We just had our wedding weekend at Castello Bevilacqua, and it was truly exceptional. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and our friends and family are still raving about the entire experience. It was an absolute dream come true.
From the moment we began planning, Andrea—our wedding coordinator and a member of the family who owns the castle—was simply incredible. As English speakers living in Canada, we were understandably nervous about planning a destination wedding in Italy. But Andrea put us at ease right away. He was kind, genuine, and consistently attentive, patiently answering all of our questions and making us feel completely reassured in our decision.
He never once made us feel like we were being sold anything. Every cost was explained clearly, there were no hidden fees, and the value we received was truly outstanding. Andrea clearly cares deeply about every couple who walks through the castle doors, and that sincerity shines through in everything he does.
When we arrived in Italy and saw Castello Bevilacqua in person for the first time, we were completely blown away. The photos don’t do it justice. The castle is breathtaking, truly something out of a fairytale. It’s rich in history, beautifully maintained, and filled with stunning antiques and architectural details that add so much character. At night, with the lights hanging across the courtyard, it became something straight out of a dream.
The food was another unforgettable highlight. Our guests are still raving about the appetizers, which were both creative and delicious, and the four-course meal that followed was absolutely phenomenal. Every single dish was cooked to perfection, beautifully presented, and served with care. The dessert was equally impressive—people are still telling us how flavourful and delicious the cakes were! From start to finish, the culinary experience was a 10/10.
Beyond the setting and the food, it’s the overall experience that made our wedding so special. Andrea and the entire team at Castello Bevilacqua made us feel like family. There was a real sense of hospitality, warmth, and pride in everything they did. Every little detail was thoughtfully handled, and we felt so taken care of the entire weekend.
If you’re considering this venue for your wedding, we truly hope this review helps you feel confident in your decision. We can honestly say it was the best choice we made. Our wedding at Castello Bevilacqua was the most beautiful, emotional, joyful experience of our lives—and it’s a story that we and our guests will carry with us forever.

When we started planning our destination wedding, we were very unsure about the procedures, the processes etc. Of course we wanted it to be absolutely perfect and there’s always that uncertainty when you’re negotiating and briefing from miles away.
But Andrea and his team couldn’t have done it better! Everything was straight out of our dreams, from the first bottle of prosecco to the last folded napkin. We (and all of our guests) were baffled by the professionalism, attention to detail and effort to make it as impeccable as humanly possible. Hats off to the team! You made our dreams come true. Would recommend Castello di Bevilacqua to everyone who wants a destination wedding with no worries. -

The castle was the perfect wedding venue, with stunning spaces inside and outside, on multiple levels, each beautifully furnished. This flexibility allowed us to plan our day seamlessly, regardless of the weather or occasion. We held our ceremony in the gardens, enjoyed an aperitif in the courtyard, hosted a Chinese tea ceremony in a lower garden area, and ended with a dinner in a gorgeous grassy spot overlooking the castle - every setting felt magical. Andrea, our wedding coordinator, was incredible. He ensured that everything was set up perfectly and coordinated seamlessly with the other vendors. His communication was impeccable – he always responded promptly to my messages and questions. The castle staff was also very accommodating with our timeline and offered a variety of furniture and decor we could rent, making everything easy and cohesive. I couldn't have imagined a more perfect location for our wedding. It was everything we dreamed of and more. Thank you so much to all involved! Oh, and the room I stayed in at the castle made for beautiful "getting ready" photos too!

Large international wedding - perfect
Our wedding was magic. We looked really hard at my native region to host our pretty large international wedding. We had most of our guests staying in Soave (we organized bus service, we also had rehearsal dinner there) . We booked all the rooms at the Castle for the night of the wedding for our immediate family.
From the onset, we were impressed with the professionalism and can-do attitude of Anna Iseppi and the whole team. We visited very few wedding locations as stunning as Castello Bevilacqua, but we visited none where the whole team and Anna gave us a reassuring feeling that yes, "we can do this even remotely". Anna helped us find and coordinate flowers, music (musicians and DJ), Audio/video), make up, and much more.
Talking about the Castello itself, we wanted a historical location that could accommodate up to 180 guests (they can actually accommodate more...), that would give our mostly international guest a sense of being in a unique venue. Given the logistics, we also wanted a place where we could do everything, from ceremony to dinner and party, but leveraging different locations. We had welcome dinner around the well at the center of the castle, ceremony outside, our dinner in the majestic upper floor and appetizers/party on another outside place. Amazing, and unforgettable.
And by the way, if you are looking for an absolutely memorable place for the night of wedding, I have seen very few that could rival with the rooms at Castello Bevilacqua.
Last but not least, I've to mention the food. Wow. The appetizer buffet outside had already our guests raving (and us telling them to save some space for dinner...). Dinner was amazing. We chose what we liked out of a very flexible menu with so many alternatives. The truffle ravioli where a hit. The sword I used to open the bottle at the cake cutting was my personal favorite. We had several guests with special dietary needs, and they were all accommodated.
We had an open bar and we thought it would have been a bit more basic that what we can find abroad (Italians tend to big on wine at weddings). Well. We had this cuban barman making amazing mojitos and shaking pretty much any cocktail. We thought it would have been hard to satisfy a large group of "thirsty" friends, and they guy (apologies, don't recall the name) got 5 stars.
Oh, and of course my now-wife threw a last minute curve ball asking if we could do a ice-cream cart outside. And of course Anna had it ready (our guests keep talking about it few month later). So, I asked my cigar lounge corner. What a party.

