On our wedding day, we had quite a few unexpected hiccups — from lighting issues to timing mix-ups and even a melting cake — but Sydney handled everything with such grace and professionalism. She kept the day running smoothly, reassured everyone, and made sure my husband and I could stay focused on enjoying our day instead of stressing about the details.

In the months before the wedding we were able to walk through our venue in person with Sydney, work through the details of what we wanted to incorporate into our ceremony, create a solid timeline for the day, design a floor plan, and generate a plan for all decor items. All of these helped us with creating the perfect vision for our wedding day.

On the day of, all the planning came together perfectly! Sydney and her assistant Madison were able to make any needed adjustments on the fly (for things like traffic on the way to the wedding, and a small change in our processional order to fit in a last minute ‘flower girl’). We were so impressed by them and throughout the wedding day I was always pleasantly surprised to find that every time I realized we needed to transition to the next event in the timeline, Sydney had already had it all set up and prepared. I ended up being able to completely relax and not even think about what came next.

Sunflower Entertainment went above and beyond for my husband and I while we planned our wedding. We purchased the Day-Of Coordination package, but it really felt like SE was there with us through every step of the planning process. They offered to-do lists, timelines, and expert advice for us to use while we worked, then took the reins seamlessly when it was time for their work to begin.
Additionally, our coordinator Sydney is an absolute power-house. She answered all our questions and gave us excellent vendor recommendations. She even showed up to the big day in an arm sling! But not once did she let her injury slow her down. Every detail was seen to, and every hiccup handled. We truly couldn't have pulled this off without her.

We hired Sydney as our planner two years before our wedding. I mean it when I say our wedding would not have looked so beautiful, entertained so well, or flowed so smoothly if Sydney hadn't been at the helm, coordinating it all. She helped us every single step of the planning process when we were hopelessly lost and overwhelmed with it all. Our guests were repeatedly asking where we found our stunningly beautiful venue, our chill officiant, our delicious catering, and while we made the final choices on all those things, Sydney was the one who sent them and dozens of other options she tailored to our wants. We can't praise her enough. If you want an INCREDIBLE wedding, you want Sydney. Best decision of our wedding.
