While based in Seattle, we frequently work in the surrounding areas and will also cater to destination events anywhere throughout the country and beyond.

I cannot rate Seattle Events (and my contact Sabrina) high enough. I needed help coordinating a milestone birthday party for my wife. I waited to start a bit late (like a typical husband) and gave my requirements that needed to be turned around quickly. Not only was Seattle Events and Sabrina very responsive, they nailed every single aspect to make the event special. Sabrina was absolutely in tune, listened to my concerns, also settled me down as like she put it "she had it and will make everything very special". There were some last minute changes and not only did Seattle Events and Sabrina quickly react to these, she made me feel very at ease and ensure the event would be the best. Please.....if you are looking for a great party or event planner, I cannot recommend Seattle Events (and especially Sabrina) enough. I did fail to mention that the cost was more than fair to the point I had to question whether the bill was correct. Sabrina was awesome to work with - definitely went above and beyond, especially on the day-of and the post-event. I'd definitely recommend her (I'm also an event planner!) for weddings and corporate events. She also had an amazing assistant help her for our event. Hiring Seattle Events allowed us to put on a fun event for our donors and participate as well. Everything was well handled from securing the venue, arranging the caterer, rentals and pickups to event setup and cleanup.
