Najla Rose Events & Design is a wedding planning company located in Portland, Oregon. Owner Najla has been organizing special events for over ten years, assisting couples in bringing their dream wedding to life. She attended Portland State University before gaining employment at The Hilton Portland and Executive Tower. Here, she worked as an assistant to their head wedding coordinator. She later took the experience and skills that she gained here and brought them to her own business. Najla understands the importance of events and she hopes to organize memorable ones that bring people together and keep them connected.

Simply amazing and stress free.

Najla was very thorough, when it came to our meetings, to answering questions we had or any advice I was looking for- she always had the answers. She responded quickly and was easy to communicate with. She took the time to listen and understand our vision for the wedding. She made sure everything was in order, all while being kind, caring and helpful. Our vendors also loved her and working with her! This was truly the best gift my husband and I could give ourselves - was hiring Najla and having her be our day of coordinator. Oh and I forgot - she makes the most amazing timelines! Your day will be a breeze and the best ever!

We love Najla!

We are so grateful we were able to hire Najla as our wedding coordinator. She was professional and organized and so so helpful. She did a wonderful job keeping us on track with the planning process even when we got overwhelmed by all the choices. We didn't have a strong vision for what the day should look like, but she was able to take the bits and pieces we did have and create a cohesive design for us, and it was so perfect. Her vendor recommendations were on point, she knows the Portland wedding scene well, and she was just a joy to work with. Thank you Najla!

Thank God for Najla

Seriously, Najla went above and beyond. She made our wedding day run like it was on rails. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I'm so grateful we were introduced and that she agreed to take us on as clients.

If you have the opportunity to hire her, do not hesitate. She's great at what she does.

I can honestly say this was our best investment. We booked the full service plan and feel we got so much more! Najla nailed each and every vendor, even on our 8 month timeline. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. Najla's organization and attention to detail was right up our alley. Despite her other clients and engagements, we always felt personally cared for and attended to. I was honored to have her as part of our wedding experience. 10,000/10!!!!

Best decision we made in wedding planning

My husband and I were planning a destination wedding and it would have been impossible without the services of Najla. We originally had planned to do an elopement, but when we decided to do a traditional wedding we were lost. Najla guided us and helped us make decisions we had no idea we had to make. She was extremely professional and made every effort to be flexible with our demanding work schedules and 2 hour time difference. All of her vendor recommendations were spot on and easily found them within our budget. We ended up UNDER budget on our wedding and I owe it all to Najla. Honestly this wedding would not have happened without her and Hiring Najla was the single best decision we made. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning an event.

Wedding Planner

Najla is hands down the best event planner I could’ve ever had! She had every single detail under control, and always calmed my nerves when I was stressed! My wedding was huge and had so many details, and she was able to take care of it all (even the things that I didn’t think of). Her meetings and check-ins were always so great, and she was just a text, call or email away if I ever needed anything or even to just chat about being stressed! We had 24 people in our bridal party, and she managed to effectively and efficiently facilitate such a large group (bless her soul) even with all their energy! I highly recommend Najla for not only weddings, but all events, as I’ve attended events she has planned before and they were always so beautiful and put together. 10/10!

Out of town Troutdale Wedding

I hired Najla to help me organize a wedding in Troutdale but I'm actually living in Portland. I chose the partial planning because I'd already booked some vendors, but I still wanted guidance for a great overall event. Najla had regular meetings on zoom with my and husband, which kept us organized and on track, and her recommendations for necessary vendors were awesome. I especially felt nervous for overall event design as it's not my strong suit and Najla nailed our theme and the venue looked amazing and cohesive. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Najla Rose, if anything I think I should've got the whole planning package instead of the partial one, it's well worth it!
