I've been going here for years 37 to be exact. Sadly when i went for my wedding cake tasting I wasn't offered ANY cake....what NO cake tasting at the CAKE TASTING MEETING??? I still ordered my cake, I was set on having the cake i grew up with.... BAD idea!!!! They showed up an hour late... yep my guest where coming in and so was my cake. and they LOST my cake topper. So upsetting.

I had reviewed the cake order multiple times with these people. They either don't understand english or are a horrible business with even worse customer service. Don't get me wrong, their cakes taste fantastic, they just don't do what they promise. I was told that the flowers on my cake would be a specific way - it was even written on the invoice to appear that way. Unfortunately I argued all 3 times I reviewed the order and each time I was promised that it would look the way that I wanted. On the day of the wedding though, the flowers weren't right. They were the right color, just not the design that I had chosen. When I went to get my deposit back, I was told that I didn't leave a deposit. It took them 10 minutes to find the order and then they said "oh, you did" and only then was I given my deposit back. Use them for anything but your wedding day cake!

When asked how I liked my cake, I told them about the flowers and they were like "oh", no appologies or anything, just "oh". Not something you want to hear when they have messed up.
