visited - it was suggested by his family who live locally in Italy (we are currently located in California). Then the pandemic hit and we simply didn't have an opportunity to see other venues... That being said, we couldn't be happier with our decision! Location: Location was slightly tricky since Castelbrando isn't located in a major city. There's a train station nearby, but you would still need a ride from there to and from the castle. Everyone was able to arrive and leave here no problem though. Pre-wedding planner: Before finding a planner, we were able to make the arrangements with Brunella in Banquets. We chose on-site locations for the ceremony, aperitifs/cocktail hour, reception, and after party. Most of our contact was via email, which was preferable due to the time difference. She mentioned the hotel has wedding planners to recommend since we didn't have any, but we decided to find one on our own - she (the planner) then took over most of the contact with Brunella and Castelbrando via email and phone. Wedding suite: We booked Alcova del Conte for a few days, which was an amazing suite if it's an option for you. It was so gorgeous and spacious with lots of nooks/private areas, a separate closet (perfect for hiding my wedding gown from the groom), a split bathroom, and more, all of which made is perfect for a bunch of bridesmaids to get ready on the day of the wedding. Ceremony, San Martino church: A deconsecrated Roman Catholic church which was somewhat small, but still beautiful and perfect for our non-religious ceremony. As the bride, I waited in the lounge (near Reception) until it was time, then walked up the central stairway to enter the church. There weren't quite enough seats for everyone inside the church, but there was a side room that we decided not to use, and the unseated guests had plenty of space to stand at the back. Aperitifs / cocktail hour, courtyard: After the ceremony was cocktail hour in the courtyard right outside the church. Lots of beautiful views surrounding the castle. There were plenty of tables and chairs around, and the setup for the musicians, the bar, and all the food was perfect with the food spread out across different tables so there was never a long wait. Villa Lario is an incredible venue for a wedding, party or even just a special getaway. For me and my husband it was exactly what we were looking for when planning our wedding. The grounds are beautiful—right on the shores of Lake Como with its own boat dock—with many spaces to host in (like the caves!) and a pool, perfect for varied events. And unlike many villa properties around, you can actually stay in their incredibly luxurious accommodations. The management and staff are extremely professional, but what makes them exceptional is that they truly put their heart into everything they do, and it shows. At no point during our planning process did we feel like "just another wedding"—they were kind to accommodate our needs while always providing guidance with regards to their restrictions and policies with a smile and personal touch. While staying there for 4 days over our wedding weekend, we were well cared for by their attentive staff. One of the biggest features of Villa Lario that I cannot overstate is their dedication to incredible food! We knew having a wedding in Italy would assure us a high standard of food regardless of where we went, but Villa Lario took it to another level. Our guests could not stop raving about the food (and still remind us to this day!) and their bartenders are incredibly professional. I would highly recommend them for any event!

Imma was very professional and flexible. We were provided with everything we asked for and could enjoy our wedding without worrying about small details. However the one thing I would mention was the speed with which dinner was served. Many of our guests didn’t enjoy all the food, because it was taken away as soon as someone would leave their place. Even if it was for a few minutes to say a toast or speak to someone from another table. Except for this, all the other things were great and beautiful.
