We had Briana work with us on our wedding day. We communicated via email, text and FaceTime. Although she was not able to make it to our rehearsal, she was open to serving us in any other way. I only have the best things to say about Sydney. We hired her as a day of coordinator and that was one of our smartest decisions. She was always super responsive, gave us planning tools to organize all our details, drove a few hours out to our venue for a tour, and communicated with our vendors before the day. And on the day, let me tell you, she was essential. She travelled out to our rehearsal the day before which I know really helped the bridal party feel more comfortable with their ceremony duties, and she was on time and ready every single time we met. On the wedding day, she probably did a million things behind the scenes that I don't even know about, but some examples of what I know she did was work with all my vendors, set out some of our more valuable decorations including the cake table and guestbook table, and kept us on schedule. When she approached us during the night to inform us of the schedule or ask us questions, it never felt bothersome or stressful, it was always helpful and reassuring. She's a caring, professional woman who's on top of her stuff, and she'll go out of her way to make your day special. If you want to relax on your wedding day and let a professional handle the rest, pick her!

We hired Sunflower Entertainment for our Seattle wedding in October and I am so happy we did! We had Briana as our coordinator and I absolutely loved working with her!
