Unforgettable wedding weekend, amazing staff!
We got married at this venue in July 2025 and truly could not have asked for a better experience. About 50 of our guests stayed onsite with us, and the accommodations were absolutely lovely. The property itself is beautiful, and being located less than an hour from Florence made it easy for our guests all of whom were traveling internationally. The venue also helped us arrange airport transfers through a shuttle provider, which made arrival and logistics much smoother for everyone.
The weather was warm, as you’d expect for July in Tuscany, but it ended up being not too hot. Even if it had been warmer, all the accommodations were well air conditioned, and our guests loved spending free time relaxing by the gorgeous pools on the property and taking in the scenery.
A huge part of what made the experience so seamless was our coordinator, Alberto. He is clearly extremely experienced and professional, and his guidance throughout the process was invaluable. He helped us organize room assignments for our guests, coordinated the rehearsal with our wedding party, and handled countless details behind the scenes to make sure everything ran perfectly. Alberto was with us nearly every step of the way during the planning and wedding events, and when it came time for the reception, he smoothly handed things over to the restaurant team.
The restaurant staff was outstanding. They paid attention to every detail during the meal and made our guests feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of. The food was truly unforgettable, our guests are still talking about it! From the exceptional cocktail hour snacks to the incredible Millefoglie wedding cake, everything was delicious. Several guests even told us it was the best wedding cake they had ever had.
The entire weekend was beautifully organized. One of our favorite moments (surprisingly to us) was the welcome reception, which included a wine tasting and cellar tour, a relaxed and fun way for everyone to meet, mingle, and kick off the wedding celebrations together.
We are so grateful to Alberto and the entire team for creating such a memorable experience for us and our guests. It was truly a dream wedding weekend, and we would highly recommend this venue to anyone considering it.

Hi there! Alberto was always available, asked the right questions in time and ensured we had a breathtakingly beautiful wedding weekend. The venue is stunning and perfectly set up for weddings. 45 guests can not only stay comfortably on-site but also truly enjoy a wonderful holiday there. The food was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and dedicated. The value for money is excellent. We received 100% positive feedback from our guests and are happy to pass that praise on entirely to Alberto and the team from Castello Del Trebbio. Best Wedding & Experience!
My husband and I got married at Castello Del Trebbio May 19th, 2026 and I could not have asked for a more seamless and beautiful wedding and 4 day experience. We had 40 guests all stay onsite in the villas. On arrival day, our guests were greeted with welcome drinks and a welcome dinner cooked by the family and owners in their own kitchen! It was an amazing and relaxing introduction.
Onto the wedding day, I could not believe how relaxed I was on my wedding morning. Anytime there was a question, Alberto was on top of it before I even had a minute to answer! It was seamless, beautiful, and absolutely stunning of a day. There was a small chance of rain, which happened for 15 min and then the sky opened and it was magical. The 5 course dinner and the wait staff were so friendly and amazing and our guests could not stop raving about the food and wedding cake.
Now on to one of the reasons I went with this venue, Alberto. From the beginning of our 2 year planning process, he was there every step of the way. He answered every question, handled every problem, and came up with solutions so quick! His ability to make a bride and groom feel so calm about planning a wedding from over seas was so amazing that my stress levels always dropped when I was having conversations with Alberto. He made me and my husband feel like family and he treated everyone of my guests amazing and they still talk about how sweet he is. If it weren’t for him, it would not have been such a seamless and enjoyable experience.
If you are hesitant about a destination wedding, look no further as this is the place to do it. You can customize your wedding and experience to your exact desires and they have connections with amazing vendors that make the process seamless.

