Mary and Alfonso did an amazing making sure our wedding went as smoothly as possible. They are amazing at what they do and were a huge blessing for us working with the budget that we had. Our wedding turned out beautiful. We are so grateful to have found her and her team. I would recommend Willow and wisteria for anyone looking for a day of coordinator or full on wedding planner. They will do an excellent jobs bringing your vision to life.

Mary was fabulous. After getting to know us, she handled everything. She made our venue look amazing and made sure all the details were looked after. As the bride, I had a panic moment at the alter thinking that I forgot my vows only to be told by the officiant that Mary had given them to him. Disaster averted and turned into a funny moment for the guests (I forgot I was near a microphone). She was able to create a seamless event that ran and looked much better than we could have ever done ourselves.

Mary and Fronzi really helped make our day perfect. From the beginning of our communication months before the wedding to the day of, Mary was on top of it. She responded to every text or email quickly and professionally. All of my wedding party commented on how perfect Mary was in handling whatever was thrown at her. I could not recommend them enough! The decorations that they provided were beautiful and they perfected my table arrangements and all other decor. If you need a coordinator, Mary will go above and beyond to make sure you have EVERYTHING you could possibly need!

Working with Mary and Fonzi was just a dream come true! Mary was so helpful leading up to the wedding, very responsive and helpful. Gave me great advice for decor and she has a HUGE collection of decor on hand, even things I didn't know I needed! They helped with set up and take down of decor, it was such a blessing to have worked with Mary and Fonzi. They really gave me a breath of fresh air on the day and were prepared for all things. I HIGHLY recommended their services, they really take the time to help you make your special day run smoothly. Willow and Wisteria are very affordable with their services offered, flexible, friendly, and professional. They have been working in the wedding industry enough they know what to expect and have a good handle on all things wedding! I always felt like Mary understood what I needed and wanted. Fonzi was helpful in that he spoke Spanish and was able to communicate with my family, he did really well in helping the flow of things day of and was awesome during our ceremony rehearsal. They were already apart of the family! One special thing I'll always remember is how my dress strap had ripped during my first dance and Mary was ready with a sewing kit on hand, saving the day! It was so wonderful, our wedding day wouldn't have been so special without their help. Do consider their services for your special day! Thank you so much!

Mary is so generous with her time, her own decor, and suggestions. She made it so easy for us with the logistics of turning over our stuff for the church and reception. She set-up everything as I told her and she made adjustments to make it better. We highly recommend Mary!

Reverend Mel did an amazing job on our ceremony. He made everyone feel warm and welcome and was easy to communicate with. As soon as we had our first meeting with him, we knew that Mel was the reverend for the job. Overall, we feel the Mel made the day that much more special for us, especially with his parting words of wisdom.

This team was absolutely amazing in making my daughter's wedding an event to remember. From the food, which was purchased from Costco and made into artistry, to the outside ceremony, it was an absolute fantasy for her. The desserts and the appetizers were so gorgeous and everyone commented on how great everything was. Side note: they helped me with my dress several times, went above and beyond the call, did everything I asked for and more. They were so kind and helpful. I can't believe I was so lucky with them! They traveled from the Seattle area to Vancouver, WA for this event and kept in constant communication with us up until the wedding day. My Husband & I are so fortunate to have worked with Mary & Fonzie. We were looking for a day-of-coordinator to stay in budget, but from the moment I connected with them they went above and beyond the 'standard' duties you would receive. They are very communicative, Mary provided so many options for decoration's, idea's, activities and services, then in the days leading up they both brought everything to life beautifully. I will be connecting with them for any events we may need in the future!
