Based out of Port Orchard, Washington, Willow & Wisteria is an all-inclusive wedding planning service for small weddings of under 100. Owner, Mary McCaman, started the service with budget conscious and DIY couples in mind. These couples typically don’t think they can afford the service, but they are the couples that really NEED the help. Mary will show you ways to save, so that you CAN afford her service.

While most DOC’s handle the timeline and vendors, Willow & Wisteria take ownership of the whole event. Whether a dress needs to be repaired, a fallen cake needs to be redecorated or a catering crisis occurs, Mary and her partner, Alfonso Barajas are prepared to handle it.

Services Offered

Coordinating services include, but are not limited to, timeline preparation, vendor coordination, help with event set-up, decorating, help with tear down, DIY assistance and unlimited use of rental tablescape decor. Mary and Alfonso are licensed officiants, bartenders and food handlers as well. Rental items range from wedding dresses to arches and everything in between.