Best weekend of our lives!
We truly couldn't have imagined a more perfect place to celebrate our wedding weekend. From the moment we arrived until the very end, every detail was thoughtfully executed, and the entire experience exceeded all of our expectations.
A very special thank you goes to Alberto, who was absolutely incredible throughout the entire planning process and the wedding weekend itself. He helped coordinate every detail, was always prompt with his responses, and somehow managed to make every challenge feel completely manageable. Whenever we needed to problem-solve, he was there with a solution, and his calm, reassuring presence eased so much of the stress that comes with planning a wedding. We honestly couldn't have done it without him.
Juliana and the entire staff were equally wonderful, making sure everything ran seamlessly and making us and our guests feel so well looked after.

Magical and Unforgettable!
We truly could not have been happier with our experience at the Castello del Trebbio. We booked the site for 2 nights, had 51 guests stay onsite and 20 guests offsite. Alberto, the coordinator, is wonderful to work with and so responsive. If we needed flexibility or changes to something, he was extremely helpful. He answered possibly 10,000 questions during the 18 months we spent preparing together, and was so patient with me and my mom the entire time. This venue is extremely accomplished- they know what they are doing! The vendors they recommend are fantastic, the food they served was absolutely delicious and the villas themselves are so nice and comfortable. Our guests were extremely happy with the accommodations and greatly appreciated the transportation arranged by Alberto.
It did rain on our wedding day, but because the staff is so flexible, they only moved us inside for the wedding dinner, and were able to host everything else outside while it was not raining. This ability to quickly switch to Plan B and then back to Plan A was amazing and beyond what many other venues can do.
The Castello recommended the following vendors, who were fantastic! Thomas Harris for Photography, Sara and Romina for hair and makeup, and Jo Bertolino as Celebrant.
Choosing this venue was easily the best decision we ever made and we are so happy!! Thank you Castello team!!

Best decision ever!!
From start to finish everything went perfectly. We are so so glad we choose Castello del Trebbio for our wedding celebrations. We ended up having 75 guests at our wedding here over 3 days which each day went so perfectly. From the moment everyone landed at check in it was so stream lined with everyone being able to grab a welcome drink and catch up rather than having to check in. All the accomodations were amazing, stunning and clean. The welcome night castle tour was so different but the best way to kick off the celebrations with everyone being to relax and enjoy the venues vino and local food!

Great location for international traveller
We got married here - sight unseen - from Australia. Alberto was so helpful, it was an easy decision to make to have our big wedding day here. He has incredible communication that made us feel comfortable and safe in our decision.
The venue is full of old history charm. If you want old world feel, this place packs a punch. The sunset reception was well put together with a stunning view.

Incredible venue in tuscany
We are getting married at Castello del Trebbio in Sept 2026 and couldn’t be more excited. Alberto, the hospitality coordinator, is absolutely incredible - he is funny, kind, detail oriented and so accommodating. We had the pleasure of meeting him in person along with his team this month as they offer a complimentary two nights for the bride and groom to stay on the property and meet vendors before the wedding. Alberto does SO MUCH to ensure your wedding will go smoothly and exactly as you want it to. You can tell he really wants the best for you and has helped us through every step of the process. We had a full menu tasting and met Giuliana and Maurizio who run the restaurant. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work because not only is the food absolutely incredible and locally sourced, but they are so helpful and knowledgable in their areas. We know we’re in the best hands with this team and can’t wait to see it all come together. Every area on this property is beautiful in its romantic Tuscany way. The indoor options should it rain for the ceremony or any of the events are breathtaking. Don’t worry about booking this venue before seeing it. Just do it. We couldn’t have picked a better place.

Our experience with Castello del Trebbio for our destination wedding was nothing short of exceptional. Alberto the manager was an absolute pleasure to work with, and he made the daunting task of planning an international wedding for 40 guests with all the bells and whistles achievable and as pain-free as possible. He helped us every step of the way, down to the tiniest of details. His work ethic is impeccable, because he truly loves what he does. We have the upmost respect for him.
All of the preferred vendors are also wonderful, professional people that helped make our day special. The castle, apartments, and vineyard grounds are gorgeous from every angle. This place feels like a dream. The restaurant, food and wine were perfection, and they were amazing with accommodating a number of different allergies for my guests.
