This venue was absolutely amazing. The views and atmosphere were breathtaking. Photos don’t do it justice. The staff were extremely professional, caring, and kind. They treated us like family. The quality of service was exceptional. Anything we needed, they prioritized immediately. Last, but not least, our wedding planner was the best. Marta went above and beyond to make sure we (bride & groom) were comfortable, relaxed, and stress-free. Worth every penny. We will cherish the memory of this venue and hotel with us always, as will our guests. They loved it and couldn’t have been more satisfied!!!

From the very beginning, we felt that San Pietro sopra le Acque had a clear and well-structured approach — and for us, that made all the difference. Knowing that everything was carefully mapped out made us feel calm and confident throughout the journey. On the wedding day itself, everything unfolded naturally and smoothly. One moment we will always remember is just before the ceremony, when Sara was there with me, offering quiet guidance and reassurance as I prepared to walk in. We got married at this incredible venue in June 2025, and it was honestly the best weekend of our lives. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The views are breathtaking, and the venue itself is stunning. spacious, elegant, and beautifully maintained to the highest standard. The rooms were super comfortable, allowing our guests (and us!) to relax and enjoy every moment. What truly made the experience unforgettable was also the team. Simona, Luliia, and the rest of the staff were exceptional, warm, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making our day as special as possible. They were with us every step of the way, always supportive and full of care. We will never forget our beautiful wedding here. It’s a place full of heart and magic, and we would recommend it in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a truly enchanting setting to celebrate love. Thank you for everything!

This venue is absolutely gorgeous. My husband and I live in Florida and wanted an international wedding and never saw the venue in person until our wedding. Marco, the venue owner, provided us with numerous recommendations for vendors. Additionally, he was always very prompt with responding when we had questions. All of our guests were able to stay on property for 2 nights. The food at the venue for our welcome dinner and wedding dinner was some of the best food we have had in our lives. We had multiple choices for food. Our wedding was perfect and Marco and Lavinia our wedding planner made sure everything went according to plan. We have nothing but amazing things to say about Marco and Tenuta di Forte Sorgnano. Our guests also had an amazing time and are still raving about their experience and the food. We truly will be dreaming of this place and our wedding day for the rest of our lives. Thank you Marco for outstanding service!

What can we say other than outstanding. We really don't have the words to describe this venue and the team that run it. It was the perfect venue for our wedding. Tenuta dei Mori has it all, the food was phenomenal, stunning views and the care and attention taken by Andrea and his team to ensure our day ran smoothly was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and six months on our guests are still taking about it. If we could do it all again, we wouldn't change a thing. We can't wait to return for our wedding anniversary.

I have been gushing about Fonte Sala and Lorenzo since our wedding this October. When we drove into the property the first time I cried a little (it’s that beautiful), the roses were blooming and the vineyards were changing color and the statuesque villa was enough to take your breath away. From the minute I booked with him, Lorenzo was incredibly responsive, kind, and went out of his way to help us ensure everything was ready for our big weekend. He connected us with a wedding planner, answered my (many) questions, coordinated wine delivery, set up lights and tables, was flexible with last minute guest count changes, and was always willing to stop by and chat with us throughout our stay. We really felt so welcomed and taken care of, their hospitality is unmatched. The villa was perfect for our 50 person wedding. We booked it for four nights and were able to host half our guests on the property. The separate apartments mean that there is plenty of space, the kitchens are well appointed, there are lots of opportunities to gather inside and out. Our offsite guests dropped in throughout the weekend (as well as for planned events like our welcome party and wedding reception), and we had plenty of seating and places for people to mingle. The pool was a hit, as was the onsite wood fired pizza oven. You MUST walk down to Osteria I’ll Sagrantino (10 minutes walking). It’s a beautiful little restaurant with amazing food, they hosted our whole group for our rehearsal dinner and their patio is magical. I highly recommend hiring the pizza chefs that Lorenzo and Silvia (our wedding planner) coordinated for us, the food was amazing and our guests were thrilled. We were blessed with perfect weather, and were able to open all the large windows and hold our events outside, it was magic. Even if weather doesn’t cooperate, they can help you coordinate a tent and their are a few big spaces on the property indoors to gather too. The team did an incredible job setting up our wedding reception, our cocktail hour with a view of the valley at sunset will forever live in my mind, and the long tables set next to the villa with overhead string lights made for a very romantic setting. The caterer they arranged was SO GOOD- multiple guests thought that the cocktail hour appetizers were dinner and were surprised when we sat down for four more courses. You will not regret getting married here, I’m considering renting it again for regular anniversary parties because it was that much fun. Thank you again Lorenzo!!! Dario and Armine were the ultimate hosts for our three day wedding. We had 23 guests total. The first night we had a welcome party with a live band and a gelato cart. The second night we had a semi-formal rehearsal dinner with grilled meats and the third day was wedding day. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. Every single thing they served us was amazing. Breakfast was included each day. They helped arrange a private wine tasting with the neighboring winery. That was a fun experience. The property itself was breathtaking. Pictures do not do it justice. We would definitely recommend this farm to everyone looking for personal service, amazing food and warm hospitality within a low/moderate budget.

We recently hosted a party to celebrate our wedding at Borgo Petroro, and everything was absolutely perfect. The attention to detail was spot on, and Andrea, the manager, was attentive from start to finish. He took an exceptional amount of time to really understand what we wanted and his team worked tirelessly to deliver it seamlessly. Our guests were blown away — we’ve been inundated with messages of thanks, and everyone commented on how special the entire weekend felt. We couldn’t have asked for a more memorable celebration, and we’ll treasure these memories for years to come.

I had my wedding at La Tenuta del Gallo this past March. The location was lovely and members of my wedding party enjoyed staying in the rooms on the property. The food was also good and I appreciate the thorough organization. Definitely recommend!
