Throughout the planning process, he consistently accommodated my requests with care and professionalism, while also offering valuable suggestions and recommendations that truly enhanced my event. His experience and dedication made a meaningful difference every step of the way.

As my plans evolved close to the event date, the team at the castle showed remarkable flexibility, sensitivity, and understanding. They were quick to adapt and went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamlessly adjusted, always treating me with kindness, respect, and genuine care.

I could go on forever about how AMAZING our wedding was at the most gorgeous venue! This castle is the perfect fairy tale venue and offers an elevated/classy wedding experience at an extremely reasonable rate. The food was INCREDIBLE and my guests have been reaching out to me to send the pictures of the wines that were served. My now husband and I could not be happier with the results. We live in the United States and Andrea was the most flexible, responsive, and thorough human I’ve ever met! He made sure all of our wants and wishes happened which included finding a mariachi for us in Italy!!!!! I did not need to stress at ALL during my wedding or wedding planning as Andrea had recommendations for vendor's that catered to different types of desires styles, which is the hardest part of planning a wedding abroad alone. We chose to stay at the castle with our guests for 4 days and 3 nights where they put together a gorgeous pizza party, breakfasts every morning, rehearsal dinner, cocktail party, and of course the wedding for my guests. For the wedding, the weather was a bit chilly at night, and Andrea offered to have the staff arrange to hold the wedding reception at 3 different locations within the castle to accommodate my desire to do the wedding at the garden but move indoors for the cake eating and dancing. They put so much work and professionalism into my wedding that I could honestly not be more thankful. My husband and I have cried thinking about how I truly had the most gorgeous, stress free day thanks to the staff that made it happen. We are so grateful and would do everything exactly the same if we had an option. All my guests have expressed how perfect the wedding and venue were and there was not a dry eye that day!

We got married in September last year and chose Castello Bevilacqua as our wedding venue, a choice we would make a thousand times over.
Ours was a half Italian, half English wedding, so it was essential for us to find not only a beautiful venue but also people who could make both of us feel understood and supported in our own languages. From our very first visit, Castello Bevilacqua gave us exactly that reassurance. Andrea was able to communicate perfectly with me in Italian and with my husband Dan in English, making us both feel relaxed, confident, and well looked after at every stage.
The venue itself is simply breathtaking. The castle is stunning inside and out, with every single detail meticulously cared for. The outdoor spaces are beautiful and extremely well maintained; the gardens and trees are treated during summer to prevent mosquitoes, which made a huge difference. Inside, everything was spotless, elegant, and perfectly organised. It truly feels like a fairytale location.
However, beyond the beauty of the venue, what really made us choose Castello Bevilacqua was the exceptional level of service. Andrea and his family were absolutely outstanding. Andrea provides the best customer service we have ever experienced, professional, kind, attentive, and always present. This wasn’t just something we noticed; all of our guests commented on it as well on the wedding day.
Our journey started around 10 months before the wedding, and throughout that entire time Andrea was flawless: 10/10 communication, 10/10 availability, always ready to answer our countless questions. Even during the busiest part of the wedding season, he would still reply to messages in the evening, which made us feel constantly supported. The wedding packages were also very competitive compared to other venues we visited in North-East Italy.
The wedding day itself was perfect. Andrea was present from morning until late evening, along with his family, always on hand to help with anything we needed. The entire staff was extremely professional, especially important with so many international guests, and they truly delivered the Italian dream experience.
The food was outstanding. Absolutely incredible. As bride and groom, our only regret is that we didn’t manage to eat as much as we would have liked, but all of our guests went back for seconds and continued talking about the food for months after the wedding. It exceeded the expectations of both our English and Italian guests.
The wine and drinks flowed all day, and the evening cocktail package was fantastic. The cocktails were delicious, freshly made by a very skilled and accommodating bartender. Andrea coordinated all other suppliers as well.
Overall, everything was simply perfect. Castello Bevilacqua is not just a stunning venue, but a place where you feel genuinely welcomed, supported, and looked after. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone dreaming of an unforgettable wedding

Everything was absolutely perfect, from the very beginning, our first video call, to our first meeting, the food tasting, and finally the big day itself. The castle is breathtaking, truly something out of a fairytale. It’s rich in history, beautifully maintained, and filled with stunning antiques and architectural details that add so much character. At night, with the lights hanging across the courtyard, it became something straight out of a dream.

The food was another unforgettable highlight. Our guests are still raving about the appetizers, which were both creative and delicious, and the four-course meal that followed was absolutely phenomenal. Every single dish was cooked to perfection, beautifully presented, and served with care. The dessert was equally impressive—people are still telling us how flavourful and delicious the cakes were! From start to finish, the culinary experience was a 10/10.

Beyond the setting and the food, it’s the overall experience that made our wedding so special. Andrea and the entire team at Castello Bevilacqua made us feel like family. There was a real sense of hospitality, warmth, and pride in everything they did. Every little detail was thoughtfully handled, and we felt so taken care of the entire weekend.

Planning a destination wedding from abroad can be stressful, but thanks to Andrea, everything went incredibly smoothly. From the very beginning, he was super responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful with every detail. He supported us through the entire planning and organization process, helping us structure the events, suggesting the perfect spots for the ceremony and reception, and giving us a list of trusted vendors to choose from. We communicated directly with the vendors, handled contracts and payments ourselves, and once everything was booked, Andrea stepped in and coordinated all the logistics with them — such as where to set up the flowers, the DJ, and more — so we didn’t have to worry about those details on the day.

One of the things we especially appreciated was how flexible and customizable everything was. Beyond the base package, Bevilacqua offers a range of beautiful add-ons like extra lighting, a photo booth, fireworks, and more — which really allowed us to tailor the experience to our personal style.

We also had the chance to do a food and wine tasting in advance, and were very impressed — the quality and service were outstanding. We decided to add an open bar cocktail service as well, and it was such a charming touch: a little bar cart with a mixologist making custom cocktails in real time. Our guests loved it!

All in all, we can’t recommend Bevilacqua enough — and most of all, we are deeply grateful to Andrea. He’s not only professional and detail-oriented, but also such a warm and open-hearted person who genuinely cares about making your wedding a true success.
