From our very first inquiry, David was an absolute dream to work with. He was transparent, incredibly creative, and went completely out of his way to adjust dates and tailor a custom package to try and make our dream wedding fit our parameters. The customer service here is unmatched, and they treat you like family before you even step foot on the property. If you are looking for a venue that genuinely cares about your love story and delivers flawless communication, look no further. We are so incredibly upset that we aren't able to move forward with holding our wedding at Relais La Corte dei Papi due unforeseen personal reasons, but we absolutely had to leave a review to commend David and his team. Our experience at Borgo Iesolana exceeded all expectations at every turn! Starting with the planning, from the U.S., Michela was wonderful! The venue is simply gorgeous, all of the food (breakfast, restaurant, celebration meals, etc etc) was amazing (kudos to the chef!), the accommodations are modern and comfortable, the vendors recommended were perfect and the staff were fantastic. The wedding weekend was simply magical, for us and our guests!

Il Palazzo turned out to be a hidden gem within the rolling hills of Tuscany. My (then) fiance and I went to many properties in the Tuscan region to scope out potential wedding venues. We easily settled into an agreement on Il Palazzo. 1. The people: it is a family run estate that really foster the culture of family. Laura was an amazing partner to all of our visits (3) leading up to the wedding and all of our wedding festivities (spanning 4 days, across countries, over the course of 18 months). She is responsive, thoughtful, genuine, and great at her job. The owner, his wife, and son were all wonderful and hospitable. We might not have spoken the same language, but the care was universally understood. 2. The staff: from the head chef to the waiters to the managers and the owners, every single person in the staff is well hearted and does their best. They are sincere in their hospitality and try to make your stay and event special. Even going beyond their comfort zones - Nicolai hand crafted our cake as as how for our wedding. 3. The venue: The photos don't do it justice. It's a mini community built into the estate with winding rows of olive trees, grape trees, and a little town of homes. We rented the full space and it truly felt like a village of our people. As you walk around from garden to pool to breakfast, you run into friends and family. Can pop down on chairs and tables to share time over coffee. I can't wait to plan a future event here. Weather that be vow renewals, a vacation, a friend's escape, or another reason I can think up of to visit this place - i am excited and know that I am truly in great hands.

In general: just excellent Prices are affordable and you definitely would not go home with hunger or in a bad mood. The team knows how to make anyone happy with food or joy. Le Mura in Bucine is easy to reach, in a beautiful, typical Tuscan view. The setting is lovely too, we took the whole agriturismo for a few days and it looked like living in a small village. The rooms, the agriturismo, the restaurant, the swimming pool are very clean. They give you several contacts to arrange your wedding like a hairdresser, fiorista, DJ, ... so can can make a choice your own. Sara and Federigo are people without capacity limits with one of the biggest hearts we've ever seen, even in the most busy moments you can ask them anything, and I should say this for the whole staff. We are very happy we had chosen for Le Mura, they made everything perfect. You have some crazy but heroic chefs in the kitchen like Alessandro and Simone, they make anything you want. Anna is such a kind woman, she makes the team roll and has an eye for every detail. Christian is one of the most respectful and thoughtful waiters we could have. 15 allergies and intolerances and he knew them by heart before we spoke the first time. He made contact with all of these persons and made them feel at their ease. We did not get all the names of the whole staff but this team is like an oiled machine. A great place to have a wedding. Very cozy atmosphere, the restaurant food is of extremely high quality and so delicious. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our wedding was exactly as we dreamed. We were very satisfied and recommend it to everyone who loves delicious food, good service and coziness.
