During wedding planning, we hired our photographer first (Myrtle Creative Co) and during one of our first conversations, she asked about the vibe we pictured for our wedding day. One thing we were sure about was wanting an epic dance party. After that call, she almost immediately emailed me with a recommendation to hire Jordan with Lit Productions. Something along the lines of, “I know we just got off the phone but I just had to send you this recommendation, if you want a dance party this is your guy!” And omg was she right!! We chatted with 3 different DJs and were so impressed with Jordan’s organization and attention to detail. We are SO glad we hired him! Besides obviously giving us an amazing dance party and being an awesome MC, Jordan captured some videos on his phone I’d absolutely priceless moments. Our family was not sure my dad would make it to wedding day due to health concerns - Jordan got videos of my first look with my dad, him walking me down the aisle, and of our dance. Jordan went above and beyond to make this day more special than we could imagine and gave us the unexpected gift of these priceless memories on video. I’ll forever be so incredibly grateful for Jordan’s talent and kind heart. We’ve even had loved ones tell us that he was the best wedding DJ they had ever experienced! We had multiple people tell us that they actually drank less at our wedding than at others because every time they were about to go get another drink, Jordan would play another “can’t miss song”. It’s in the name. DJ Jordan was LIT. Not only that but he is an amazing MC. Our wedding was so smooth. We danced for 2 hours straight. Our wedding planner said that it is hard to keep the dance floor this full and crazy but DJ Jordan made it happen. His set up and uplights were definitely a showstopper! While I planned the rest of my wedding, I left my hubby to be in charge of finding a DJ. His choice exceeded my expectations. We had a mix of young and older crowd and the music accommodated for both. He played all our favorites, from hip hop, R&B, reggae, oldies, to throwbacks. Our dance floor could not fit everyone who danced. Jordan also surprised us with foam lights which was a huge hit! On top of all of that, he has lighting speed responsiveness. Jordan and Lit Productions absolutely nailed our wedding. We knew we wanted a DJ who could create a great party, but Jordan exceeded every expectation we had. We had so many guests come up to us during and after the wedding specifically to tell us he was the best DJ they had ever experienced at a wedding, and we completely agree.

From the beginning, Jordan was incredibly easy to work with. His planning portal made organizing all of our music surprisingly simple. We were able to build out our must-plays and preferences and plan the music for everything from pre-ceremony and the ceremony to cocktail hour and the reception. He was attentive throughout the process, understood exactly what we were going for, and then took what we gave him and made it even better.

On the wedding day, his energy was fantastic. He did an excellent job emceeing, kept everything moving naturally, and absolutely crushed the reception. He knew how to read the room and keep people on the dance floor, and his setup was incredibly cool. The 360-degree camera capturing the dancing throughout the night was such a fun addition and gave us another way to relive the party afterward.

But what really speaks to the kind of person Jordan is was something he did that we never asked or expected him to do. My mom passed away unexpectedly three weeks before our wedding and had planned to give a toast. In her place, my wife sang a song as a tribute to her. Jordan captured the entire thing and afterward created a beautifully edited video for us, complete with captions and thoughtful cuts that tell the story of the moment. It was incredibly heartfelt, and he did it entirely on his own. That video is something we will treasure forever.

Jordan brings so much more than music to a wedding. He is professional, attentive, genuinely fun to be around, and clearly cares about the couples he works with and the experience he creates for them. His pricing was also extremely reasonable, particularly considering the level of service, equipment, and overall experience he provided.

We truly couldn’t have asked for a better DJ. Jordan helped make our reception the incredible party we wanted it to be while also showing an extraordinary amount of thoughtfulness during one of the most meaningful moments of our wedding. We would hire Lit Productions again in a heartbeat and cannot recommend Jordan highly enough.

Not only is his setup super cool looking for the ceremony and dinner, he also brings the dance floor vibes HARD. His equipment is top notch and even though our venue had some logistical sound challenges, none of them were a problem for him.

He is very organized and keeps to a schedule. Our wedding ceremony and reception were perfectly on time thanks to him!

He was so helpful, supportive, and responsive throughout the wedding planning process and after. He’s easy to talk to and spend time with and he knows how to match your energy and bring exactly what you need to planning meetings. Most importantly, he took my vision for the dance floor and suggestions so well and curated the best party set ever. He picked the perfect songs, played them at the right time, mixed and transitioned them seamlessly, read the room and felt out the crowd to keep everyone on the dance floor all night long! Our dance floor was LIT until the very last song!!

When we first met Jordan, he made an impression right away! You can tell he has been in this business for years and is meticulous about his craft. He takes his time to know you, know your vision, and the website he uses for playlist design is very intuitive/ flexible.

DJ - Jordan is super responsive, organized and professional. You can definitely tell he is experienced with weddings. He has a planning website that really helped us detail our timelines, what we wanted/didn't want and any special requests we had. During our wedding he really knew how to read the crowd and keep the party going while still incorporating our asks. His DJ booth set up also looks amazing and fit in with our reception venue very well.

Photobooth -We sent the team some details on our wedding theme and they created customized templates based off of it for the photobooth strip. The included props were awesome, attendant super helpful and guests had an amazing time! After the wedding, I was able to download all the photos taken at the Photobooth as well!
