We recently hosted a party to celebrate our wedding at Borgo Petroro, and everything was absolutely perfect. The attention to detail was spot on, and Andrea, the manager, was attentive from start to finish. He took an exceptional amount of time to really understand what we wanted and his team worked tirelessly to deliver it seamlessly. Our guests were blown away — we’ve been inundated with messages of thanks, and everyone commented on how special the entire weekend felt. We couldn’t have asked for a more memorable celebration, and we’ll treasure these memories for years to come.

This venue was absolutely amazing. The views and atmosphere were breathtaking. Photos don’t do it justice. The staff were extremely professional, caring, and kind. They treated us like family. The quality of service was exceptional. Anything we needed, they prioritized immediately. Last, but not least, our wedding planner was the best. Marta went above and beyond to make sure we (bride & groom) were comfortable, relaxed, and stress-free. Worth every penny. We will cherish the memory of this venue and hotel with us always, as will our guests. They loved it and couldn’t have been more satisfied!!!

We were fortunate enough to have our wedding here at this incredible venue. Our guests were blown away by how incredible it was. Being able to have all of our wedding guests stay in the one venue, enjoy the scenery, swimming pools, wines etc. It was like something out of a fairytale. All our guests said they will struggle to go to a wedding that will top it. Literally can't wait to go back and visit it again in future.

Borgo Bucciano is simply amazing, I cannot recommend it enough, it’s a wonderful, scenic and peaceful venue, so full of history and the kind and considerate owners go out of their way to make your stay magical. We had our wedding there in July 2017 and what can I say….everything was perfect from start to finish. We were first introduced to the venue by email from our wedding planner as we were planning from Ireland – we immediately fell in love. We had no hesitation booking it even before our first visit! The reasons are many….we loved the location: stunning Tuscan countryside (the views from the pool and the balcony of the wedding villa (amazing!), close to a number of airports for our guests travelling, great accommodation on site and in the locality and a very responsive service by email from Silvia and Alessia answering all our questions. We visited finally in May before our wedding and we were welcomed so warmly and with beautiful red wine from the Bucciano wineyard – this became our wine for our wedding. I would highly recommend it (we also brought some bottles home!). The wedding itself was fantastic. We had a fabulous reception of aperitif set out by the pool (you can choose to have it in the garden too but the pool area was perfect for us with the views over the olive groves and Tuscan countryside). Our hosts Alessia and Silvia were amazing for the duration of our stay and that of our guests, nothing was a problem, they looked after every little detail, from small lunch requests to making sure that there was an out -of-hours bar service available. Oh I did not mention the Piazetta! The beautiful outdoors area just outside the breakfast/dining area! Borgo Bucciano made our wedding day and the days before and after so special, this place and the surroundings will always have a special place in our hearts – thank you Borgo Bucciano!

Villa Lario is an incredible venue for a wedding, party or even just a special getaway. For me and my husband it was exactly what we were looking for when planning our wedding. The grounds are beautiful—right on the shores of Lake Como with its own boat dock—with many spaces to host in (like the caves!) and a pool, perfect for varied events. And unlike many villa properties around, you can actually stay in their incredibly luxurious accommodations. The management and staff are extremely professional, but what makes them exceptional is that they truly put their heart into everything they do, and it shows. At no point during our planning process did we feel like "just another wedding"—they were kind to accommodate our needs while always providing guidance with regards to their restrictions and policies with a smile and personal touch. While staying there for 4 days over our wedding weekend, we were well cared for by their attentive staff. One of the biggest features of Villa Lario that I cannot overstate is their dedication to incredible food! We knew having a wedding in Italy would assure us a high standard of food regardless of where we went, but Villa Lario took it to another level. Our guests could not stop raving about the food (and still remind us to this day!) and their bartenders are incredibly professional. I would highly recommend them for any event!

Imma was very professional and flexible. We were provided with everything we asked for and could enjoy our wedding without worrying about small details. However the one thing I would mention was the speed with which dinner was served. Many of our guests didn’t enjoy all the food, because it was taken away as soon as someone would leave their place. Even if it was for a few minutes to say a toast or speak to someone from another table. Except for this, all the other things were great and beautiful.

We were fortunate enough to accommodate, dine, and celebrate our wedding ceremony at Resort 37 at the end of May — and it was truly unforgettable. From start to finish, the service was outstanding, the food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were on point. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the setting made for the most memorable day of our lives. We genuinely loved everything about our experience and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to say “I do.” Highly recommend!

Our wedding at Villa Pagnana was absolutely magical. From our ceremony under the trees to dinner under the stars, the entire day was a fairy tale. I could not have dreamed of a more beautiful venue or event for our special day. We worked with Veronica to plan our event -- she was extremely helpful in providing/suggesting vendors and helping us through the process. As we're based in NYC, planning a destination wedding is never easy, but she made it painless! We hope to be back for our 5 year wedding anniversary party. I know all our friends would love it.

Hotel A beautiful hotel with an old world rustic feel to it! Beautiful surroundings, amazing staff, magical time. Event We held our wedding blessing event at the hotel. We were looking for a traditional Sicilian wedding feel and this hotel situated near a remote village is just exquisite. We actually didn’t realize the film history with Savoca, which appeared in the iconic 1972 movie "The Godfather," including Bar Vitelli and of course the famous church. We couldn’t have picked a better place and all our guests were overwhelmed with the Sicilian beauty. We were lucky with the weather for that time of year, July -although with being higher up in the hills it was cooler with a nice breeze from the sea. Our guests had a fantastic time...and in the downtime, there's a stroll into Savoca or basking by the hotel's beautiful pool... Organization We didn’t have a wedding planner -- we thought we could do it ourselves, however the hotel staff and specifically Francesca, helped by Alexandra were able to facilitate/coordinate everything from the ceremony, flowers, hairdresser, music and special touches/gifts for our guests. The staff did an absolutely unbelievable job going way beyond to make everything run smoothly. Photographer Andrea was an excellent photographer. We had a wonderful band from Danilo, an incredible violinist who made our event magical. Food Where do I start with the food? Well, this is Italy or more specifically, Sicily and the food is generally excellent wherever you go, but all I can say is Wow ! Chef Francesco should have a Michelin star -the food, from the taste to the presentation, was out of this world. All home made....You have to have the "fresh off the boat" tuna, or the freshly caught sea bass or actually just try everything--fusilli with pesto, pasta with clams/mussels, the desserts-- fresh canolo, cake, the list goes on and on! Fantastic chef and soul-touching food in this amazing place-- just blew us away. Wine tasting We wanted to have a wine tasting for our guests, but decided that we didn’t want to embark on an hour journey to a winery, so we asked the hotel for ideas. Little did we know that the General Manager, (the owner's son and another Francesco) is a sommelier and had actually been teaching other sommeliers. The hotel put together more than a wine tasting for us and our guests, they also included a food pairing...Now we have done plenty of wine tours and tastings, but this event with the wine pairing was excellent.. Did I mention the amazing food that the chef put together? People Only one word to say about the people, and it's “Family”--not only is this a typical family run style hotel but they make you feel like family, There is a plaque in their reception that reads “come as guests, leave as friends” which should read "family", because I felt like we left behind my Dad (the Owner Mr Vittorio), sisters Francesco and Alexandra, and Sandra, who runs breakfast and just about everything else-- brothers Francesco the Chef, the head waiter Davide, and of course Francesco the General Manager. We apologise if we forgot to mention everyone. Final comment. We had the most amazing event, and it’s all down to the wonderful people that run and operate this beautiful hotel.
