Our wedding cake from Vienna Pastry was delicious!! We ordered red velvet and were amazed by the results. We got lots of complements on how tasty our cake was. Additionally, they were extremely flexible and added a fruit cake layer (a family tradition of mine) to the top of the cake for free, even though they didn't have the ingredients when we asked (fruit cakes are not very common in June). Now, if you want an "Ace of Cakes"-type cake then this isn't your bakery, but if you want a delicious cake for a reasonable price, then this is the place to go!

We are so happy with our wedding cake from Vienna Pastry. We loved everything about the bakery, our tasting, the final product and the price! There was one small hiccup about two days before our wedding when they called me to say that the designer could not do our agreed upon cake design... this was obviously very upsetting as it was so close to the wedding date and we had paid for this after being told it could be done. Since I did not want to forfeit our vision for our wedding cake at the last minute, I told them something along the lines of "just do it anyway", and our cake ended up coming out exactly how we wanted it to! As much as it frustrated me to get that call, I also appreciated them being in communication with me like that instead of just making changes on their own without my knowledge. I'm not sure how they did it but they did! Our cake was beautiful and we got so many compliments from our guests about how delicious it was, and I agree!

I wish I could review this vendor with negative stars. I got married over a week ago and had no useable wedding cake the night of our wedding. We ordered a four teared wedding cake from vienna pastry several months ago- with a very simple design and confirmed with the bakery several times that they were able to replicate the very basic design. The cake was delivered two hours late to our hotel, and they delivered it melted. Not only was it not the cake that we had ordered at all, but the designs that were on the cake [ in a vomit green color] were smeared and melted across the cake. the cake tears were tilted and crooked. When we tried to get a hold of someone at the bakery we were unable to do so. Finally our caterer was able to get a hold of someone- who then promised us a late, but new cake. We did not get a new cake delivered but instead had someone from the bakery try and "fix" the cake. They essentially wiped off the design and presented it back to us. We had an extremely elaborate and very elegant wedding for 350 people, without a cake. We could not have a cake cutting, nor could we have any pictures with our cake. We paid for specialty linens for the cake table, a cake stand, pin spot lighting and florals for the cake... which all went to waste. You can only imagine how horrible I felt the entire night of my wedding.
