They'll go above and beyond and deliver the best experience + most delicious cakes you've ever tasted! We recently ordered our BabyShower cake from there and could not have been any happier with the result. The cake was such a highlight of the party and ALL of our guests absolutely loved it! We are so happy with our wedding cake from Vienna Pastry. We loved everything about the bakery, our tasting, the final product and the price! There was one small hiccup about two days before our wedding when they called me to say that the designer could not do our agreed upon cake design... this was obviously very upsetting as it was so close to the wedding date and we had paid for this after being told it could be done. Since I did not want to forfeit our vision for our wedding cake at the last minute, I told them something along the lines of "just do it anyway", and our cake ended up coming out exactly how we wanted it to! As much as it frustrated me to get that call, I also appreciated them being in communication with me like that instead of just making changes on their own without my knowledge. I'm not sure how they did it but they did! Our cake was beautiful and we got so many compliments from our guests about how delicious it was, and I agree!
