When my wife and I were shopping around for a wedding planner, we spoke with a handful of folks who just didn’t seem quite right for us. And, as we prepared for our ceremony, she also brought an infectious sense of excitement and positivity that my wife, myself, and our wedding party greatly appreciated as nerves ran high. A particularly special moment that my wife and I greatly appreciated was when Marcea brought my wife and me a plate of hors d'oeuvres after our photos were finished. It may sound like a simple gesture, but the fact is Marcea kept our well-being and comfort top of mind, and we sincerely appreciated her effort to keep us fueled up on such an action packed night.

I could go on and on about the countless ways Marcea went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was as enjoyable as possible, but a review has to end somewhere. With that said, I’ll end with this. Although there are many great wedding planners, working with Marcea felt like cheating our way to our perfect wedding. In our honest opinion, working with her is like a guarantee that you feel less stressed, more happiness, and can focus on the good stuff from beginning to end.

Marcea at MG Event Design is a truly lovely and personable individual. Marcea is highly organized, detail oriented, and has an impeccable eye for design. She listened to my daughter’s vision for her wedding and facilitated every aspect as required to bring the vision to reality.