Castello Bevilacqua was the best choice for our destination wedding! The staff were so friendly, the grounds and inside were beautiful, the food was phenomenal, and it was the best experience we could have asked for. Andrea was extremely helpful in answering all our questions, putting the day together, and making the day of stress free! It was also so much fun having our closest people stay with us at the castle! We did our rehearsal/welcome dinner here as well and the buffet was delicious! It was truly the best time of our lives! I would recommend this place over and over again. A Fairytale Wedding We’ll Never Forget
Our wedding at Castello Bevilacqua was an absolute dream. The venue is stunning – it felt like something out of a fairytale. But what truly made the day unforgettable was Andrea. Without him, everything wouldn’t have gone so perfectly. He put so much care and effort into every detail and made everything even more special.
Our guests were beyond impressed. And we, as a couple, were completely in love with every single moment. The food was amazing – tailored exactly to our wishes and executed perfectly.

Castello di Bevilacqua: the art of making everything feel perfect
We chose Castello di Bevilacqua because it won us over from our very first visit: an enchanting and elegant venue, full of versatile solutions perfect for any weather condition and every kind of need.
From the very beginning, we felt we were in excellent hands thanks to Miresi, Anna, and Andrea, who guided us step by step with great availability, professionalism, and attention to detail. Every one of our wishes was heard, welcomed, and turned into reality — always with thoughtful alternatives and smart suggestions.
One of the venue’s greatest strengths is the in-house catering. We had the tasting after confirming the date and were offered a rich and varied menu, with carefully crafted and delicious options. Special attention was given to guests with allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions, without ever compromising on quality or presentation.
To say our guests were satisfied would be an understatement — we received countless compliments on every course.
As for us, we truly fell in love with the menu and can’t wait to return to the castle’s restaurant to taste more extraordinary dishes.
On the big day, the staff was impeccable, even in handling unexpected situations: discreet, efficient, always present, and ready for anything.
They allowed us to live our wedding day completely stress-free, enjoying every moment with peace of mind and surrounded by our loved ones.
We are extremely happy to have chosen this location — honestly, we would do it all over again 100 times!

Words truly fall short when trying to capture how absolutely magical our destination wedding was. Every single moment was perfection — from the sweeping views to the impeccable service — it felt like we had stepped straight into a dream.
The team at the venue went above and beyond in every possible way. Every detail was handled with care, thoughtfulness, and genuine heart. Planning an international wedding could have been stressful, but thanks to their expertise, it was seamless from start to finish.
Andrea — whose family owns the castle (and yes, the family history is the stuff of legends!) — was nothing short of a godsend. He was by my side for every decision, every question, and every moment of uncertainty. His warmth, passion, and hospitality made me feel like family. I’m not exaggerating when I say I plan to return every year just to give him a massive hug!

My fiance and I decided to host our engagement dinner at Castello Bevilacqua with our immediate family members. We are from California so we had to rely on Andrea, our wedding coordinator, that everything run smoothly and was as we wanted. I am going to say, that Andrea went above and beyond, he was wonderful! He was very responsive and accommodating to our requests and desires throughout the planning. Once we arrived, the experience was much more than we expected. First, the castle and every room in it is just so beautiful. The gardens are so well taken care of, and it feels like you are a princess living in a castle. It is a great space for photos. Second, the food served was delicious, everyone in our family loved it, and Paulo and Roberto (our waiters) were so kind. The room where we had our dinner was beautiful and felt like we were a Bridgerton! The service was superb! we thank Andrea for the amazing and smooth planning. Although I wish we could have hosted our wedding at Castello Bevilacqua, I know our families and we plan to return and stay again one day soon. We had an absolutely amazing experience at Bevilacqua and can wholeheartedly recommend it as a wedding venue — it truly was the wedding of our dreams!
Planning a destination wedding from abroad can be stressful, but thanks to Andrea, everything went incredibly smoothly. From the very beginning, he was super responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful with every detail. He supported us through the entire planning and organization process, helping us structure the events, suggesting the perfect spots for the ceremony and reception, and giving us a list of trusted vendors to choose from. We communicated directly with the vendors, handled contracts and payments ourselves, and once everything was booked, Andrea stepped in and coordinated all the logistics with them — such as where to set up the flowers, the DJ, and more — so we didn’t have to worry about those details on the day.
One of the things we especially appreciated was how flexible and customizable everything was. Beyond the base package, Bevilacqua offers a range of beautiful add-ons like extra lighting, a photo booth, fireworks, and more — which really allowed us to tailor the experience to our personal style.
We also had the chance to do a food and wine tasting in advance, and were very impressed — the quality and service were outstanding. We decided to add an open bar cocktail service as well, and it was such a charming touch: a little bar cart with a mixologist making custom cocktails in real time. Our guests loved it!
All in all, we can’t recommend Bevilacqua enough — and most of all, we are deeply grateful to Andrea. He’s not only professional and detail-oriented, but also such a warm and open-hearted person who genuinely cares about making your wedding a true success.Castello Bevilacqua's reply:

Everything was absolutely perfect, from the very beginning, our first video call, to our first meeting, the food tasting, and finally the big day itself. Andrea and his family went above and beyond to make our special day unforgettable. The staff were incredible each and every one of them was so friendly and welcoming. All of our guests were in awe of the exceptional service, the heartwarming atmosphere, and the delicious food. The castle itself is a true highlight; you hardly need any additional decoration.
