Wedding Venues in Tuscany

Borgo Bucciano is simply amazing, I cannot recommend it enough, it’s a wonderful, scenic and peaceful venue, so full of history and the kind and considerate owners go out of their way to make your stay magical. We had our wedding there in July 2017 and what can I say….everything was perfect from start to finish. We were first introduced to the venue by email from our wedding planner as we were planning from Ireland – we immediately fell in love. We had no hesitation booking it even before our first visit! The reasons are many….we loved the location: stunning Tuscan countryside (the views from the pool and the balcony of the wedding villa (amazing!), close to a number of airports for our guests travelling, great accommodation on site and in the locality and a very responsive service by email from Silvia and Alessia answering all our questions. We visited finally in May before our wedding and we were welcomed so warmly and with beautiful red wine from the Bucciano wineyard – this became our wine for our wedding. I would highly recommend it (we also brought some bottles home!). The wedding itself was fantastic. We had a fabulous reception of aperitif set out by the pool (you can choose to have it in the garden too but the pool area was perfect for us with the views over the olive groves and Tuscan countryside). Our hosts Alessia and Silvia were amazing for the duration of our stay and that of our guests, nothing was a problem, they looked after every little detail, from small lunch requests to making sure that there was an out -of-hours bar service available. Oh I did not mention the Piazetta! The beautiful outdoors area just outside the breakfast/dining area! Borgo Bucciano made our wedding day and the days before and after so special, this place and the surroundings will always have a special place in our hearts – thank you Borgo Bucciano!

Castello di Petrata is such a gem! It not only a stunning atmosphere for a wedding, but the service, food, and team are excellent to collaborate with! Giovanni and Luca are incredible at what they do, and you will not be disappointed by selecting this location for your wedding day.

Obicà Florence is one of our all time favorite restaurants for pizza, authentic mozzarella and so much more. The chef always has interesting seasonal dishes too We love that it is located in a gorgeous historical building in the center of the city on one of the most important shopping streets. We have booked aperitif-dinner parties for our clients (see a few photos attached from this month!). The location is perfect for their wedding guests to gather the evening before. The venue personalized a special open bar for our couple and the overall service and friendliness was impeccable. We look forward to returning!

We will never be able to stop talking about our time at Tenuta di Rota!! Not only is this a stunning wedding venue that lives up to all the pictures online, but these are the most gracious hosts! Elena was so communicative and helpful as we coordinated our wedding from abroad and was even more amazing to work with in person- she gave great local recommendations, made sure we had everything we needed in the villa during the week and was quick to answer any questions about the property. Our family and friends were perfectly accommodated in the villa and it was so special to have everyone staying in one place- we made great memories there! Our wedding day was a dream, made possible by the beautiful views, charm of the venue and amazing team. You truly can tell this property is loved and it makes it the perfect place for your big day. We could not recommend it more!

We had the most incredible wedding experience, and we truly could not have chosen a better venue. From the very beginning, Giacomo and his team were exceptional, professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our wedding perfect. The venue itself is absolutely stunning: elegant, authentic, and surrounded by breathtaking scenery that created a magical atmosphere throughout the entire celebration. The peacocks are also a great touch and highlight of the venue. One of the most special aspects for us was the opportunity to turn our wedding into a true multi-day experience. The venue hosted us along with more than 30 of our closest guests for three days, allowing us to spend meaningful time together beyond just the wedding day. This made the entire celebration even more unique and memorable. The rooms are fabulous, beautifully designed, comfortable, and perfectly in keeping with the charm of the property. The breakfast is copious and delicious, with a wonderful selection that our guests thoroughly enjoyed each morning. The property also features a large pool with spacious grounds, which was perfect for hosting a separate event and for enjoying a relaxed moment the day after the wedding. It added a completely different dimension to the experience and allowed us to unwind with our guests in a more informal setting. The staff were outstanding throughout, attentive, warm, and always one step ahead. The entire property is clearly curated with great care and impeccably maintained, which truly elevates the experience. Everything ran seamlessly, and we felt completely supported at every stage. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the location was and how special the experience felt. Beyond the wedding itself, this is also a place we would wholeheartedly recommend even just for a stay. It has a unique charm that is difficult to find. Thank you again for making such an important moment in our lives so unforgettable.
