Our officiant recommended The Shared Piece of Cake to us specifically for my gluten-free dairy-free needs. I was struggling to find a small budget friendly gf df cake for our elopement that wasn't just vanilla flavor. Emma helped brainstorm with me and they made us the MOST delicious cake - almond cake with orange marmalade filling and honey buttercream. As well as chocolate chip cookies and brownies. As a gluten-free wedding photographer, I never ever get to enjoy reception cake. I had happy tears and was able to safely enjoy an amazing cake with my loved ones. Roobina at Roobina’s Cake in Glendale was such a pleasure to work with. Her prices are some of the best we found, and our cake tasting was honestly tough because everything was so good that it was hard to choose a favorite. She helped guide us toward the best option for our wedding, and she delivered the cake on time to our reception at Alexandria Ballrooms without any issues. We were really happy with the whole experience, and we highly recommend Roobina’s Cake to anyone in the Los Angeles area looking for a wedding cake or something special for any occasion.

We had such an amazing experience working with Half Baked for our wedding cake. We were losing hope searching for bakeries that offered delicious vegan flavors and felt defeated. My mom had mentioned Half Baked so we got a tasting box and ended up loving a few flavors. We ordered another box with our final choices and ended up settling on the vegan carrot cake. SO delicious! Never would we have thought that carrot cake would be our choice but this flavor is out of this world. Their customer service was amazing and they made everything easy and hassle free. When I came in for the second cake tasting box, Nina remembered me immediately. You can tell this is a family business and that they put time and dedication into their customers. The wedding planning process can be overwhelming and to have found a place that checked every box and with whom we felt confident in was a shinning light in the dark! Plus our cake turned out absolutely beautiful. We wanted something simple and classic that would highlight my parents wedding cake topper from 40 years ago. It turned out exactly how we wanted! Thank you guys!

The cake was very good and even convinced our non dessert eaters in the family.

Cake studio LA was wonderful to work with and made me such a beautiful wedding cake and of course delicious!! I had a vision for our wedding cake with flowers and a buddha statue and she helped from start to end making that vision happen beautifully! We went with the rosewater pistachio flavor and it was delicious, thank you so much!!

I don't think there is a better cake tasting experience in Los Angeles than the one that Top Tier Treats provides. After sampling the abundance of combinations available, my husband and I decided to book Top Tier Treats for our wedding day. Jamaica, the owner, was so easy and professional to work with. And on the actual day, our wedding cake arrived on schedule and looked just like the reference photos we had provided. But even better, it TASTED DELICIOUS! We can't wait to order it for future anniversary celebrations!!

We had the absolute BEST experience with Some Crust Bakery for our wedding cake and desserts. Everyone we worked with was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they truly LISTENED to what we wanted. They sent us several mock-ups with colors and design styles throughout the process so we could see and approve of every little detail. We did two rounds of tastings (one at the shop and another at home) and coordinating the second round to finalize our flavors was super easy. Also, they coordinated directly with our florist to incorporate live flowers that perfectly matched the butter cream florals on the cake and the flowers on my dress. Another bakery (Cucamonga Cakery... yikes) told us this would be impossible and tried to make us feel dumb for wanting it. Some Crust made it happen EASILY. They brought our vision to life and the cake was seriously stunning! And the taste is so light and fresh! Special shoutout to Gabrielle for her quick responses, positive attitude, and overall amazing service throughout the entire process. She took care of us every step of the way. Thank you!!

I booked The Cake Countess for my wedding and she exceeded my expectations! We had a breathtaking cake that was 5 Layer and customized from the color to every flavor in each tier. The lace detail on the cake was so beautiful and the flavors were one of a kind. We also had a full on dessert bar that our guest could not stop talking about for days!! Cake pops, confetti push pops, Oreo brownies, brown sugar rice krispie treats and more! She even made a small custom cake for our dog since we wanted him to be part of the wedding, which was so cute! I definitely recommend the Cake Countess because she is so responsive, flexible and accommodating. You will not regret it!!
